Sincerely, those TOS are too lengthy and boring to read through but there are basically key points such as the KYC requirements, restricted countries, max deposits and withdrawals, and other important items that can vary from one casino to another since most of the words there are general for all casinos. Ignoring to read any part of the TOS is not an excuse because before the registration process is completed, the player is expected to have accepted the TOS as binding, thereby shifting all responsibilities to the player.

If you want to avoid making any mistake that would make you lose your money it is better you take out time to read through the TOS provided by the casinos so that you will be well informed of everything you need to know about the casino before you register to avoid losing money when you want to make withdrawals, the casinos refusing to pay you or depositing an amount that is above their limits. If you want to avoid making such mistakes it's better you endure and get every information from their TOS so that when they bring another scamming tactics you will know that it's out of their tos.

That's why it is important to always read the rules in a casino, especially their KYC rules, to avoid misunderstandings in the future. However, in some cases, the casinos are not reliable, they readjust their rules to suit them. I have encountered a casino with plagiarism. The casino copied the rules of another casino into its own. Later on, there was a misunderstanding until they started making changes gradually on their own page. Such actions from casino, can ruin their reputation completely, even if they are not in for scam.
Those Casino Terms and Conditions are wall of text that making people to be afraid to read them. But it is good not do some scanning so you will be familiar with the rules. And it is good for a casino to prepare it own rules from the scratch than taking from others. There was a project which had a signature Campaign came here with plagiarism and was tag and later they corrected the text and relaunch it.
Sincerely, those TOS are too lengthy and boring to read through but there are basically key points such as the KYC requirements, restricted countries, max deposits and withdrawals, and other important items that can vary from one casino to another since most of the words there are general for all casinos. Am with this thought that the casino do deliberately make those their terms of service excessively lengthy to make it cumbersome and boring for gamblers to spend their time reading knowing how lazy a lot of gamblers can be when it comes to reading "long wall of text". But that not standing as an excuse for any gambler who fails to peep into the relevant parts of a casino terms of service just the withdrawal limits and other brackets like KYC and deposit limit which are common areas gamblers has always had issues with the casinos.

This is true about about the casino site, and we may or not say they are intentional about the way they write elaborate words on there wall as rules and regulations, that controls there activities on the site which helps all interested customer to join and be guided while they are working on the site.
They just have to spell everything out in words for clarification sake, so no customer will complain of not being aware of it, and they also promise to inform there client wherever the rules are improved and amendment are made to the existing rules.

It's not only casinos that you should read their ToS but in any platform that you will deposit funds in it to avoid any withdrawal issues that will come from your own end. You should also read the ToS of exchanges so that, you don't violate it.

Anyone that doesn't read the casino ToS and rush to make deposit is on his own because he wouldn't know some certain information that will be very useful to him to avoid account blocking or unable to withdraw. He might use a VPN when the casino says no VPN. Playing safe and stick to casinos ToS shows you are a real gambler.

Yeah they should consider to read the TOS or rules wherever they go, especially if there's money involve on the platform they are trying to use. Because its hard to play innocent if we missed out some important matters and it happens that we violate their rules. Since the casino will not honor that we don't know about it if they clearly write on the rules about what are those things we need to avoid.

People are to lazy reading it and I'm guilty of that at first. But its good to change our attitude and make sure that we made a right thing like reading first their TOS before we proceed. Since this could save us for lots of potential issue and get away for some stressful situation.

When it comes to the issue of deposit and withdrawal, I think there is always a prompt for minimum and maximum deposit as well as withdrawals so I don't think the issue of TOS shouldn't be about deposit and withdrawals and just incase people don't notice, there's always some writings that the company has the right to change and amend their T&C at any point in time and I don't know if others also notice this but most gambling companies have that in their TOC.

When you use multiple sites or when you change sites very often and have never been in trouble in any of them, then reading the ToS starts to look like it’s a waste of time or that it’s not really worth it. I think that’s what’s affecting the majority of gambling who skip the ToS and just Jimp right into using the site. That first overwhelming page number and the scrolling down discourage a lot of people and that’s exactly why I love those who breaks theirs into page or sections and then you’d know where exactly to look at when you’re searching for a specific information.

With ToS, people need to read it in a simple way by scanning and searching with key words for finding most basic and important terms and information. I agree that reading all information in ToS is too time consuming and I have never done that completely but ignoring the whole ToS is risky practice. Casinos usually have ToS and FAQs as a shorter version of ToS with most basic and common questions and answers.

I don't tell any person to skip both FAQs and ToS, because these pages have important information for account and fund, so I always recommend people spending a little bit time for searching, scanning, and reading.

This is true and most gamblers that often move from one casino to the next one will always think that gambling is easy and all of these gambling platforms have almost similar terms and conditions so they don't need to read new or update terms.
You can just glance through a new casinos terms and notice that they look similar expect for some dissimilarity.

Your thinking is good, but my case is a little different. I usually use the casino a lot, like: 1 to 2 and maximum 3, no more. But if ever create an account on a new casino platform, talk to CS and ask about VPN. I think this is the biggest problem because I never create multiple accounts on the same platform. Frankly, this is why I don't feel the need to read the updated terms. Gamblers who are more attracted to bonuses, Basically they are the ones who frequently change the casino side.

I agree with all you said, it is been said that experience is a good teacher but experience in reality makes people to learn in a hard way, the points you raised are the reasons why this forum is very informative but only when people take their time to read and understand people's contributions and suggestions, of course there is no person that will think otherwise when they have been using different casinos without having issues of any kind that will take reading the terms and conditions of any casino serious those are facts unless they are been hooked at some point, atleast with what you said, gamblers should try to read some part of the Tos just as you suggested so that they will know what to take note of, as they gamble.

The proper way to make a deposit on any casino is to first make a smaller deposit, play games and if you exhaust the money, you can make another deposit which could be higher than the first deposit. In this way, the casino can understand that you are a true gambler and you can continue to increase the deposit as time goes on but if you make your first time deposit to be high more than the expected amount, and after then you play few games and you want to withdraw, that behavior can be suspicious.
I get your point and it makes sense but the question here is how much is this "expected" amount and who defines it? We know that there are different types of players ranging from small players to high rollers and each of them have very different gambling budgets. What might seem like a small amount for one person could seem like a fortune to another person.
Besides, if casinos’ anti-cheating systems rely only on this approach, then smart individuals can easily exploit it and find ways around it. They will simply do exactly what the casino’s system expects a legitimate user to do in order to avoid suspicions.
This should not be about how much the specific amounts could be but all maintaining safety while using a casino for the first time. Apart from checking for real reviews of a casino before using it, your experience with the casino is vital and if you make big deposit for the first time and you ended up not liking the casino, this can make you angry if you had already made a big deposit with a wagering requirement before removing your money. This is not a rule that needed to be followed but a simple way to stay at alert when using a casino for the first time.

Reviews have potential to be very biased and you can not rely on any review from any site with your money. It's your money and you must keep it safe while by relying on reviews, you will have risk of losing your money if your trust is put on a wrong site that has biased reviews.

Of course reviews from third party sites are not bad, it's only how you use them.

About reviews, I think BTCGOSU is one of best reviewing sites.

Reviews have potential to be very biased and you can not rely on any review from any site with your money. It's your money and you must keep it safe while by relying on reviews, you will have risk of losing your money if your trust is put on a wrong site that has biased reviews.
Totally agree 💯, these reviews can never be reliable on their own  especially that we have paid players out there that care less on players welfare and that is why it's also important to see how they handle player problems when reported on forums as this gives a general outlook of how they run their business.

Paid reviews in some platforms are not reliable like you said because the moment a user is paid to write reviews on some of these platforms, you have to write in favor of the platform and even when you identify some unethical things, you can easily tone down to protect the business. The only time I have seen people giving their sincere opinion is in the reviews conducted in this forum. Those reviews point out necessary information that will help the casino improve in their platform as well as in service delivery in general.
