Casinos pay taxes so they must inform about big wings. Winners also pay taxes. You can not win money and not pay taxes for it.
Who doesn't want to pay taxes wins not money, but cryptocurrency. Preferably Bitcoin on the Lightning Network, so it can't be tracked. But the mandatory condition is that the gambling platform must not know who you are. That's why topics like this are needed.

That is why cryptocurrency casinos are so popular and in demand and a lot of new cryptocurrency casinos appear. But state authorities want to controll cryptocurrency more and more. State authorities does not like when their citizens does not pay their taxes.

A casino platform runs their business with various types of legal documents. However, if a user does not submit his/her own KYC document to that platform, then that platform will not be able to understand who that user actually is. However, the platform has the ability to track the user's location because when a user registers on a platform, his/her IP address is in the database of that platform. So even if kyc is not done, it is possible to know the location of a user but it is not possible to know who that person actually is. If the government of the country cannot track who is buying gambling, then it will not be able to impose any tax on him/her because the government will have no evidence. This is why everyone prefers to gamble on kyc-free platforms.

The signature campaign is really helpful in bringing attention to ANN threads like this. Honestly, I wouldn't have even known about this ANN thread if not for the signature campaign.
I have seen this project around here for a while but I didn't know that they are casino because their domain name doesn't look like one. I have though that they are non profit initiatives, whose goal is to create awareness about the dangers of KYC

Anyway about this ANN thread design. Please take this as constructive criticism, your ANN thread looks obviously AI generated and doesn't reflect the quality of your website.
While your website looks good, this ANN thread here on bitcointalk really doesn't look presentable.
There are many good ANN thread designers here on the forum maybe consider having it redesigned, because right now it looks sh**.
Yea, the ANN thread is obviously AI generated. But I have no problems with it if more efforts was put into designing it. I like it simple.

ok, the list on this website is bullshit, it's not just misleading, but outright just lying.

you say that for level 0: there is no mention of any KYC verification requirement on the website.
but checking the first casino on the list, which you marked as KYC level 0, have this in their terms.

if the above is not a mention of KYC requirement, i don't know what is.

the same goes for the exolix affiliate exchange widget you got on the exchange tab, you say "Swap Anytime. No KYC Required!" but exolix will request KYC and block funds if the swap triggers their system.
and you don't even disclose that the exchange is done via a third-party or link to their terms.

the only thing good about this website is the design, nothing else.

Almost all casinos on the NotoKYC list (KYC level 0) have their own KYC policies, and I've checked them.

Essentially, every centralized casino has a KYC policy.
They may say they won't ask for KYC right now, but if suspicious activity occurs, KYC can come into play at any time, as stated in the terms and conditions.

So, no casino can be licensed without a KYC policy; they all do.

The most common statement in casino policies is "we reserve the right to request your KYC documents at any time if needed," at least that's what we often see.

That means all bets should be on a blockchain - one where reversing a transaction is impossible, even at the instruction of the "Foundation" that oversees its development. Bitcoin fits perfectly for this. In Bitcoin, closing a casino is far from simple. Maybe that's why gambling has become one of the most prominent industries in the Bitcoin economy?

In a regulated casino, it's normal for them to ask for KYC (Know Your Customer) from all gamblers on their online crypto platform. They don't force or compel gamblers to submit KYC right away; it’s still up to the players if they don't want to.

However, if a player wins a large amount and tries to withdraw from a casino that requires KYC, they have no choice but to comply with the procedure,
just to be able to get their winnings out, to be honest.

Have you tried registering at winna.com ? Because I have registered without anything that was asked in 7.1 paragraph. Maybe it will be different for your country, I dont know, but Ive got it without any problem. In the ToS its stated only that winna.com only "may request identity verification at any time"; its not obligatory. I would better say that their ToS and other description is misleading, than saying that are fake NO KYC casino.

I see bc.game in the list. I was using that casino when was wearing signature and I also wasnt asked to pass KYC during registration or during months when I have used it.

I have been saying this from the beginning. Looks like OP has gotten good success by misleading the users with the wrong information about KYC. A casino directory should do the business transparently. I can see 5 casino names at the top of the list there which say KYC level is zero. But all of them (Winna, Cryptorino, Thrill, Betpanda and Cybet) have the KYC verification requirement mentioned in their terms. And they reserve the right to apply it any time. Anyway, OP will give you a response like this.

Why will a project's name say "NOKYC" and the casino goes one to otherwise. Something is wrong somewhere. I don't think that it is a deliberate misleading. It could be a huge underlaying contradiction. I also believe that there are no 100% KYC free casinos. Even if they said they don't require KYC, at a time they will still require it when things go South. Majority of these NoKYC casinos are casinos who KYC are not so strict. It will be fine if they call themselves "Ease KYC casinos".

nope, and you are right, they don't ask for that at registration.
but obv you have to agree to those terms when you sign up, and the terms are what matter.

In the ToS its stated only that winna.com only "may request identity verification at any time"; its not obligatory. I would better say that their ToS and other description is misleading, than saying that are fake NO KYC casino.
this is not about winna KYC being misleading or a fake NO KYC casino. i misspoke when i said the list is bullshit, what i meant is that the ranking levels NoToKYC uses is bullshit. i should have made that more clear.
my point is, for level 0, it clearly says the casino have no mention of any KYC requirement in the terms (as in zero mentions at all), but that's demonstrably false if you check terms of most of the casino they have under level 0.

I see bc.game in the list. I was using that casino when was wearing signature and I also wasnt asked to pass KYC during registration or during months when I have used it.
maybe for you and me, but plenty of others have been asked to pass KYC.
and if we follow NoToKYC own words, any casino that reserves the right to ask KYC at any time should be put under level 3, but would be bad for their business.

they are just using the "KYC levels" to fool people who don't know better or read terms.

but let's put that to the side, what about the third-party exolix affiliate exchange widget they have?
if someone coins get blocked and they are asked for KYC, will NoToKYC admin refund their coins if they refuse to pass KYC or if exolix confuscate their coins for being "dirty"?

ok, the list on this website is bullshit, it's not just misleading, but outright just lying.

It becomes less and less freedoms. The legislations becomes more and more strict. The state authorities can close all casinos that follow no kys procedures. It becomes more and more risky to play in such casinos. No anotimity at all. Soon it will be so.

I just visited the website and was a bit surprised that there is a casino already inside, but on the main button only already exchanged to click. And, the casino seems just direct to Notokyc referral link. So, will the Notokyc casino operate independently or just exchange in the future?.

Gamblers ought to start taking the time to carry out their own research to find and confirm informations like this themselves and stop depending on third party websites that offer nothing more than review services.
Several casinos are desperately looking for other platforms to promote or advertise their services and they wouldnt mind buying the op over with money, and the op will pretend to not know that the casino Is a kyc enabled one.

Those who are looking for zero kyc casino to gamble on and end up making a choice from this site will really end up disappointed, to avoid this, like I've said before, we all ought to start spending little time on carrying our own personal research on any service we want to engage with, rather than depending on another person's review.

I checked with exchange feature of No KYC Crypto Casino & Sites website but the rate for converting too large than previous price, need almost $4384 for converting 1 ethereum regarding recent price right now around $4320. Firstly I am so excited with any casino have exchange feature and any one want to convert their coins get easily but looking convert fees not worth it yet.
For other feature still not check yet and the No KYC crypto Casino & Sites access smooths without have problem, I like with how easily access the website but still unacceptable when opening exchange feature why there have advertising of other gambling platform? Why this website casino promote other site and they try to advertising to earn money?

Because they're not a casino nor an exchange. Notokyc.com is directory website/affiliate business.

The exchange you mentioned is ofc a third party service. Looking at it, it is by exolix

If I may suggest, they should state the provider onboarded on their website, it was hard to find lol—some folks may think notokyc.com is the one processing the exchange too. Most importantly, they should make their users agree to exolix terms of service before depositing.

You have to pay for security and anonymity, so it's not surprising that the conversion rate is high. Everyone earns what they can. But in any case, a person will pay any commission and any conversion rate to withdraw their money from the casino. After all, he has no other choice.

Security - security and security.

When there is money it is very important to save them.

There are a lot of money in the casinos. And it is very important for casinows to offer such platform that will be secure for all the players.

Players must be sure that their money are kept in the safe place.

your suggestion will just be ignored. they know what they are doing, and they don't care.

this website screams "we want to make money off you, and we will mislead you for that, and yes, we don't care about you, your privacy, or the security of your coins"
