OK, I made a presumption that it's listed in more exchanges than the current ONE where it's listed, XT.com. It's my first time knowing about XT.com, but that's definitely better than not being listed in any exchange. Most of its volume comes from Uniswap though. It's not the coin's fault, it's the exchange. There's probably low volume in there in many markets.

how long have you been waiting for the withdrawal after completing the kyc?
if it's been less than 24 hours, you might just need to wait a little bit longer for it to get processed if all is good with your account.

I do think they need to have a limit on how many working days are needed for the withdrawal to go through. You can check it out and look for that number in mind.

How long have you been waiting for a reply? This would help us understand your situation better. Their team is somewhat active here in this forum, but their site support team should resolve your issue in due time as long as there is nothing shady going on.

Patience is key in these sort of situations since KYC reviews tend to take months sometimes though they usually finish within a week based on what I observed.

How long have you been waiting for a reply? This would help us understand your situation better. Their team is somewhat active here in this forum, but their site support team should resolve your issue in due time as long as there is nothing shady going on.

Patience is key in these sort of situations since KYC reviews tend to take months sometimes though they usually finish within a week based on what I observed.

Its been 2 days since he posted his complaint but no more words from him till now, not sure what is happening but if his case is resolved already then it is better if he can clarify in this thread.
However, I do not take his complaint as real until he can provide proof to support his complaint so basically we should always take a look at it in neutral way first by waiting till the complaint is provided with at least a solid proof.

Recently, we have seen a few more complaints against Shuffle about the withdrawal delays after completing the KYC verification. As example:

• [Resolved]Shuffle.com withdrawal funds 13 days-Present not withdrawed
• Shuffle Withdrawal in review for 2 months

The second user has created his accusation here a few days ago, his issue hasn't been resolved yet. Anyway, there is a user exist at Shuffle with the same username "JTBang". Hopefully, the user will break his silence by providing some evidence and updates about the situation.

We shouldn't really consider a complaint as valid until the complainer share any evidence. The above user, 'JTBang' hasn't shared any evidence. Still, I think his complaint is valid. Recently, we have seen a few more complaints against Shuffle about the withdrawal delays after completing the KYC verification. As example:

Evidence must be shared by both sides: the user (the complainer) and the casino. While users can share their evidence that can be actual evidence or fake one, it's never enough to conclude about any scam accusation.

The casino has terms in their ToS in securing user privacy and respect user information, so it's likely they won't be ready to publicly share about user's bet activities and other things on their casino. If they don't have, it does not mean they don't have any evidence at all. They can have evidence that is enough to make the user scam accusation as invalid, but they don't want to share it publicly.

If they obey and keep their promise in ToS well, they will only provide such information to a government if there is any request.

You are absolutely right, most people that come to the forum to complain about one issue or the other are not active users of this forum and the reason for them posting here is because they have issues with their casino and need help, as soon as such issue is resolve, most won't even remember that they complained about the issue on this forum and see the need to come back and let the community know that their issue has been resolved, they simply go their way.
Only a very few persons usually remember to come back and update the community that issue they complained about has been resolved before disappearing.

And in the case or issue that user shared here, I see no case actually, what I see or saw was impatient, a withdrawal request that is held by kyc verification won't immediately get processed the very moment kyc verification is passed, it will take some time before the withdrawal request get processed, this is where the user appeared to be impatient and decided to post the issue (which is not really an issue) here.

I have been seeing SHUFFLE on this forum for a long time but I have not gambled here in a while. I made an account here yesterday and have been enjoying the live casino games. I have found the same smooth interface as I have found on all the other reportable casino sites I have gambled at before and I have not noticed any buffering here despite my internet speed issues.

Are you referring to the codes dropped on the telegram channel? If you are referring to it, I believe there is no limit as long as you are eligible for the code and you can claim it faster before it is fully claimed. Logically, if there is minimum volume wager requirement for each code, it will be something weird if a user is limited on how many times to claim the code.

I understand your viewpoint on the matter. It's probably better to buy back those tokens and place them in a multi-sig wallet and form some sort of proposals and voting system for SHFL holders to help decide what to do with the tokens that were bought back, no?

It could probably also function as a community-building mechanism as well.
