Results turning out poor and at some point good only shows a different level of inconsistency of which is not going to give them a decent productivity in the league by the time they cumulate all their accumulated points so as to get them a position on the table, in a situation where the wins are more, it's could be considered a pretty good one to handle but in other situation where the losses are more, they are most likely not going to have good points to get them good position on the table.

Time isn't what Erick Ten Hag needs at this point, he's already gotten a whole lot of that, this will be his third season in Manchester united, it's enough for him to have been able establish a system with which he's going to work with and will only need to make adjustments over time as the need to arises. If he more often used brilliant tactics, Man United should finish in the UCL zone. Luckily, Man United still can play in Europa league. We all know that the Champions League is a big league where there are big and strong teams with tight competition, of course for Leverkusen I think they can learn a lot of lessons by facing these big and strong teams. When a coach has a high temperament and ego, the players will find it difficult to play optimally, they are afraid of making mistakes and in the end Ten Hag scolds him and maybe curses at him. The issues of ego have a been a serious challenge that has got the team in an uneasy pattern especially within the players and the coach, yet tennhag isn't willing to drop his ego at any point, he's still very particular about whatever he wants to happen and never really considerate about the players side of view and that has most times caused them to end in arguments and tin rifts most times which in the end affects the players performance.

When these players have to struggle with handling their psychology and still delivering good quality performance even when not in a perfect relationship with the coach, it can be really stressing and may even cost them their actual performance sometimes, even the fact that he gets to make some of his players his fav and the others looking like they are just some random players without any preference, all put together to cause their psychology to be in a state of mental instability which some couldn't cope with and their performance drop s.

The management maybe should look into the players coach relationship that exists between tennhag and his players if it could be the reason the team hasn't achieved much in recent times, maybe that could help in solving the problem of poor performance if these players are helped to put back their psychology in check and putting them in the right minds to adequately stay stable enough to be able to deliver the kind of performance expected of them, just maybe ten hag isn't attached to the job so he's not making efforts to keep it and Manchester united management appears like they have gat no option at the moment but to tolerate ten hag.

Ten Hag's a monster, clearly. He dared to have a vision and some standards, and the poor, delicate superstars couldnt handle it. Boo-hoo.  Ronaldo and Sancho werepast their prime, coasting on reputation. They didnt fit Ten Hag's system, and their egos couldnt handle the bench. If a few bruised egos are the price of progress, then so be it. Maybe the "world-class athletes" should try being world-class teammates for a change.
