No one knows except Shuffle and you'll know it on soon (first Friday of the new month) but there are at least 3 main things as the references for monthly calculation.
They are: wagered amount, house edge and your PnL statistic although the exact formula is not revealed publicly but I think you may get like $500-$1000 (just my speculation).
I would suggest for you not to expect too much because some time our expectation is not coming true so better to expect lower amount but in the reality you'll get more than your expectation.

Just like in Stake, there is also lossback but not all players receive it as it is also not mentioned in the VIP benefits. What I can guess is, since lossback is given based on netlosses so I think there must be a minimum netlosses within specific timeframe (weekly/monthly) without minimum VIP level.

This is basic thing. If PnL weekly/monthly in negative we get more or additional bonus, same with other like Stake.

Plus it might also matter IF you're a regular user in the casino. These sorts of perks are designed to encourage their users to keep playing in the site and maintain the playing volume the casino gets from them.

Shuffle doesn’t offer lossback directly to its users. They return a small part of our losses through weekly and monthly bonuses. I just watched the last stream video of 'Goobr' and couldn't find anything about lossback. What did he say about lossback actually? In which part of the stream he said that? I have only seen him to place bets crazily and claim the rank-up bonuses. Perhaps, the lossback is a deal for the streamers only.

yeah, most casino streamers have things like leaderboards, and other instives for people to sign up and wager under thier codes.
if you add that on top of the casino rewards, you get a higher RTP. honestly, as long as you sign up under someone who is legit, it's better than signing up directly with the casino.

Some bonuses (not only in Shuffle) are not being mentioned under the promotions or vip program page, and maybe this loss back is one of the unwritten bonus which can be offered only for specific users depending on some parameters.
However in general, actually Shuffle's players receive loss back as what you said in weekly/monthly bonus as well as in the recent game play bonus on levelling up.
My speculation is that loss back is not for streamers only but I think big players who deposit big amount regularly will also be offered with loss back because I think it is a good strategy to make players stay especially when players are no losing.

One important thing that we should aware about is that there can be a big difference between normal player vs streamers so there is possibility that something may be given to streamers but not given to normal players.
There is always special deal/agreement between casino and the streamers that we may not get as normal regular players so if we saw a streamer get something that we never got before, we should not think about it too much.

We do provide a lossback-type bonus to all players but its called 'Recent Play Bonus', you get it each time you level up (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade etc.). This bonus is based on any losses you may have incurred in that previous level (when you reach Gold, we'll run your stats while you were Silver and give you a bonus based on that). There is also a base amount we give players, so even if you're in profit, you will still get this bonus, albeit smaller.

Otherwise, losses are strongly factored into the Weekly Bonus (every Thursday at 11 am UTC) and the Monthly Bonus (the first Friday of every month at 12 am UTC).

The above is standard for all players. If you are signed up under an affiliates' code or have a VIP host, your bonus structure might be a little different.

It is a bold and strong movement of Shuffle to provide their service legally to US citizens but I am unsure about your post. Shuffle.us is regulated by the USA law and serves US users so there must be KYC requirement. Therefore, if any people are looking for non-KYC online gambling site, Shuffle.us is not for them.

I don't know recent gameplay bonus is the same or not with "Stake". I always though, these bonus is not taken based on loss but based on history recent of our gameplay maybe deposit, how much waggering we are made for the bet, or waggering is being made.

We can get big recent gameplay based on those scenario (not sure how these calculation, either in here or stake). But... I always though like that.

What I meant was U.S.-based individuals who have no choice but to use a VPN + search for a casino that's not strict in KYC, because the majority of casinos based outside the U.S.A don't accept U.S.-based individuals.

Currently that won't be a problem. They don't need to use a VPN, nor have any fear of being asked to upload their I.D.
