if you run a crypto directory, and you don't keep an eye on the website you are listing, then it's gross negligent on your part. what if someone uses their link and gets scammed? would they take responsibility for that?

I would not dare in this time to create website that lists only no-kyc casinos.
First it would be very hard to guarantee no-kyc for everyone, and there will be always someone who will complain and tell me that I posted false information.
Than I know only a few small cgambling websites that 100% will never ask customers for any verification.
From big casinos I used Sportsbet and I was never asked to perform verification, but other customers may have different expereince. 

I understand the level of how people rate privacy but honestly a gambler should not be too protective about his kyc to casino. Except he don’t want to gamble anymore. If he stills want to gamble he has to use reputable casino and most reputable casino always ask for kyc. For me, if I’m clean why should I not pass the verification. I have no intention of tricking the casino.

I suppose the bigger red flag is if they say it's fun or for money but then it begins to affect your finances. When a person reduces the amount of money to make up for a loss, or starts using the money for bills or business, the game gets losing money. The same habit can be established over time even by those who are playing casually. It is far better to have a fixed entertainment budget, and consider the loss as spent money, than to hope to win the big one on the next trip and then spend the rest of one's life worrying about their finances.

Sometimes it's not really about being clean or not that made some gamblers always want to avoid KYC and will always prefer NoKYC casinos.

I agree that budgeting should not be neglected by gambllers, but you will also agree with me that, it is not budgeting alone, it being disciplined to stick to your budget as a gambler, that makes gambling easy for you, any gambler that sticks to their budget will never have problem, because, he understands that once the weekly or monthly budget is exhausted, even though it is before the time for another budget, he will not be refilling before the time, the reason you see some gamblers stay out of budget is the false hope they give themselves, not knowing that they are about to put themselves into trouble.

If you don't gamble for money,  what exactly do you gamble for? I don't seem to understand how you guys deposit significant amount of money into a casino just to catch fun with the money... how is losing money fun? I don't buy this idea of gambling for fun because the only time gambling is fun is when there is winning. If I want to catch fund, I play video games, visit the cinema or just play the demo version of the casino that is available in virtually all the casinos.

Some people don't know where to draw the line, they don't know that there is some financial stage you will be in life where the only thing you should be thinking of is how to make money through stable means and not to use the little you struggle out for gambling. Gambling, which is supposed to be for fund someone who is struggling will be stressed with gambling losses more than it should have affected them.

Honestly it's painful when I see people who really do no know when and how to gamble, people think they should just gamble any how and anytime they but the truth is no you should be able to know when to gamble the other day someone was discussing with me and he mentioned that he is really in dept and needed a way to pay back on his depts and the only thing he could think of was to gamble with the little funds he had that wasn't enough to clear his bills, and am like don't you think you should think of other more productive ways of paying back on your dept other than risking it again to gambling when you can not be 100% sure of a positive response.
