How can they just all of a sudden just start acting up this way? Possibly I assume there is an upgrade or maintenance ongoing because the traffic that frequents the site might definitely have warranted the upgrade so they could be able to accommodate more numbers irrespective of the volume and capacity.

Shit happens. But how someone handles a problem can tell us a lot about their professionalism. OK, some shit happened, they should admit it and communicate openly with customers... leaving people in the dark wandering around creates confusion and conspiracy theories, and that is bad for business.

The fact that the betnomi team have not made any public announcement about the reason for the sudden closure of the casino without giving the customer time to withdraw their balance shows a lot about the platform and the casino has done well in terms of promotion and they have sustained operations of the casino for that long time point to the gravity of what hit the casino.


Possible attacks may force the casino to close down but then the most important thing is how the team handle it and how active they are towards giving the users updates on the development and how it goes.

I'm quite sure that they are out of funds and they wont be able to allow any withdrawals from their platform. They will have two options in this stage either to make excuses that their system is having maintenance break, and continue holding the money of the gamblers for long duration, or to just exit the business without any confirmation.

It seems that Sorsis did in fact communicate with icopress and some others regarding this situation and offered some positive information, but they haven't sorted out everything yet which means that they still can't be trusted yet.

If they sort out the entire mess quickly within a week or less, the damage to their reputation would stay minimal.

It's totally a different domain and the tld is .bet. The logo and design looks very different which means there are no chance that it's owned by betnomi.com management. Some other party may be is trying to use the traffic from the brand name betnomi.

I thought the website may be copied from the original Betnomi. But it seems only the name is the same. Betnomi.com registered on 2019-01-04 and it will expire on 2024-01-03. While betnomi.bet registered on 2021-10-02 and it will expire on 2023-10-02.

Betnomi representative previously stated that betnomi.bet is their old platform and they transitioned to the betnomi.com domain in 2021. I'm not sure if they still own the old domain or why they didn't just redirect to the new tld.

From their response it seems both platform are independent. Since they asked for new registration and withdraw then transfer the balance, I will assume it similar like being a player of Stake and leaving Stake and joining Betnomi.com. Since it's two different platform, you can not just redirect it. If you have an account with betnomi.com then it's not the same for betnomi.bet.

Now I am a bit confused. Betnomi.com domain was been registered in 2019, and Betnomi.bet was registered in 2021. Now I am wondering how betnomi.bet could be their old platform while it was registered later than Betnomi.com. The Betnomi.com domain is older than betnomi.bet. It's also possible that whois shows the latest information of betnomi.bet domain data. Maybe this domain was registered before 2021, and it's expired in 2021. When Betnomi.com abandoned the .bet domain, some other casinos took a chance to grab it. I don't know what is the case here. I am puzzled.

May be there is a way to delete domain history or something but as far as I experienced I am not aware of such service or technology.

I think they ran out of money and they are using delay tactics to slow down withdrawals. They are not getting money in to pay their clients and their Sport provider, so they are slowly bleeding to death.

Agreed, when I was working with Betnomi they had many instances where communication should have been better. Payments always late, site issues, just things in general could have been handled better.

They always paid, but I definitely think their communication needs to improve if they are going to try to continue to operate.

I don't know really, not I assume that in times like this when the general crypto market is not in all that green like we always cherish, several businesses tends to have problems keeping up with their normal operations, yes, the condition of the market is not supposed to affect gambling casino, but the truth of the matter is that, as long as the gambling casino is a related to crypto, the crypto market will always every sector when the market is bad..

The above and other challenges could be the cause, or one of the causes that have translated to delays processing withdrawal requests.

I don't think that people don't understand how things become when market conditions are bad as we all have seen what happened after Bitcoin and the market crashed, there were layoffs all around, companies running online businesses or working offline but somehow associated with cryptocurrencies were letting a lot of their employees go only because they were not being able to pay them what they deserved and they were cutting costs.

I hope they are not, they have poor support and communication and this is not good, in the casino industry good support and timely communication are very important since they stopped accepting deposits and announced that they will soon activate their platform, so they will soon announcing a relaunch but they need to address the pending withdrawals, these people with pending withdrawals who are not aware of the situation because of their poor support will open a scam accusation and this is not good for their reputation if they decide to open, they have to fix all issues before re-opening if they have a plan to continue.

It has been a bit to long down on maintenance but the people involved there have said that within some days or weeks max they will have a complete renewed version of the site,so they are working a lot in order to bring the site back according to these people.However we all feel the same,we all hope that a good company like Betnomi should be back online soon otherwise we would be witnessing one of the worse precedent from the reputable casinos who happen to go offline,we have ton of other options but the more the merrier I think to satisfy all gamblers needs.
