I can call it as a KYC scam. Because after blocking assets adnimistration often ignores tickets and documents. On this forum You can find many scam accusations with same scenario: wallet is frozen, user sends documents and photos, but can't pass KYC.

I think there are exceptions in this, some users would have by themselves committed what they would not even have come here to share with us in public before they were being denied access to their account, so I see it as more of being violating the rules and in some cases an attempt to bypass the means to know or catch them, than only not being available to render KYC requirements, they can't block you completely because of none compliance to KYC, in most cases where the platform is trusted except otherwise.

Well, Freewallet makes it unavailable for you to withdraw funds. Sure, you still can receive coins, log in to your account. But you don't own your assets anymore.

Does anyone know the official name of the company that owns the Freewallet project? And what is their office address?

More signatures = more chances that police and NFIB will react to this.
But even 50 will be enough to make this petition more visible.

That's right! We have already collected 50 signatures! The petition will be displayed on the main page of the service and the speed of receiving support from other users will increase! But in any case, we encourage all victims to write official statements to law enforcement agencies!

Thanks a lot for you and all people who helps to fight against Freewallet!
They are not legit. We discovered this thread for example here: https://freewalletreviews.org/freewallet-structure-legal-entities-associated-with-freewallet/
If someone has other information, please, share it!

Post your complaints and stories about Freewallet scam on sitejabber.

The owners of Freewallet org spend a lot of money on advertising. In particular, they massively post custom reviews and laudatory comments. One such site is Sitejabber.com. If you look at all the reviews published there, you will notice many flattering comments in which the “client” praises the application.

And this is clearly not true. But there are also dozens of complaints from victims of the Freewallet scam on sitejabber. We contacted the resource administration with a request not to advertise the application. And our complaint was heard. Administrators have published a warning about the presence of custom reviews on Freewallet. We encourage you to leave your comments there too!

https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/freewallet.org

Post your complaint, tell about your complaints against Freewallet! Demand that this application not be advertised anywhere and under any circumstances!

Almost 40 users already left their complaints! It already helped to show that most new clients are disappointed with this "wallet".
But please, add more to make Sitejabber BAN this app!

If you know any other online services that are working to remove scam projects, please, let me know. It's really important if people will be able to make some actions against scammers.

Are there any users from Australia who were scammed?
If yes, then I advice to make a report here https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam
Good thing is that you have an oprion to allow the government to share your report with other authorities and private structures that work on stopping fraud.

unfortunately I'm not from Australia. However, I doubt that their police will be able to help. As far as I understand, Freewallet was created in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong?

Freewallet scammers can block any user. It aint matter either he is from the UK, USA or any other state.
That's why we decided to translate our texts about Freewallet scam to other languages.
We noticed that there are Freewallet scam victims who live outside English-speaking states. That`s why it might be useful for them to stay in touch with there neighbours.
For example here we prepared some materials for Russian speaking community.
Texts in other languages will also appear in several days.

We've got another scam accusation from user, who lost about $5000.
He provided some screenshots that show the fact Freewallet not just blocked his coins, but also deleted (?) his account.

As you can see, coins got stuck in the wallet, support answers that can't help because "can't verify user", and at the same time Support page is unavailable.
