If you follow the threads, no one is discouraging them, the forum is encouraging them to return, urging them to solve the issues, where their [in]action itself has spoken for them and their reputation.

I don't think they are going to return ever again. Even if they does, I don't think anyone who are aware of what is happening for the last few weeks, will be interested to play with them. Betnomi destroyed their brand and only they can blame themselves for it.

Let's hope they are having some temporary hardship.

Exactly, I would have believed that they are facing some challenges but they would have informed the community so there would be no panic but with their muting respond it is very clear that they are not coming back again and they have gone which is very bad of them because they really invested a lot to broadcast that company in the community and beyond.

I trusted that casino company because it was trusted campaign manager was with them and the participants were good and they were pulling growd so why would they leave the business or is it that they are facing problem with their government and if it is something like that the representative would informwd the community what is happening so everyone would be informed.

Betcoin reputation becomes very bad here after multiple unresolved issues and many red flags activity in the forum. You can check this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1322261.msg13507632#msg13507632 as referenced on all of their bad deeds before they change management to the current one.

Betcoin bad reputation stays there from 2016 to 2020 (I'm not sure on when the date Betcoin starts new management). This proves that forum acknowledges those casino that is honestly wants to improve there service. Betcoin is now back from being reputable here in the forum with an active signature campaign since their new management.

IMO, only for the creator or official team from (Betnomi). There is no single reason they're paying mod, by un-active activity paying only one person to handle/take care of their social community is already enough since their service is not running at this time.

It is wishful thinking, in my opinion. Nevertheless, we have already seen some cases of people who actually returned the money when initially they have the intention or opportunity to pull the rug and run away with all the money.

It happened with the main developer of Sushiswap, back in the day, he transferred all the ETH of the protocol to his own personal wallet, but later he realized his mistake and returned it all.  It is an unlikely scenario and it becomes more and more unlikely as days pass and coins move.

Anyways, it is always a pity to see a service like this one to stain the name of crypto casinos, specially those new ones who just want to be a legitimate business in this highly competitive market .

I couldn't agree more. They really need answer all the negativity and pending doubts against them in addition to all the existing user that has fund left on their casino that is now inaccessible.

I also agree on the last part because even I as a regular player before on Betcoin don't bother to visit anymore the website even with multiple promotional email being sent on my account. It's very hard to trust casino that already show red flag. Only new players will have a courage to explore them again.

Yes, I can confirm this because I tried to post a similar message. I asked if there were any members with active balances on Betnomi accounts to step forward and share their cases in the forum. However, my message was deleted almost instantly. This indicates that there are admins and mods who are actively monitoring their Telegram group.

Of course i'm just speculating but would make sense. I'm kinda shocked the telegram is still open unless sorsis wasn't the creator. If someone else created the group, he may not be able to delete it.

The group was created on January 2019, and the first message was from Sorsis which is still available in the group (check it). I believe that Sorsis was the creator of the group. Anyway, Betnomi have a telegram channel too: Betnomi Official.

I think that if you notice any challenges concerning their site you have to complain directly to the team to solve your problem, their is something I understand in gambling websites sometimes when they go for maintenance for few days some people will think that they are having issues, and if your notice was general or it affects everyone by now they will be a surplus complain from other people, but it is good that when you notice something in a site you have to give the site two or three days time in case they are into maintenance. You can sell a telegram group channel but I dont think thats their intention. There is no reason for them to shut the group down as there is no merit to that and by keeping the channel they are giving that glimmer of 'hope' for people to believe that the site is going to come back. You can sell a telegram group channel but I dont think thats their intention. There is no reason for them to shut the group down as there is no merit to that and by keeping the channel they are giving that glimmer of 'hope' for people to believe that the site is going to come back. I am not a member of betnomi telegram group,  so I will like to ask arallmuus if their allow comments in the group or the telegram group is locked,  because there can only be a gray of hope if the telegram group is active and members are allow to communicate there but that is all ball down to how the team keep up with interactions in the group.
I doubt that betnomi have such operational protocol and since their locked everything against the players I am sure the telegram group also will be useless by now,  and all that member could do in the near future is to exit the group if no activities is happening there.

There is, but I think it's only visible to other admins/mods. Not sure about it tho, but if any GOSU could go into the group chat and scroll the member list until you see what it shows for efi... (I can see him as admin on the chat, but owner on the member list)

I think it's never too late. Germany, as a nation, still apologizes for the Holocaust. If you're proposing that in the fictional scenario, the situation is more dire than what happened here [life v. money] and thus their staffs are more motivated to reach the founder to solve the situation, I'd like to remind you that the founder of this platform knows what happened before he disappeared.

If he's in an emergency [that's what inferred from one of his last communication with icopress, not traveling] and intended to keep the integrity of his platform, given he's aware of the situation, he can point one or two of his staffs to be the acting director.
