Casimero just needed to be consistent in winning his future fights including this bout so that he will move, even if it's just a decision, the important thing is that he will win. Same here, it's kind of late already since Casimero is still fighting to have a decent rank in this weight class and on the other hand, Naoya Inoue is already on his way unifying all the belts against Tapales. If Casimero became a mandatory challenger of Inoue this fight will happen but if there's nothing like that will exist then maybe we cannot see this fight to happen. Also maybe Inoue's camp is just waiting for Casimero to be out of his prime so that he can easily dispatch this guy and continue to build his legacy. You are right, even there are also Japanese fans who show an interest in a possible matchup between Inoue and Casimero
there are still factors that prevent it to happen, either promoters of handlers don't see it as worthy or whatever the reason behind.

In the case of Tapales, we never know what fate he has as no one expects him to win his belts, an unknown challenger to many who upset the
current champ.

Casimero's promoter have sent to Ormoc City where the latter lives two high level sparring partner as the training has intensified since the fight will be in less than a month from now. Gauging on the video, Casimero is almost there, he hits very hard and that hook if touches Oguni;s chin, i think he would fall to the canvas.
