Has anyone noticed that the Notokyc exchange background has changed and now the background looks better with plenty of casinos and No KYC exchanges listed on there.

I was surprised to see Otrace exchange on their list too. This exchange is currently running a signature campaign on this forum and I think I am going to try the service so i can share my personal review on their thread.

I see Spin.io as number one in your platform so I want to know if the arrangement is based on the most reliable of the casinos or they are arrange in order of their listing in your platform. I have not used Spin.io but I do know that they do not have any serious criticism in the forum which means they are not bad. I don't also know if they are completely no KYC or the usual KYC on suspicions.
From my observation so far I don't think they are the number one since NoKYC had not made it open in any of their post. I think they just listed the casinos based on the their own listing pattern or the arrangements they had with them so unless they come open to say otherwise it is good not to see anyone as the number one in the midst of others. So far Spin.io had no scam record or accusation but I think I saw on their ann thread where a particular memeber was talking about them not paying him after he won or his account was restricted they ought to have resolved it by now if it's something serious.

The team is not active on this platform at all. They created a thread and abandoned it without any interest of checking for updates and complaints that can be helpful for the team to build a strong and reliable platform.
Did you also saw the list of no Kyc exchanges on the website? You can check yourself and it's not only a platform that have only casinos  listed. If they will check this thread, you should be expecting a reply from them.

Gambling should never be a steady way of earning a living. Another factor to take into account with a no-KYC casino is that some of these platforms may not be reliable. And withdrawals are not always secured. Users ought to verify the casino's reputation. The rules of the withdrawals, and the conditions for wagering bonuses prior to depositing money. Control of funds is important as is privacy but not at the expense of each other. One of the components of responsible gambling is also the readiness to lose one's entire wager.
How would someone that don't have a job or means of survival gamble without expecting to make money.
Those that have a job will not be worried about that because they can use their pay to gamble with a little percentage of the money.
No kyc is not a casino but a affiliate platform that has list of different casinos. You can check that yourself when you are less busy.

I remember when we raised this issue of neglect from the team some months ago and talked about it at length,I thought that by now, we shouldn't be complaining about it again. If they really care about our feedbacks, we should've seen improvement from them by now. You don't create thread on the gambling board of a reputable and very busy Bitcoin platform like Bitcointalk and abandon it like that. The team must employ hands that'll respond to questions and issues raised, that's the easiest means of letting us know that they respect our opinions.

I also think the same way too but since @adultcrypto has directed this question to them here, it now left for any of the representative of No KYC to also drop a reply here for clarification sake. But the truth is that we might still not get the answer to this question from them because they don’t even give feedbacks as expected from members here on their thread and as for spin.io casino, I have not personally tried it but they are other members who have tried and come up with good reviews.

Just to keep us updated on some of the importance things some of us are yet to discover on this thread.

From my personal research I discovered that CyBet which is one of casinos that are listed on the NOKYC site has it's own Kyc guide which users ought to read before they register and use their services. According to CyBet  guide, they only time that the documents are sent to users for Kyc verification is only when they suspect any abuse from any player, either by different financial withdrawals or constant changes of passwords or login in different times within a specific time. I don't think about providing this kind of information a casino should be explaining to users who failed to adhere to their terms of service. what do you guys think about this ?.

Good that they publish a KYC guide upfront, that's exactly the kind of openness I'd like to see more of. Though if it's like you describe, triggers like changing passwords or logging in at different times seem pretty vague, since plenty of normal players do that  Undecided
The Cybet aso have an affiliate program that have certain percentage bonus to every one that registers with them. They are very plain in showing there TOS for a clearer access to there casinos, which every customer will be happy to use due to.
I don't need to be afraid of any hidden policies that could later affect the gambler in the future. Stating it on the TOS shows how decent and transparent they are with there customers.

It is preferable that this casinos come out plain with clear TOS to follow while using there casino because that is the only way one can be sure of safe transaction and usage of this this casinos. Once a casino start saying thing at the beginning and then comes up to start saying another thing contrary to they said initially then for they become a no no to use because I should be certain that this casino an using is capable of keeping to there TOS and will not come up the next minute to bring up a different thing all together.

I think this is gradually becoming the norm for no-KYC casinos, they don't ask for KYC unless they see the need. The pattern is fair if the casinos are sincere about it because it protects the casinos from the hammer of the regulators and also give genuine gamblers the freedom to gamble without KYC provided they don't win too much... because when they do, everything changes!
The big question is why do no-KYC casinos have to operate in such way now, honestly to me it seems like an unfair and unwritten rule that you don’t see coming play and you don’t get questions but once you win as big as $5000 suddenly they see the need for KYC is that not supposed to be unfair now?

No kyc casinos are to be considered when you don't want your information on any platform.
There are few of them that are legit but some many might not really be no Kyc due to their TOS that should be mandatory for everyone to check before making any deposit on a casino that much is not known yet.

Expecting to make money from gambling when you don't have a job you are doing can make a gambler to lose more money than expected. We all have different thinking and expectations and I will not blame anyone if they choose to see gambling as a quick means to make money because we all have different roles to play as gamblers. Some gamblers can be seen as the receivers if they mostly make profits from their bets why some can be seen as the senders, perhaps they mostly lose bets which are won by a different category of participants on a casino.

Zwei pointed this out over a year ago and yet nothing has been done. I believe several members have done the same in this thread. NoToKYC.com should be considered an unreliable platform and a probable promoter of some scam website. They are probably only after those affiliate earnings. That's all they care about.

ok, the list on this website is bullshit, it's not just misleading, but outright just lying.

you say that for level 0: there is no mention of any KYC verification requirement on the website.
but checking the first casino on the list, which you marked as KYC level 0, have this in their terms.

if the above is not a mention of KYC requirement, i don't know what is.

the same goes for the exolix affiliate exchange widget you got on the exchange tab, you say "Swap Anytime. No KYC Required!" but exolix will request KYC and block funds if the swap triggers their system.
and you don't even disclose that the exchange is done via a third-party or link to their terms.

the only thing good about this website is the design, nothing else.

I believe the issue begins when someone starts considering that gambling is a solution to his/her monetary difficulties. Wins aren't always equal to profits, even though a player may win several times. The house edge is an advantage for the casino in most games in the long run. A person who is having trouble with basic needs is risking even more when betting money that they can't afford to lose. While no-KYC access can simplify the registration process, it does not alter the risk or chance of losing money. Gambling should not be a way to replace a regular paying job.

It's good to know that they explicitly put out their policies in their ToS and didn't hide it. @Jasmyne saw the terms by simply researching about them, not after betting with them, winning the bet and seeing them trigger it when it was time to withdraw.

It's a normal thing that casino platforms reserve the right to cover themselves if they suspect any form of abuse and that's why it's always important for users to read through the ToS of every casino they're about to use so they know what operational habits might accidentally get them in trouble.
It is normal that casino reserve their right and put it in a written document for both users and non users to check if it's okay with them. In this case, I don't think NoKYC is a casino that is providing a service for players to gambler in their platform.
There are different features there that can earn anyone money without making a deposit but that does not show that Notokyc offers games and services for players to bet with their money.

i think you summed it up perfectly. notokyc.com is one of the worst crypto directories on the forum, they only care about making money, and they would do anything for that.

i almost forgot about this, but they would go even as low as to keep a proven scam exchange (elcapo.io) listed on their website: https://notokyc.com/review/exchange/el-capo (archive)
despite me writing about it in this thread multiple times, so OP certainly doesn't give a single fuck about the community or people visiting his site.

yo, @NoToKYC do you not keep an eye on casinos/exchanges listed on your website?

Elcapo.io has been flagged as a scam for a week now on almost all crypto directories, but for some reason, you still having them listed? it's as if like you don't care about your users getting scammed.
i would suggest you delist them ASAP unless you want to get red tagged for promoting a scam exchange.

https://x.com/xmr_club/status/2098055625737638055
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5593657.0

it's almost 6 weeks now since their exit scam happen, and no response about it from @NoToKYC.
i think more than enough time was given to him, so i'm just going to tag him, hopefully that will get his attention.

I don't know why the Notokyc.com team has not checked this thread for long. Anything can go wrong at anytime and it can make users of their platform to get scammed without knowing how it happens. El Capo exchanges need to be delisted from their platform because of the imminent scam exit and this can make unaware people to fall victim unknowingly.

When a gamblers starts taking gambling as a means of earning a living, just know that he is not far from wrecking himself financially, because it's practically the worst possible way of earning a living, since the chances of losing is way higher than the chances of winning

Their nonchalant attitude towards what's been going on for the past few weeks now shows that they are not taking this matter serious, because this might ruin their reputation if they are not careful, but they are treating it poorly. I just hope that they will respond to what has been going on here in the past days, because their reputation is on the line as it stands.

Someone without a job, his mindset will only be on how to make money and any possible way he sees to make money, he makes use of it, if possible he over uses it. Gambling is one way of making money without having to work or put in much labor which a jobless person can take advantage of to use in making money and the only thing he thinks of is how to make money from it or even more money and might neglect the fact that his own money is at stake, he has to risk his own money to make more money. He neglects the fact that he only has to gamble with some percentage of money or as well have a budget for it and might as well gamble with everything he has because he’s planning to earn a living from it, which is a risky part to take.

This is the problem, without constant update how will users get heads up on what has happened or dangers ahead, I don't know why reluctant character has been a common thing some of the services that had their thread here in this forum, all the team can not be busy at the same time, what's wrong with assigning someone to take charge of the thread and updates as it concerns users safety, Iets hope  they see this mentions here, so that they can act immediately.

@NOTOKYC can you delist the El Capo exchange review from your website? This exchange has been  confirmed to carry out a scam exit which I know many users must have lost their money due to the scam.
You have to do this as soon as possible to obstruct people from getting to know about this scam exchange so they don't become victims.
Thank you.

The last time the team visited this thread was a long time. I don't know what's really going on, if they are trying to do their own research before coming out to the public. Sometimes the team wants to tackle the situation before consoling those who are affected by the scam. Nevertheless, I hope we will be hearing from them soon.

However, poor communication is often bad for business. It breaks trust and reputation when serious accusations are made, and the teams are not communicating with the users.
