There's supposed to be no excuse about that, since TOS has been shown upon registration. So there's no way they can't ready that unless those people are to lazy to consider those matters.

With more powerful Google translator and with AI for translations, nowadays it is not hard to understand any document like a ToS written in English. Translating tools from Google to AI can help us having very good quality translations from English to our native language. So language difference is not a big matter, and if people want to know and understand about ToS, they can do it easily.

They can even copy and paste ToS to AI and ask it to summarize ToS for them, but surely I don't recommend that because I can quickly find what I need in a ToS. The truth is anyone who's finding it to be inconvenient reading TOS is not even supposed be gambling with crypto in the first place. We need to understand that these casinos aren't our friend or family, so their rules will always be to their advantage immediately you win big.
