Though his opponent is no longer in his prime, Casimero still needs a win with a big hype under his name. Winning it with an early KO might bring the attention to the crowd.
Especially that he's fighting against a Japanese fighter where pride is really important, winning it with a KO or taking his opponent down with something that vlogger can write a good story behind might really spark the interest of promoters to set him up against Inoue.
An important win to make or create a noise for your name and push the intensity to bring himself closer to Inoue's next challenger.
Im hoping to witness that. The last boxer he beat was Ryo Akaho. Although it was initially controversial and ruled as a no contest, since Ryo Akaho admitted he lost the fight, the win was awarded to Casimero via a 2nd-round knockout as we can see it in Ryo Akaho's record. No, the last fighter that Casimero beat is Nghitumbwa and the fight was held in Manila. It was a dominant win by Casimero against the bigger opponent, and he had almost knock him out. But Nghitumbwa took the best of Casimero and was able to withstand. That's why we said that against Oguni, Casimero should be impressive enough to get the attention of Inoue to be the next boxer that we will fight. At least if this fight ends in a knockout win for John Riel they hype will still be there for a potential Inoue class next year.

Casimero, prior to getting stripped of his belt in the bantamweight division, already had some impressive wins. I don't think that's what Casimero is looking for because, obviously, their fight is highly anticipated, and there should be no problem with marketing the fight. Though the possible fight with Casimero has him as the challenger, it would be more attractive if they could bring this fight to the US. More audience means more money, and if Inoue really wants to become more popular, he should consider fighting more in the US.

That's the only fight if he wins, he will no longer be doubted by all of the fans because he will just simply prove himself as the best boxer he really is, opposite to whatever Casimero is claiming. I doubt that he will accept the fight in the US because it won't be that good and it should be in Japan because that was what Casimero was saying back then. he even fights Inoue in Japan even if the referee is his father. That would be a great challenge for Casimero, I really hope to see that fight after Inoue is done against Tapales.

If Inoue is indeed compared to Manny Pacquiao, then I hope not only his achievements in terms of championships will increase but, more significantly, his earnings in boxing as well. According to this article. https://thesportslite.com/net-worth/naoya-inoue-net-worth-salary-endorsements-cars-houses-properties-charities-etc/Inoue's net worth in 2023 is, Naoya Inoue’s current net worth is around $5 million as of 2023. That could increase if he try to go out of his comfort zone.

Most probably they would fight each other in Japan where the Japanese Monster is comfortable. I have read an article that Japanese are buying tickets for this fight and seems like they are interested to see how Casimero would perform against Oguni because they also wanted to see our very own Quadro Alas fight their own pride. With regards to Inoue just settling in Japan, i think Top Rank is already aware of that and for sure they will make some move to bring their cash cow to the boxing mecca of the world, Las Vegas. Time flies so fast that this Casimero vs Oguni would be happening next week but have not seen odds yet for this fight, hopefully they would cover this early.

Yes, time flies so fast, last week we have the Charlo vs. Canelo and now the one that we all waiting for, Casimero against Oguni and as we have said, the pressure could be in the shoulder of Casimero to win impressively and by a knockout no less so that his name is still in the works for a Inoue fight which fans like us are waiting, regarding if the fight is to be held in Inoue's country. Bob Arum should really work his magic and tell the Inoue's that it's better for them to have their boy fight in the mecca of boxing which is the United States so that they can cement his legacy and obviously, makes a lot of money as well.

Also, the manager of Casimero is Japanese, so there's no need of some kind of translation as both managers can sit down comfortably and talk about the business and how the money will be split. But definitely, Inoue will be the A-side here. With regards to Inoue just settling in Japan, i think Top Rank is already aware of that and for sure they will make some move to bring their cash cow to the boxing mecca of the world, Las Vegas.

Same process though mate, it might be shown after a day or two before the actual fight. Obviously, this doesn't have the hype that other fights that we have so the listing of the odds might be delayed until the date of the fight itself. Nevertheless, we will wait and most likely bet if we see some value on it.

There's no betting odds yet on sportsbooks, however, I've seen a website that could give us an idea about the possible betting odds of the fight. https://champinon.info/schedule/casimero-vs-oguni/#iw-modalLatest Odds FavoriteCasimero to win: 1/2 UnderdogOguni to win: 2/1 As we can see, Casimero is a slight favorite with 1.50 odds if converted on decimal, I think it's already worth taking.

Thank you for giving us a picture of what the betting odds could possibly be once they're available. 1.50 is quite attractive already, considering his opponent isn't that popular and doesn't have a better ranking than him. The only worry here is if the fight ends up in a judges' decision because Oguni is fighting on his home court, and you know about the home-court advantage. Additionally, Inoue might not be interested in fighting Casimero if he doesn't win impressively. I would also help you guys update once the real odds are out, I'm sure it will be out soon since the fight is already a week from now.

You know, we can probably score better odds once the whole market's in on it. I'm thinking about going for a knockout here, just like what Casimero must be thinking. He's got to secure that win and not leave it up to the judges. I'm guessing the odds for a KO victory are around 1.80 to 1.90, but either way, it's a lot better than the 1.50 odds.

I thought he will be like 1.2x something as favorite, nevertheless if we fans of him think that it's already attractive, then we should wait for our favorite crypto casinos to released the odds and then we can beat on them. Videos of Casimero circulating about this training for this fight also looks good. I mean he is very sharp and then some random running together with his entourage. Maybe they still think that Casimero needs more stamina and gas against Oguni at it might be a long night for him. But we all wanted for Casimero to have a signature knockout to really show his arrival in this division.

He is doubling the effort, his last fight is not good he appeared to lose his knock-out power in his last fight against Filipus Nghitumba he did floor him but he had a problem with his gas, and it was noticeable, a boxer's last fight is his parameter for his next fight so he needs to show that he still has it, it's only 5 days to go so he is now in tip-top shape. Casimero if he is at his best can knock out anybody in the first 5 rounds I hope he knocks out Oguni so he gets another shot at the title

Researching Casimero and I saw this. Checked Stake.com and the odds are still not available although at outrights the other fights like Francis Nganou versus Tyson Fury are already available even though it is set for October 29th. I think for the Filipinos who like to put their bets, we will need to wait until Wednesday or earlier before the odds will come out. I really like to bet for me and I wish the odds would come out as early as possible in my favorite sports bookie. But let's understand, it's not like this will be a popular fight which is why it's not yet posted in other bookies. Still I will watch this fight and support Casimero because I want him to get the higher ranks and have a chance against Inoue someday.

He's got to secure that win and not leave it up to the judges. I'm guessing the odds for a KO victory are around 1.80 to 1.90, but either way, it's a lot better than the 1.50 odds. If you are aiming for bigger odd KO win, for sure will be much better, but for some gambler ML with 1.50 odd is already good enough. Though if Casimero is aiming for another big fight to come, he needs to win this fight with an attracting KO, it will hype his name and will create social media conversation, Chances that fans will again call for his chance to face Inoue. This fight will take place inside Inoue's crowd and who knows, maybe if Casimero will show some exciting skills, might be possible that it will be boosted by the Japanese fans to call for Inoue's next fight.

But hoping it will long last and win in this fight because it's almost come 7, days in countdown cssimero once again in the ring fighting aiming for the win in order to face that monster fighter in Japan Inoue which is once it will happen it will be one of the biggest fight in boxing . Cause we all know how the carisma when we are watching the battles if champion .

I personally would bet on a KO win. I mean, it's not safe to leave it to the judges, especially when you're fighting in your opponent's home country. Casimero's got that knockout power, you know? He can take out anyone if they're willing to go toe-to-toe. And honestly, I don't see anything particularly special about Oguni, so I think it's just going to be an ordinary day for Casimero. I'm really curious about what kind of preparation Casimero has been putting in to ensure a solid win in this fight. But whatever it is, I hope it works out for him on the actual fight night. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if the fans start booing Casimero since he's been disrespecting their champ, Inoue.

Yes, that's what we have been saying, this kind of fights, in the lower division, most of the time the sport bookies are very late to list the odds until the last minute of the fight. So all we can do is wait or at least someone will tell us here that the odds have been released so that we can bet. And with that, we could only wait and if we wasn't able to put the bet on time, then so be it. But at least we can only hope that Casimero can win this fight and with a KO victory so that Inoue will likely be interested in fighting him.

Here is the latest update or video regarding this fight, and it seems that he is already in Japan, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrbu7S6IOBwAnd the title says he was not allowed to get out of the Japanese airport upon arrival and that he was corned by the Japanese boxing media to have an interview with him and asked questions about him fighting Inoue? Nothing is wrong with it though, Casimero is really famous boxer, and he has a Japanese promoter right now so it make sense the the Japanese boxing media is really waiting for him in the airport to have a interview. Still a good publicity for the former Filipino champion.

^ It's not like a formal interview though, and it seems that it was just a ambushed interview, but it seems that there is some translator along the way, maybe it was provided by the Japanese manager of Casimero as for sure they are the one who pick him up at the Japanese airport.
Regardless, it's good to see that Casimero is in Japan already as the fight is just several days from now. It's just weird though that the date of the fight is not weekends as usually it's Sunday a fight is held. But I will not be surprised as it will be held in Asia, so maybe they doesn't care what the date is, as long as it can be made and many fans are going to see this fight, then it's all good.
