Now that the sec fuds against binance which affected the price of bnb have subsided it is now the best time to hold BNB on a short-term basis since the coin has shown a significant price increase along with Bitcoin in this period and still there is a high possibility of the more uptrend movement for both the BNB and bitcoin along sides.

Waiting for the court to decide who won then it will see the movement of BNB in the market especially when the lawsuit wins then it is likely that the price will rise again, I believe against Binance they can have other evidence in this lawsuit to defend themselves because binance is a big platform still very trusting on this coin, but because it is still bearish, the price is still too low and it is caused by the SEC and this will be considered FUD for some people, but when the bullish season comes, the increase will be unbearable BNB coin will definitely increase even more sharply, I think prices won't drop below $200.

We will never know if this is the right time to buy. I've bought mine even before these issues and I'm on a loss holding it but I'm not panicking and will just wait for the comeback of it when a new ATH happens. I'm hoping that it will come together with bitcoin's new ATH.
That's why I'm just holding long term on it and whatever the issues and lawsuits its mother company faces, I don't mind and I'll stick to my plan that win or lose, I'll hold it. But then this is me, not a financial advise.

The easiest time to buy is actually in the bear market as almost all colors of shitcoins can still pump in the bull market, but I prefer to avoid coins that have been involved in lawsuits with the SEC. Take an example of XRP. Yes, it did try to pump, but it underachieved in the last Bull run. The same thing is most like to happen to BNB if that case drags on for a long time.

Being a big platform means nothing. It could be big today and no more tomorrow. I think you know what happened to FTX and it's native token. Things are rather so unpredictable in the crypto space.

I think prices won't drop below $200.

Despite all the occasional fud on bnb it is has displayed a great deal of resilient in price. I see bnb as one of the solid alts project in crypto.
Buying whenever the price dips is also a good idea, it gives an opportunity to dca. Bnb is a worthy investment imo.

If you are able to buy during the dump price, then for sure you can have your profit now. Though the price are still cheap and the issue is still there but of course there’s no guarantee for this one since the panic might happen any time and no one can tell if its going to happen or not. For me, I should have to wait until they've got settled it down, and when it shows some recovery. At least, we have some assurance that it will rise back, not going to the dip. Their issue with the SEC is a factor that triggers some panic in the BNB investors and I know they are still there giving support and waiting until it was over but it was possible that these investors will give up and dump their coins once they see no chance for the team to win. That is why it was best to but when they are clear with the issue already.

Time can tell if its worth it or not, just take the risk you can afford to.
The market is very volatile and anything can happen, BNB remains solid despite of the issues with SEC and I think they can survive that but still not guaranteed. If I have the extra money I'll surely buy BNB at a price around $200, you can wait for another drop or you can just buy now and hold until next year, you'll see if its worth it.

I think that whomever wins, result of it won't get decided for a long time and there might just be a bullrun before it. Imho BNB just could be safe investment before it, but i have been constantly changed my mind about it. On the other hand the lawsuit could take years, and on the other hand all the markets need is a rumor to move them.

Binance probably doesn't fall unless CZ goes to prison, and even then they just might pull it off. Bitmex CEO went to prison but they didn't have any native token that would be a central element of that exchange. There will be many moving pieces on this and result is hard to predict.

The main problem is that no one knows what will happen tomorrow and which of your predictions will come true. This is an age-old question for any cryptoinvestor when they don't know the right time to buy and sell. You have to take risks and act on guesswork.

There is a well-known rule that says: act against the market. If bnb holders are panicking and selling, then now is a good time to buy. But this is not a financial recommendation at all. If I knew what fate awaits bnb, I would never tell you. I myself would use this information for personal purposes.

It won't end soon. The lawsuit between SEC and Ripple has been going some years and has yet ended. Will the lawsuit between Binance and SEC comes to the end sooner than the lawsuit of Ripple? I guess not.

I have my belief that BNB is still one of best altcoins for 2024 and 2025 bull run. I can be different than others but I will wait for a few months before halving in 2024 to accumulate BNB. I still feel some risks if I buy BNB in 2023 with a bear market. It's safer to buy it in a bull market even I will have to pay a higher entry cost.

I wouldn’t buy it now. I remember buying it years ago in the single digits and sold it way too early. I later ended up buying FTT at like $20 thinking it would hit triple digits like Binance but obviously was wrong.

It can double in price from here eventually but I think there are better Investment out there which can be more safe and more profitable. If it goes to like $100 then it’s a better buy.

If I was you I will probably wait, it is true that the price could go up very rapidly in the case the FUD against BNB disappeared, but I doubt the SEC will let go so easily, so you could set an alert on your favorite exchange which told you if there was a big movement going on.

Then in just a matter of minutes you could buy BNB and enjoy most of the profits such a positive movement could bring, without the need to accept any of the risks in the case the price dropped instead.

You would be risking a lot. The price hasn't went down a lot like it "should" when something like the SEC thing happens. So, I would say it isn't the best time. And Binance is facing a lot of issue in different countries (not only in the US) and as far as I know they are exiting few countries due to licensing and regulatory issue. So things don't look really well of Binance. If something "bad" is supposed to happen to Binance, we can be almost sure that the price of BNB is going to get dumped a lot. But if Binance does manage to shrug off all the issue, we can almost be sure that the price is going to go up. But is the risk worth taking?

Yes I do think its a good time to buy BNB tokens. We know the reason this coin is down and it is because of regulatory pressure from the sec. It did lose $10 Billion in marketcap cause of that.

But I am sure it will go back up. And it will reach a price point of $300 at some point at least which will earn profits if you buy it now at price of $238.
