What about this round? Do you expect the gap between the title contenders to melt more? Honestly I don't... Arsenal are playing away against Brighton. Technically not an easy matchup. The opponent is also improving their form. But still expecting a win for Arteta. 

Manchester City are playing home against Forest. One of the easiest fixtures for them. I know Forest have a new manager and they resisted Liverpool well despite the loss. But at Etihad I don't think they can get a favorable result.

In football anything is possible we cannot rule out the possibility that bigger teams can't lose in the games. Football is full of uncertainties it is risky to often placed high expectations in a big team that they must win all their matches. Arsenal and Brighton,Manchester city and Nottingham forest are tough matches. Arsenal and manchester city might loose against their rivals if they fail to put on a strong performance.

I can't imagine the possibility of both Manchester City and Arsenal losing their match tomorrow against their opponents. It will rather be a draw match any of them can have at least, not for us to see any of them lose at this point the top position is at a tight range for the better team to maintain its top spot till the end of the season. This is what will be playing out every week till we hear that one of the teams (Manchester City or Arsenal) has lost their match points for the week. I just hope it won't be Arsenal

I think both Arsenal and Manchester City will win their matches tomorrow. What I'm curious about is how Aston Villa will fare against Chelsea. They've been struggling a lot in recent weeks. They've only won twice in their last 8 matches, but they're still in 4th place. If they can't stop this poor run, they could lose 4th place.

Losing to the last team in the table is not a great look for Liverpool. The current Premier League champions are struggling to fight for their place in the top 4.
But we have to give some credit to Wolverhamption. They defeated Aston Villa 2-0 last Fri and they did it again today, proving it might not have been a coincidence. Those were only their 2nd and 3rd league wins in the season. They finally woke up, but it's probably a bit too late to escape relegation.

Funnily enough, bothe Wolves and Liverpool will meet next Friday again in the FA Cup 5th round. I wonder if Wolves will be able to replicate their today's success.

Liverpool got a defeat but even it is a draw, it's not their wanted result and look at what they did before the losing goal. They let Wolves scored first at the 78th minute and the equalizing goal of Salah is not enough for Liverpool to have one point or a strong comeback for 3 points. Meeting a very weak Wolves and losing all three points, it's very bad performance of Liverpool even before the second goal of Wolves.

This defeat can be very harmful for Liverpool if Aston Villa, Manchester United and Chelsea win their matches this week as Liverpool will fall farther behind Manchester United and Aston Villa while they will have same points as Chelsea. This defeat potentially makes the top four race of Liverpool more difficulty in remaining 9 matches.

This win won't help Wolves to stay in Premier League while with Liverpool, this result is terrible for them and from an easy match to have 3 points for racing with competitors, now Liverpool turned it to likely a big disadvantage for their chance of finishing this season in top four but maybe they can hope that Premier League will get 5 spots for Champions League next season.

Of course, people have many reasons to laugh at Chelsea. The last time Chelsea beat Arsenal was only in 2021. It's been 5 years since Chelsea managed to beat Arsenal. There have been 12 games between the two teams since Chelsea last won, and in those 12 games, Chelsea hasn't managed to beat Arsenal. And note that in the last two seasons, Chelsea made many signings and are in a lower position than Manchester United.

Chelsea is responsible by itself for all they are suffering or going through. Because Chelsea was a team which is good in performing well and they have the potential to beat any and they are the strong opponent to anyone. But now their condition is this that even Manchester United is on a good place then chelsea. Because being too good is not difficult at all but difficult is to maintain the position of being good. And Chelsea is completely failed in this and they are not in a good position their position is where they should not be on. Arsenal is a very good team and they always put efforts to make their performance more better. But Chelsea has to pay some attention towards their performance so that the can bring some positive changes in their team.

It’s a real surprise for me, the very least I expected was a draw but Liverpool lost anyways..

Wolves performance has improved recently and that was why I expected them to atleast draw but instead, they got their second win in a row and their third win this season and for sure escaping the relegation zone for wolves this season is a very difficult task.

Wolves is turning Molineux into a nightmare for the big teams lately. In their last three home games, they have taken point from Arsenal (draw), from Aston villa (win) and latest is Liverpool (win) yesterday. Unfortunately, this intensity is coming too late after huge damage is being done and getting out from that relegation zone need some miracle.

Arsenal is chasing the tittle, both Aston villa and Liverpool are fighting for European spots but Wolves is quietly disrupting everyone's ambition. Perhaps, Wolverhampton would be relegated but at least, they'll be relegated as a Hero.

Yes, that's right. It was unbelievable to see Liverpool lose to Wolverhampton. In the first half Liverpool dominated possession with 65% ball control and even looked convincing with their impressive performance. In the second half Liverpool continued to perform well. However Liverpool's performance began to be questioned when Rodrigo Gomes scored against Liverpool in the 78th minute. Mo Salah managed to score an equalizer about 5 minutes later. But as we already know Liverpool was forced to lose points in this match because they conceded in the final minutes. Arne Slot seemed very upset with Liverpool's performance. And he was very disappointed with Liverpool's frequent losses in the final minutes of the match (Source). I personally think that Arne Slot just needs to improve their defense. And he doesn't need to say much. He just needs to prove himself in the next few games so as not to disappoint the audience or even the Reds fans.

It is really surprising seeing this kind of results, and it even happened to a team like Liverpool that is equally seeking for points as much as wolves also need the point, and in terms of wolves escaping relegation it is almost possible with their recent performance i think if they keep consistence they might as well escape relegation, for example Manchester united that is seated at third place right now i can still remember that Aston villa was toping them with 10 point and above now look at how things has turned out to be that same finish Manchester united is comfortably seating in the third place of the English premier league standings so if wolves can keep to this form they might as well escape relegation.

In recent matches, Wolves have been a stumbling block for the big teams, from holding Arsenal and Manchester United to draws, to now beating Liverpool. This is a strange phenomenon for me, as teams in the relegation zone are usually the targets of the big teams, but this season the situation is reversed, with the teams in the relegation zone making things difficult for the big teams. It could be said that Wolves' revival is too late, as they couldn't avoid relegation, but at least there's some satisfaction in beating the big teams.

Now talking properly, man, what was the game of yesterday and what is happening with Wolves and with the top teams who went into the Wolves home in this alst two games? I mean Aston Villa the other day and now Liverpool both losing against a team which is already relegated, how is this possible, worst of all is they played horrible.

There are a few lovely ones to watch but unfortunately nearly all of them are starting at the same time. Today I don't expect any point loss by top 2 teams. Manchester United can also get at least 1 point. I think Aston Villa will lose points again too.

You need to understand what this means. Arsenal just needs to be consistent in every game without losing any points because the current point difference puts Arsenal one step ahead in achieving what they have always wanted.
The hard work referred to here is consistency, as I have explained.

A lot of people don't want us to win the Premier League title, and that is why we are getting all these kinds of comments, but I'm sure that when the time is right, because no matter how bad things go at times, I see a lot of improvement, and they are wishing us to lose points and at the same time  they will be surprised that the trophy we are going to be winning is going to be two trophies and all this other fans will be surprised to how we managed to win.

We know who doesn't want Arsenal to win the trophy and who supports it happening.
Brighton is the team we will face next, and we certainly hope Arsenal can get a positive result regardless of how the other teams below them fare in their simultaneous matches.
We hope the squad Arteta fields will play up to expectations, as they did when they beat Chelsea in their previous match.

It's going to be a tough day, Aston villa and Manchester United are fighting for the third place and from what I see about these games Manchester United has a high chance of winning Newcastle but I don't think Aston villa has what it takes to win Chelsea at this point because they are in a very bad form currently.

I really dont think Arsenal and Manchester City will drop any point in this round, i will be surprised if any of the team do. Infact i think the point will remain the same until they play each other. Brighton and Nottingham Forest are both tricky teams to play against,  but i think Arsenal and Manchester City will over come them and still maintain their positions. I am really enjoying the EPL at the moment, because the titke is really heating up right now.

I don't think I can agree with you on what you said about Wolves because if you talk about improvement the way a team plays will be different from their previous game that's if you want to make comparison, see how Wolves played against Aston, Arsenal and Liverpool you would see that they even did well against Arsenal compared to the other two games, Sonia better to say they are not that good, Liverpool underrated them that is why it back fired against them. The Liverpool that we know as of last season if they counter it produces results, either a goal or the goalkeeper save to either a corner kick but last night nothing productive about Liverpool. The only way Wolves are better than Liverpool is the number of games the won in the last epl games.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City will win their game today, because the last time they played against these teams they won, so I expected the same thing to happen tonight when Arsenal and Manchester City will be playing the second meeting. At this point, Manchester City and Arsenal will not afford to drop any points, because the three points will cost them the Premier League title, I believe they are going to win their game today.

If Chelsea can play at their best level, they should be able to win tonight. Chelsea have zero wins in their last two games with Aston Villa, but the current performance of Aston is very disappointing, they only won two of their last eight matches, and this performance will cost them their position in the table, even Manchester United have overtake them with a goal advantage. Chelsea need to take advantage of their weak performance to win tonight.
