Get jobs, get more jobs if you can, if you can't take another job on top of what you have right now, learn a skill or a craft, preferably one that is not as time consuming, not stressful, and not something as major as your current employment, look into baking, writing, tutoring, all that stuff. From there, hone your skill, master your craft, and build a clientelle. If you sre scared all you need to do is to find another source of income along with your salary so even if you are fired you still have secondary income.
