I think I have also heard of reports too against some casino changing there rules without proper communication, and I really don't know what there reasons are for doing that, if it is actually true that it happens, but no matter what there reasons maybe I think a gambler is not supposed to loose his funds due to a temporal ban on the account. But rather the account can be banned temporarily and later reopened after the issue have been fixed. But when a casino completely change there rules simply because they want a gambler not to be able to gain access to his funds for some reasons then it's not  ideal.
