I agree with you on this one, because some support person employed by casinos are just too incompetent for the job, some don't read the terms and conditions of the casino they working for, and some don't even know the job. I have once encountered something similar where the support person in change of chat option gave wrong information. I was facing withdraw issue, I was unable to withdraw my money from the casino, so I contacted the support team via phone because the casino is my county base casino, since the support person in change of the chat option is not helping matters, and a lady picked up the phone. I proceed to lay my complains and she said there is nothing they can do about it unless I try resolving it from my end, I even try telling what she can do to resolve the issue, because I have some experience on that, and she said there is nothing they can do. So another day I contacted the support team via phone call again and a guy picked up, after laying my complains it was not even up to two minutes the issue was resolved, and I initiated my withdrawal and withdrawaled successfully.

This can be very hilarious reading some comments here! How possible could it be that a casino support does not know the terms of service of the casino he is working for? The reality can be very surprising if the support is newly employed and have no experience at all about what he needed to know when working as support that gives answers to users queries.
Trust me, some supports in some places have so many requests per hour it's not even funny to think what they would write on one of em days

Yeah its possible for them to missed some items that's why its good for us to know those information so that we can point out their misunderstandings and fix the issue immediately.
But if it happens that they still didn't fix and insist something and not helping their players towards their issue, this means the casino is shady and maybe trying to scam them. So its good to be aware on the their response since this measure how good the casino is especially if they admit their errors and fix immediately those mistakes.
I fully agree with you, this is why it's really important that we should be able to know the TOS by reading and understanding the Terms of Service as well as the casino rules ourselves, this will allow us to identify when customer support provides an incorrect response in order to address it immediately rather than wait. As you stated, how a casino reacts or response to errors made on our behalf shows their character. If they are willing to correct the error fast and acknowledge it's a mistake, it is a good sign. However, if they continue to insist they have done nothing wrong and fail to assist us, then that should be a warning or red flag raised and staying away or always try to pay attention to most things in the platform can save someone from a lot of headache.

Trust me, some supports in some places have so many requests per hour it's not even funny to think what they would write on one of em days  One person is not the only one who handles all the questions and support requests from different users; the problem here is not just the traffic but the people behind the desk handling those queries not having sufficient information about the service they are working for, and it might sound unprofessional to them to tell the person asking they have no idea, so they just hand over whatever they feel is right instead of asking higher authorities for clarification.
