Sure, you know one of the major problems we face here in the forum that serves as a hindrance to growth, especially newbies is our inability to read. Many newbies seem too tired to read, while some are not even interested. And then, the question becomes, if you don't read, navigate round the forum to gather informations, follow high ranked members by reading there post in different boards and threads, how do you learn, understand and grow? So the issue of growth or even earning merits becomes a big problem for such a newbie because the knowledge needed to produce quality post or contribution is lackened.
The forum has so many members with high knowledge, and they are always ready to help in terms of providing answers and also sharing there knowledge to whoever is ready to learn. This you can see in so many knowledge filled threads all over the forum. It's just a matter of creating time to read and learn. Weldon bro, we keep learning and growing daily here.
