To be honest, I didn't expect such alacrity from Venezia. They came out strong and managed to score in just the second minute of the match. The rumor of Conte's return to Juventus is indeed very strong, but it is very unfortunate if it is just a rumor, where Conte chose to stay at the Stadio Maradona for one more season, and that makes Juventus still quite confused in finding a replacement for Igor Tudor. I like it when two strong teams battle it out and cannot find the winner at the end of 90 minutes then proceed to the 30 minutes of extra time. I just love the suspense, it shows that both teams really played their hearts out and couldn't be separated from the other, then the final separating campaign sets in, which is the compulsory penalty shots. At least with this, it simply means that one team will go home empty handed. I will just watch and see what happens next.

He is 73 years old, the fact that he came to the post of coach in such a difficult situation for Roma is already a big favor on his part. And the fact that he raised the team so high (even higher than Mourinho's 6th place) is a miracle.

No look, it's not this defeat that will make me change my mind about Inzaghi, he's the first since Herrera who managed to take Inter to the Champions League final at least 2 times, unlike Herrera he succeeded 3 times winning 2 of them. That ending was also really sad for Inter fans. You get so close to lifting 2 big trophies but mess it up in the final moments... Yeah this is a part of football but this might cause Inzaghi to leave for real.

It's been years now since they last shined or made waves as a top team in Italian football. People don't realise that Juventus are struggling a lot financially. They couldn't even convince Conte to sign for them. They've not been able to sign top players and compete, and they even struggle to keep their top players. That's why they've been looking for ways to sell, but they don't have any players that are expendable and worth a lot.
It will be difficult for Juventus to sign quality players or a coach because a quality coach will ask for quality players.

I'm not expecting anything from them next season. If the coach does very well, they can compete for the league or league cup and might even win it, but in Europe, I don't expect much.

Yea Ranieri helped As Roma in the just concluded season, as a matter of fact he was the reason why As Roma ended the season in the 5th position at the end of last season, personally I never expected As Roma to get to that position considering the fact that there performance during the preliminary stage of the season was very poor and that resulted to the appointment of Ranieri to head the club till the end of the season, As Roma as a club needs a procative manager, Italian serie A is not a joking league side but if Gasperini can give the club what they want then he's good to go, Roma has to do better than they did last season although I give them kudos for the fact that after everything they went through last season, they still had a good position better than that of AC milan.
