It does sound like he should've been eligible for a booster, unless there's an activity or rank threshold. I'm only gold 2, but somehow made it with enough wagering and losses.

As for my total mid-month it was around $15~ ($2.25 per claim). I'm starting to think I wouldn't get the boost if it weren't for my bad luck.

Yesterday I returned to actively playing here after getting profits at several casinos and I also managed to reach the new VIP level Silver 3 and the bonus is around $9-10
This is also my first time taking part in Airdrop 3 yeah I got around 70 SHFL with $5k wagered also made a small profit of $120 not bad, I think i'm on fire

Anyone here trying to complete this challenge? I'm lucky enough to complete it easily and made a nice profit while trying to chase all the multipliers. I started to chase the highest multiplier first and I was lucky to hit it within less than 100 spins which made me get some additional balance to chase the other multipliers. Surprisingly the hardest targets to hit were the lower multipliers on the Bash The Banana Stash and Golden L'Hoot. Current potential reward is still around $260 but of course it will become lower if more players manage to complete the challenge.

And Silver 4 isn't the last rank before reaching the Gold VIP rank at Shuffle. There are 5 different ranks for Silver VIP at Stake. You have to wager $50k to reach the Gold VIP rank after reaching the Silver 5 VIP rank. You have to wait for a long time to reach the Gold VIP rank unless you decide to boost your gameplay activity at Shuffle.

The challenge in Shuffle seems to be having more and more participants since months back when they started to increase the minimum bet requirement. As I remember, the challenges were all with min bet of $0.2 but now it is $0.4, some time it is even $0.5-$0.6 like the current tournament "Bonsai Gold II" where players need to collect 100x as many as possible. Even with the $0.4 min bet for most challenges, the number of participants can be said as decent enough because the final reward usually between $100-$200, if they reduced the min bet back to $0.2, I think more participants will come which is good for the casino but not really good for the participants as the reward can be lower.

Damn I just realized it but it seems to be the same as the others, we only need $10k wager per ladder or total $50k wager to Gold  I don't think I'll be chasing new VIP level anytime soon, moreover I'm not only focused on this casino unless the VIP progress is very close. Not like that, basically you need to wager $100k to reach Gold 1 while if you wager $50k, you are reaching Silver 5 only.
Once you reach Silver 5, $50k more required if you want to level up to Gold 1.
In other words, if you are staring from Silver 1 ($10k wager), $90k more is needed to reach Gold 1.
Starting from Gold 1, each tier requires $50k until Gold 5 then from Gold V, you will have to wager $150k to reach Platinum 1.

So would you say the monthly bonus are worth it? And from you saying per claim, they have a partial bonus given out per day instead for their monthy because this sounds more like the reload system on the other casino that offer this sort of bonus given out.

Correct, it is basically similar to other casinos but there is tier/ladder up bonus in Shuffle (installment) during the process of levelling up.
The boost level up promo in Shuffle is actually a good promotion to add some more money on levelling up.
Just for example, without boost promo, levelling up to Gold 1 will give something around $80 while with the boost level up promo, levelling up to Gold 1 will give around $210.
Of course it is not an exact total number because the recent gameplay bonus is depending on our activity.

I'm not sure whether the bonuses are better here or not. But I think it is quite similar to Stake. I didn't have a good experience with the bonuses here as a low VIP ranked user. My rank is Platinum III at Stake, where I'm only at Silver II rank here at Shuffle. So, I won't be able to make a perfect comparison of the bonuses between these platforms.

You have to wager $450k to reach the first Platinum VIP rank here. Wagering on sports events has 3× contributions toward the VIP rank progress at Shuffle (similar to Stake).

This is quite rare bonus, I have never received FS bonus since I created my Shuffle account so you must be lucky to get this bonus although the FS is not giving you nice win. About the boosted level up promo, I experienced it once when I levelled up to Platinum 1 last year. I did not get boosted level up promo when I levelled up to Gold 1 if I remember it correctly because the promo was not available at that time.
