Napoli may not be as rich as other clubs but they are quite capable of covering the fees to employ Conte. Conte parted ways with Tottenham in march 2023 after he led them to another champions league qualification but maybe the team was not satisfied with the result. He has had an experience in the Italian league after winning the title with Inter Milan so it was a nice decision for Napoli to appoint him after struggling throughout this season.
