Whats happening with Betnomi?

I hope that this is not a sign that betnomi is going out of business because I don't think that if they are still in business that there will be no good response from their chat team. Customers are worried about not having access to their funds in their wallet by not being able to o access the casino. Maybe it is a little problem that they are trying to fix or maintenance problem but I just hope that they work everything out to keep their trust in the forum.

We should not jump into these conclusions fast as they might be working on some updates or under maintenance but can't say they are out of business.As icopress has already said about contacting the team to further check if there's any update from their side so we should wait a little bit according to me.

Although, you might be right that they can be under maintenance, but still there is something wrong with betnomi, and I hope things will be better soon. They have been doing strange things with the users, and such thing wasn't expected from a platform like betnomi, and I'm quite sure that upon receiving of their withdrawals, many of the users will leave this platform. I even think if they are lucky then they may get the withdrawals because the things aren't going well on the platform.

I also say that it is still early to conclude that the team is going to do something fishy with the users, but someone who has been in the world of crypto-currencies or online gambling would always find such things as suspicious from a platform. I hope things will be better for the users of the betnomi who are trying to withdraw their money.

Well strange enough they are not yet online,I hope they really had some problems and will fix them soon which would bring back the casino online.If it does not happen this sets a really bad precedent as one of the casinos that had their share of success here just got offline without notifying anyone about it,sounds exactly like an exit scam which personally I find it hard to believe.

It's a highly strage situation, doing maintenance now for 36 hours straight and not giving out ay messages about it. I even asked several Betnomi staff members for an update and they all ignored me. But then a couple hours ago a staff member (who indeed works for them as he was already an Admin in the chat since several years as I could find out from previous messages of him) popped up in the Betnomi Telegram channel and he said the following:

I can totally understand the concerns of those who are regular customers of the platform, and I believe there must be transparency about what's wrong from the team which is yet to be seen, but still, I believe they should be given some time so that if they are running into an issue from a provider or maybe payment systems, etc., they should be able to get things resolved as soon as possible and get the platform back to normal for their customers.

Maybe a brief note on their ANN should have been posted regarding the situation they are facing so that their customers could stay calm and collected while they are working on a fix in the background, staying silent in such situations make things worse as people will start having all kinds of bad thoughts coming in their minds.

The maintenance still continue that is almost a week without any update in all social media channels. This is a very serious problem and probably within the management since there's not staff available to shed a light on current event. I'm not a regular player of Betnomi but having a long maintenance like this without any advisory is a red flag already.

They have a lot of events and giveaway here in the forum. It will be such a waste if they leave now on this state.

5 days of under maintenance? isn't it weird though? as far as I know, sport bookies are really very diligent when they doing some maintenance because their customers wanted seamless experience.

So it's most likely that this is not just a maintenance though, just read few pages of the discussion in the first page and it seems that they might have some financial issues and it's doesn't look good to their image and reputation not just in this community, but in the online gambling as well.

^That is very frustrating to the gamblers of Betnomi, without updates and it has been 5 days.
Because for me, it is less worry if they have become transparent about their update, and prior to the maintenance period, it is important to assess the trustworthiness and reliability of the casino. Suppose the casino has a history of good customer service and maintaining open lines of communication. In that case, it may be more likely that the lack of updates is due to unforeseen circumstances rather than any malicious intent.
If someone can reach to their team, they should give updates here in the forum.

The only good thing here is that OP got his money. However, it's unfortunate to see such a a reputable casino falls to keep his customers updated and avoid addressing their concerns.
Their representative is still active on this forum but he didn't even bother to chime in and reconfort the customer by explaining what's the cause of the problem. If you are going to take your website down for maintenance, then you should inform all your customers about this before proceeding.

I find this very problematic that the website is not communicating any information at all. Sure, they may have all social media platforms available but no word has been spread or informed by any of those social media platforms.

Personally, even if it turns out that the website is back, I would somehow avoid this casino. You can actually see on how they handle their PR- no news and no anything whatsoever. Better avoid potential and risky conflicts such as this one instead of tolerating this kind of practice.

Though this may be the case, I am happy for you OP since you were able to receive your money. I do recommend that you search new gambling websites that are similar to betnomi to avoid this from happening again.

Very very correct, and it's very barbaric if am allowed to use that word, I just checked their twitter page, and also, not a single mention of the ongoing maintainance, how callous and more selfish can a casino be, totally disregarding their users.

Sorry for all the negative words but i feel angry at how some of this guys take us for granted, no matter how urgent the maintenance needed to happen., atleast, post about it in your social handles so that customers won't start panicking, some times, I wonder if some of this Casinos are being managed by kids who know nothing about customer relations.
