I can advice to make posts about your situation. This helps a lot, if you make several posts, for example in Bitcointalk or elsewhere, so that Freewallet representatives will see that you are adding complaints and its better for them to let you withdraw BTC

Sometimes after one post a customer may get his tickets reviewed, but also some people cant get coins back even after month or years. Thats why it's better to make official statements, not to wait till administration pays attention to your issues.

We have an interesting announcement for readers. The police of one of the countries (we wrote about this case a few weeks ago) sent an official request to Hong Kong to obtain information from local authorities about the location and owners of Freewallet. Let me point out right away that it is not a fact that law enforcement will be able to obtain this information. Especially considering that, according to our data, their legal address is nominal, there is no real office in Hong Kong. But we hope that this will be the first step towards an interesting investigation.

Thank you for your help! It might be very useful especially because some law enforcements are already investigating cases of Freewallet fraud

Dear Freewallet clients. We always answer to your emails, but very often you ask for help, but then don't provide any information. We never ask for any personal data, like your name, adress, phone number. But we can't help you to fill an official report or online complain withou knowing what exactly happened, and what amount of coins you cant withdraw. So please, provide this information. In this case we'll help to fill and to send to all possible competent authorities your claims.

Thank you to everyone who is taking proactive steps to get their savings back. I am often asked if I can help regain access to blocked assets ( for a reward). This is impossible. The only way I know to get the money back is through the intervention of law enforcement officers. Only the police and the court can force the owners of the service to return their assets to clients. Therefore, it is important that everyone who has lost money due to the fault of the administration is active.

Please tell me, have any of the users already encountered blocking of coins in the “updated version” of Freewallet? If yes, then share your story (you can anonymously in PM)

Years back they claimed to update their monero wallets and I had 5+ XMR, I thought well any respectful site will keep user funds even if they have technical shit of their own, well one day I logged in and shocked that I have new XMR address and my funds are zero.

It is criminal structure affiliations: freewallet.com, hitbtc.com and minergate.com investigation and evidence as follows:

Freewallet is one piece of the cake of which fraudulent sites are working so close together for example minergate offered 0% fees withdrawals to freewallet only and zero fees transfers to hitbtc member usernames only the Blockchain withdrawals had massive fees unbelievably high fees and that says all those entities are in harmony and their systems are integrated fully internally between one another that they seem to operate almost the same scheme from their interface to their security procedures their support, withdrawal systems and the fake scam by any means necessary those entities I believe are: minergate.com, hitbtc.com and freewallet.com they are all in disguise and infact all of them are one entity operating the whole criminal structure. I hope one day for the thousands of users they scammed. That all of involved get arrested and rot in fucking Siberian prison getting gangbanged by polar bears Estonian sons of east euro trash whore bitches

I emailed the mother fuckers support back then and the mother fucker top scammer Alvin Hagg son of a bitch thief responsed himself to my emails I was infuriated I bitch slapped their email with evidence of fraud and legal action threats and the scam fucker CEO himself responded directly and gave me bullshit far from reality stalling fucking obvious scam responses and stalled and stalled the shit outta me with bullshit long responses that have no solution I demanded private keys or fucking crediting mybalance the main issue was his other scam minergate I was top XMR miner mining at least 3-4 solo blocks when reward was 9.5+- the mother fucker does this often of which the son of a bitch suspends all outgoing Blockchain withdrawals requests for fucking days and provides only two solutions to either send to freewallet instantly zero fees or trade it on hitbtc by sending to internal usernames of those sites instantly well that's the mother fucking Alvin the whore scheme this Estonian son of a east euro trash whore must rot in prison.... To this fucking day he didn't either credit my balance nor provided my private keys

Ah true piece of shit lowest of of the low east euro trash mother of whore sites I have all the evidence if required I'll upload it all of it.  They must be brought to justice.

Well as far as we know. the owner stays in London. Also, there are victims from some countries of EU, including the Netherlands, Bulgaria and Romania. It also gives us a chance to start investigation against the leaders of this project.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.frwt.wallet&pli=1
New attempt to lure victims using GooglePlay.
Freewallet launched a "new" wallet with similar name. To hide the fact they already had been blocked in Google, they shortened the apps name to FRWT.
But it's still the same scam!

We are constantly in touch with various authorities. I wouldn't like to reveal all the details. Let’s just say that several countries are collecting and assessing facts about Freewallet’s actions. But unfortunately, there has been no real success in the form of arrest or charges yet.

Unfortunately Freewallet is still active both in Apple store and Google Play.
I dont see any cases in which people could get money through the court

Don't give up. Continue to write complaints and try to get your coins back. Many victims succeed, even if it seems that there is no way to stop the scammers

Hey man, Estonia isnt as bad as you think, i wish it was, but its not. Be that as it may, if you can locate him or better yet his family, estonia, london, portugal, moldova, ukraine, france, italy, germany, hungary, bulgaria or wherever else i guarantee you that people will get their money back. No police no need to involve the police in that.

The opportunities to locate real Freewallet owners have only law enforcements, who can send official requests.
So that we hope that as many Freewallet scam victims as possible will fill their complaints

Only active actions will help stop crypto scammers who own Freewallet org

We see many similar stories and have spoken with dozens of victims. Unfortunately, only a part of them are ready to be active to stop scammers and take back their assets. Our main problem is that we do not act together. According to our data, thousands of Freewallet clients have already experienced asset theft. If each of them sends one complaint, there will be thousands of them in total. But this must be done simultaneously in one list of organs. For starters, this should include local law enforcement agencies, as well as regulators like the FCA.

1. Share your story with us. We will help you file complaints and appeals to law enforcement officers for free. Write to us at freewallet-report@tutanota.com.

2. File a formal crime report with your local police. In some countries this can be done online. But even if you need to be present in person to submit an application, don’t be lazy to spend a couple of hours. Remember that only government agencies have the ability to force the scammer to return your money!

3. Send similar complaints to British, American, European and international structures. In particular, FCI, NFIB etc. We can send you the full list after contacting us by email.

4.Post your complaints and comments. Quora, Medium, Bitcointalk, Trustoilot, Sitejabber: wherever there is a mention of Freewallet there should be your stories about how scammers stole your savings.

5. Sign our petition.

6. If you know others affected by Freewallet, please forward this text to them.

By the way, I see a lot of readers and those who left comments in this thread. But unfortunately, there are very few active users who leave complaints and take other actions against Freewallet. If you have a couple of minutes, we would be grateful if you could take the short survey. It is anonymous and will help you understand why many victims are not ready to do anything to block Freewallet and get their coins back.
