Brentford are trying a little harder after conceding two goals. They have to play much better in the second half, but Manchester United away is always a tough opponent. Manchester United won't give up a victory at home.

Jensen didn't allow the game to end in a clean sheet, he scored the only goal for Brentford on the 86th minutes of the game to end the match 2-1. Jensen has scored his highest goals in Premier against Manchester United than any other club.

Just as expected Manchester United is delivering on the night though Brentford are looking for a way to breakthrough, United seems solid they don’t have to underestimate this Brentford side for any reason until the final whistle cos any chance Igor Thiago gets he’s going to pounce on it.

However, this win will increase their points and not will make a difference in the fight between the title teams and I also hoped that Manchester United would achieve the victory with a good performance. Although Manchester United will also play well in this match and defeat Liverpool because there is a 3 point difference between them and Manchester United has recently started showing a lot of good performance and this is due to the good intelligence and experience of their coach. The game between them and Liverpool is going to be a tough one, I cannot really predict which team is going to win but we all know that Manchester United are in form and they want to maintain the position that they are currently occupying, this means that they are going to do whatever it takes to make sure that they are at the top till the season ends. Indeed Sir Carrick is really trying for manchester United, from the day he took over the Manchester United football team, they have been playing attractive football. Just take a look at what Sir Carrick and his team did today, I really enjoyed Manchester United play today.

Bradford on the other hand, played well too, just that they don't have good trike Thiago was just too lazzy. If I were Bradford coach I will bench him for 2 to 3 matches.

If there is anything Manchester United need to do with Carrick, they should just give him the papers and give him at least 2 years contract and see what he can do within this period of time. He has showed what he can do, he has demonstrated that he is a trophy winner and a builder, this is what Amroin couldn't do in the 6 months spent in the Premier League, if there is anything he need then the club own him some motivation and that's the contract.

Now that the team assurance on the third place is secured, they need to show dominance now so others can know what he is capable of doing. If you look between Manchester City and Manchester United, the difference is 9 points. We don't know what's going to happen next but never say never. Carrick needs to be applauded for the job he has been doing thus far, when Amorim was here, we where just hoping for Manchester United to be among the first time, but today the story has changed, and united is basking into the champions qualification for next season in aqua. Liverpool is a strong opponent, so giving Manchester united a straight win against such a team will be hasty, a draw might be considered, however I'm keeping an open mind in that encounter.

I think the good keeper make Manchester United see a draw in this encounter tonight, he made several saves in this game, if not his efforts Brentford would've scored more than two goals, because they performed better than Manchester United if you check the statistics , Manchester United really fought hard because this win was very necessary for the team to qualify for next year champions League, they only need to draw or a win in their game against Liverpool this weekend to automatic quality for next season champions League.

Manchester United is going well under Michael Carrick and I feel the club should let him manage the club, they should believe in him, because I feel he can do it, he has the skills and experience to lead Manchester United squad next season if only the management allows him to get the job.

You’re definitely mixing things up because Brentford have not been winning for weeks now, prior to this match they were on a six games winless streak with all of the games ending in draw. Five of this six games are actually premier league games. So their performance is actually not pretty before coming to this game. They have even be lucky that they had many points earlier before this period if not they would have been far down the table by now due this draws. So I wasn’t expecting much from them in this game.

Manchester United actually took their chances in this game, overall the Brentford team was actually better than the host Manchester United. But as usual under Michael Carrick Manchester United took their chances in the games once again, they are just a win away from confirming automatic qualification for champions legaue and I think this might be what gets Michael Carrick the job

Though it's still mathematically possible for Manchester United to miss out of the top five positions in the English Premier League standings at the end of the season but I honestly think that it's almost impossible, not now that Michael Carrick is still the club manager. Carrick have significantly improved the team's style of play and performance from what we saw at the beginning of the season. I just hope that the club's management will give him the job on permanent basis because he rightly deserve the opportunity to prove his coaching potentials

Mainoo did all that hard work and created a perfect goal scoring opportunity for Ahmad in the first half and still, he couldn’t put the ball right where there was no player to see it out. Although there was 1 goal that was not too unexpected but it was a very good goal but it was quite late and 3 points still got Manchester United in this match.
The beginning of the first half they played well although the second half I kind of lost Manchester United because the performance was not as good as in the first half even some of the chances that Brentford had looked much better in the second half.
Senne Lammens worked hard in this match because there were several saves that could have been if only the positioning that Lammens had was not too good I think Manchester United would have lost points but Lammens' outstanding performance loaded 3 points they still managed to secure.

With this victory position 3 is still very comfortable for them and the guarantee of qualifying for the Champions League next season is very wide open.

Michael Carrick was lucky all through out the game. Brentford could have scored up to three goals in the first half if they didn't missed all the chances they go in that game. I know Thiago to be a good finisher on the ball, today it was a different Thiago we saw. I hate to say this, but this is the worst performance I have seen Thiago pulled on wearing the Brentford's shirt. Manchester United had their chances and converted them. Bruno Fernades saw the chance to score the second goal, but choose to pass the ball to Sesko. At this point he prefers an assist over a goal.

Yes, Carrick's job is impressive, I didn't expect him to be this good. Being able to qualify for the next Champions League is a huge result for Manchester United considering how poorly they began the season. If they are able to buy some good players during the next transfer window I don't want to say they may be able to compete for the title but they could be next season's surprise.

Arsenal beating Newcastle is definitely good, not because they would be leaders, they once again won't be leaders. But at the very least it shows that they are going to do fine, and that is what matters right now, because they won and they haven't won in a while and winning is something that gets used to by players, so if you keep losing, losing more is possibility, if you win, then you break that cycle and become better.

They may end up winning every game that is left and still not win the title because City could do the same, but at least winning now means that they are putting City to the pressure.

Manchester United played really well last night but I think this win against Brainford will definitely give them a chance to go to the Champions League, that means they are still in third place so it looks like this team will finish this season in the top five and it's correct have almost secured their ticket back to the UCL for the first time in three years. However, in this situation we are all surprised to see the impeccable and outstanding performance of Brazilian player Casemiro, who actually scored a goal against Leeds United and last night against Brainford to complete his 10 goals in the PL this season.
