A very much need win for Tottenham, who would have believed they would be able to get a win away from home and it not just any place, it villa park. They really played well and defended very well in this game. Honestly the approach and mentality in todays game was really good. This win have pull them out of the zone but they are not safe yet, they still have 3 big game to play.

Every match is now a final for them, they need to try and win their reminder games, for me those fixtures are not easy one. It won’t be right to see Tottenham playing in the championship next season but they just have to do something about that now or they will be in the championship next season.

I was patiently waiting to see the outcome of this game after Manchester United defeated Chelsea because it was only Liverpool that was left among the big four that hasn't been beaten by United.

After United defeated Manchester City and Arsenal back to back was when I concluded that Liverpool wouldn't be a problem to Manchester United because Liverpool performance is not stable. Even their two goals were free goals.

The match, however, is based only on the next matches still in the league. I wouldn't call it a real challenge. There are now 6 points behind, which is not a small number that could truly influence Arsenal's position.
Arsenal won the last game by 3 goals, now they will have to face Atletico Madrid I don't know if it could affect the Premiere this match.

Now that Arsenal has been able to win their the two matches straight and they are using 6 points to gap Manchester City since they have not played their two remaining matches to meet Arsenal with their 35 legs being played, i know that Arsenal will be in one corner watching Everton vs Manchester City to see what be out come of their results, in this stage of premier League were the league is coming to an end, every teams are playing their possible best to end with better position than can make then qualify to other leagues like champions League, Europe League and Europe conference league next season, so today match will not be that easy for Manchester City playing in Everton home, never the less, Manchester City will still dominate in today match and to win too, because they aware of the gap between them and that of Arsenal club, so Manchester City will make sure they fill up the space between them, by winning Everton.

It's true that it's not ended yet but that win would give them serious boost ahead of the next 3 remaining games, I could imagine the happiness in the dressing after that win, the tears of joy after struggling for weeks. Those players should be so grateful to De Zerbi for taking the job even when it seems that all hope to get a better coach that would help them escape relegation is lost and what they owe him for that is to keep doing better till the competition for this season is over. Leeds United could be a bit difficult but Tottenham is at advantage and should be able to that match.

It was a shocking result yesterday when Aston villa lost to Tottenham, it is a last minute escape from relegation but not a comfortable one as they're only a point above Westham, Most clubs which started well messed up in the finishing moments while those who started badly in the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United are in great form now and are n the top 3. Their next match is against Leeds United, so they likely have a chance since they're at home, they have more likelihood of extending their points difference than Westham which faces the ambitious Arsenal. Let's see how it ends up playing out.

Leeds have a good match record in the last few matches while Chelsea are playing badly despite the standings above Leeds, I hope Tottenham don't underestimate Leeds, they could be a dark horse for Tottenham.

3 games to go and Tottenham need to win all of it without any dropped point to keep them in the EPL, is really hard but they made it happen, two wins in a row and it means they are fighting to survive the heat as it is. They are 17th on the log but not yet safe from being relegated while West Ham are also trying to get the job done by fighting their way off the relegation zone. To be frank with you, I never expected Spurs to be in this position till this moment because they have all it takes to stay in the 1st part of the EPL table but they were facing so many injury problems that made them perform very poor and the 1pt gap only tells that is only one team that will join Wolves and Burnley. I'd love to see both teams stay in the EPL if it is possible for that to happen but unfortunately only one team that have to stay in back. Playing Leeds UTD, Chelsea and Everton is never going to be easy while for the Hammers are Arsenal, Newcastle and Leeds UTD... Which has the easiest teams to play against?

Yea it is not the period of much excitement that may make them to feel comfortable because there are matches ahead of them  and they must be consistent enough to maintain their stay where they are right now,  I congratulate them, at some point I was thinking how the English premier League will be without Tottenham, however, it is not really settled but a good step has been taken by Tottenham that's the major thing right now, what is now left is for them to maintain this level of play, I just hope they don't allow this hope they have given to their fans to be in vain, as for Aston villa I don't know what has come over them, a team that loo very promising from the start, is now playing like a team that needs help.

I must say that Liverpool put up a fight and that's probably unexpected by a lot of people based on how poor their current form is. it was an impressive win for Manchester united, they have secured a top spot for themselves and also qualifying for the champions league next season, that's quite an achievement for them.

Liverpool form isn't that bad recently, but I didn't expect them with the good fight they pulled off in the second half after conceding two goals in the first half, after they equalized against Manchester United they dominated the match and almost took the lead, and had the been Kobbie Mainoo didn't score for Manchester United in the 77th minute and break Liverpool who knows Liverpool would have won Manchester United. Manchester United victory over Liverpool has sealed Manchester United Champions League qualification and they can also finish in their third position.
