I'm commenting late, but I was waiting for all the games involving the 3 big teams to finish before I could comment. I will start with the Farense game against Porto, this was a game that in my opinion the difference between both teams was in the efficiency of Porto's attack and the inefficiency of Farense's attack, while Farense created danger for Porto's defense but wasted goals , Porto did not waste goals at every good opportunity. If the Farense player had a good attack, then they would have achieved a draw in this game. Congratulations to Porto who played well and were very efficient in attack, a team should not waste every opportunity they have to score a goal. with this victory, Porto remains in third place and in the race for the title, it is still possible that Porto can overcome Benfica and Sporting, I say this because in the Portuguese league this is possible, if it were in the league of Italy, Spain, France and Germany I highly doubt that the second third place with a difference of 5 points would be able to overtake the top team

Amateur star played against Benfica, in a game in which I saw Benfica winning, but I confess that I was surprised by the fact that Benfica conceded a goal and were losing, it was a goal that could have been avoided by Benfica's defense. Benfica's goalkeeper saved the first shot, but when defending he returned the ball to the same player who shot the ball, and as Benfica's goalkeeper was leaving the ground, he had little space and time to save the second shot, as result the amateur star scored a goal. In my opinion, the amateur star did well in the 1 half but the fact that they didn't take advantage of all the opportunities they had meant they left that game with just 1 goal

Sporting played against Casa Pia, I confess that this was a result that shocked me, how could a team allow them to concede 8 goals? 5 goals were scored in the 1 half and there was no player from the home team who had a red card, so they conceded 5 goals in 45 minutes even though they were playing with full players. in the second half there was only Sporting causing danger and scoring more goals. At the end of the game there were 8 goals scored by Sporting, I've been commenting a lot here about how Sporting has had a good attack in the last few games. It looks like it won't be easy for Benfica to overcome Sporting

5 points between 1st and 3rd place isn't much, considering that we still have remaining h2h games between these teams. Don't agree with you, if such situation would be in your mentioned leagues, fight for title still would be open. C'mon, we have almost half of season remaining.
Benfica conceding first against Estrela didn't looked like real threat. It would be different if their second goal would be counted, but there was offside. BTW, didn't understood why you're calling Estrela amateur stars, but yeah, this is how their name can be translated in English.
Sporting scoring 8 goals is serious statement. And it looked that they can score as many as they want, Casa Pia just didn't arrived to the game.

What Sporting CP did! I don't think anyone expected them to score 8 goals tonight. They intimidated all their rivals. They sent the message that we'll be champions this season. With such a good squad and such a good game, they really should be champions.
Benfica and Porto also won this week so the point difference is still same.

Sporting CP, Benfica and FC Porto are still competing fiercely at the moment. These three clubs still have hopes of winning the title this season. Although a lesser performance isn't expected from them.

 The league seems less competitive though as there are still weeks left and just these 3teams are trying to make good wave in the league. Over the years it's still these three that have been the most talked about because of the feats they've attained. One would be so sure to bet on these teams and their ability to keep progressing in points in their league games.

Apart from the money involved, the level of competitiveness for the winner is equivalent. With two or three teams the only candidates for the title.

And yesterday Braga must have messed up a lot of bets, including mine 

I bet on the team victory, thinking it would be a very easy game, after all Braga are playing well, in 4th place, theoretically it would be an easy game, playing at home, and against Chaves who are in almost last place, with the same number of points as Vizela (the last one)
And the game ended in a draw hehehe, I lost my bet

In the last 5 games Braga only won 2, only 1 point ahead of Vitória SC, it will be a good fight to 4th place

The money is really essential in football, players often decline bids not because of the team but because is low and wouldn't meet targets. There's big difference because the actions in these European leagues and others. European leagues mentioned are highly classified interms of performance and rankings by FIFA.

And this game got postponed. First it was delayed for 1 hour, but now it was confirmed that game won't be played today. As I understand, there wasn't enough police to guarantee safety. It's required to have at least 15 officers at game and only 2 were available. Nothing surprising that riots happened before the game, several fans were injured, at least one is heavy. Sporting fans probably is most aggressive in Portugal.

I also think it's very difficult for the team to do what they did last year, because they're playing in the Champions League, and they were the only Portuguese team to qualify, the others are playing in the Europa League, which is theoretically easier

Yes, the Portuguese league does have clubs that have had a big influence over the years, like the clubs you mentioned, because these clubs have always dominated the league. Porto is still performing very well in the league as well as in the Champions League and is not having a big impact even though they have a busy schedule, as well as Sporting CP and Benfiqa must prepare themselves to compete in the play off round of the European league in the near future so that they can bring in the big names of the league Portugal is competing in the big league but not as big as the Champions League because Porto is also trying hard in the match they will play this month when they face Arsenal because it is quite a tough match.
