Most people in this forum are interested in sports like football, cricket etc which is why horse racing never really received much attention. Another reason is because crypto gambling sites don't really focus much on it.

Horse race is an interesting sport from my distance observation. Why did I use "distance observation" because I have not seen horse race in real life but only in TV and probably in movies. And I have seen it in bookmakers halls showing it and gamblers were placing bet on it. People prefer football betting more than horse race because horse race is not popular as other sport games. Like in my country there is no horse game events so many gamblers are not even aware of it, unless it shows in the gambling hall.

But if we talk of table tennis, boxing, long tennis running race (100 metre race etc) etc, and people gambling on them because they are sports people participate locally and internationally and not only on TV show but in physical life. I believe that all types of betting games had its own prime, and horse racing is one of the most popular back then. In my country, it is popular in the 90's and the early 2000's.
But again it's a matter of time, lots of betting games have developed over the period of time, and at the same time our preferences also changes over time. I personally never had any interest in horse racing nor have I ever watched any matches or known any horses or people riding the horses, so I never really looked for any threads or any topics regarding the sport. However, I find your suggestions intriguing and I believe you might get a good response for that.

Basically, people will participate in competitions and events where they have an opportunity to get a reward for just spending their time and they don't need to spend anything from their pocket, especially if they are participating in something that they don't have a lot of knowledge about, in this case, it's horse racing.

I very much agree with you, me personally have known horse racing for ages though, but I must agree that horse racing has never, and will never be as interesting as sports like football, football is a sports that is globally accepted and enjoyed by almost everyone, and the fact that we ourselves can even play football with our friends and families in our localities even make watching top stars playing the game much more fun.

I see thousands of posts about football, a few hundred about other sports, and the rest are just almost non-existent. I'm a gambler myself but I stopped a while ago betting on soccer, all the Nxx in American sports and I'm just betting now and then on horse racing, from one penny at a time to some larger sums in case of a grade 1 event or festival.
But here it seems like there is little interest in this, is that because horse racing is just unpopular or is it because, well,.... the casinos that sponsor most signatures here are not promoting it? The underlined word in context is interest. Many of the countries where gambling exist, there is at least active presence of the games or sports being placed a bet on. Like horse racing, many countries keep horses for fun or just preserving a long old culture of horse raising and breeding.  Horse racing to them might require more economic commitment that may not be profitable in the end for lack of patrons or patronizers.
Soccer on the other hand is more universal in adoption and style and no matter the variations that have come into existence, horse racing can't beat the pure idea and fun of the soccer leagues and ease at which it engages an individual whether mentally, physically or financially in the act of betting. I could literally bet on teams I know more players in to win compared to placing a bet on a horse that I neither know how to ride nor can identify its breed or masters or the trainer in charge of its service and performance.

As far as I am concerned there is actually a big market for horse racing, but we do not see it much around here because people who are dedicated to it are within a category I would call "old school", in terms of gambling.

It is one of those sports or activities you need to be very into and investigate in order to bet or partake in it. It is like other less popular sports, like golf or even chess, they have not have so many fans as basketball, football or baseball have, but their fan-base is very dedicated for them to continue to survive the passing of the time. Here in my country is possible to bet on horses but it is not something I would expect a 20 year old gambler to do, on the other hand, my grand father used to.

In the northern part of my country we use to host seasonal horse racing and this is mostly done during Salah season where the Muslim royals will be available to make some festive competition and these completions have a high chance of participation,  but that is only to those who are interested in such games.

The complication begins with the fact that I have no past experience and as I have never seen any horse race or know the rules of the game, also the betting scenario, I am unable to understand what is going on with this. Horse riding is indeed one of the olden days sport we enjoyed back then but there's less development in this today due to some reasons beyond our understanding as to why, we can see the performance of football among other sports booming unlike horse riding, this same experience is what transpired even to the gambling organizations that most of them don't have house riding as part of their games they enlist on their casinos.
