I don't know the reason that motivated the ban on some jurisdictions like Spain or France (most crypto casinos I have tested before took these measures in the case of citizens of the US, but it is not commonly applied to European countries). Good to know that. If you ask me for my opinion, I would say make three to five prize pools and make it a minimum 10 mBTC prize pool. If you see people compete for it, you may increase the prize pool in the next round. I have seen some similar contests you are planning in the Games and Round section where the prize pool was 4mBTC and another one was 1.5mBTC. There were less than five participants. So, if you can make it with a 10 mBTC prize pool, you might see some new faces in the competition. The important thing is KYC. I know most gamblers are afraid of KYC. I noticed that Coins.game allows the players from my country. But, I don't know how frequent they ask for KYC.

So I do not really understand what is the reason behind the decision to choose crash as the game for the multiplier contest and why not slot or other games?
If it will be regular weekly contest, changing the game every week or bi-weekly will be better so it wont be boring and you may find which game that will get more participants.
Coming up to the prizepool, maybe you can have a level up prizepool based on the number of participants.

I also checked the games and round section after reading your post and I did not see any slot multiplier contest in the last three pages. Maybe there were some slot multiplier contests before. The contest for slot multiplier is good as well. But, here is one thing. You can organize a crash multiplier contest with a low prize pool because of the nature of the game. Players can cash out the bet amount before crash. But when you play slot games, you excluvesly rely on your luck and continue to spin until you hit a good multiplier. Sometimes you spend hundred dollars and there were no feature were triggered therefore no big multiplier. At the same time, if you wager $100 in crash game, there are possibilities you can hit at least one 20x multiplier. So, for the slot multiplier contest, the prize pool should be bigger. Also, The idea of level up the prize is awesome.

3 prizes is good but maybe for a starter will not be really good because people may think that the chance to win something is small especially if there are many participants.
Of course for those who like to compete in this kind of contest like me will prefer 3 prizes because it means the possible prize is bigger than if the prizepool is shared to more than 3 winners. 
I think having like 5 prizes as suggested by Shishir will be more attractive or maybe you can offer something like a small consolation prize for anyone who participated in the contest but of course there must be a specific requirement to be eligible for this consolation prize such as minimum multiplier.

If a casino adds a new region to their banned jurisdiction, they should email their users to let them know about the changes. If they don't inform users, at least they should allow players to withdraw their existing balance if they see the player registered before they make the changes. If they did any of it, there is nothing wrong.

I checked the site, registered and tried the 100 free spin.  Got some winnings but the the amount won on the FS cannot be used to wager unless the player deposited a certain amount on top of the x20 wagering requirement to claim the winnings from the FS.  This is more likely a click bait scheme, although disappointed that I cannot use the amount won on the FS bonus upon registration as a normal wager to fill the wagering requirement, I understand that it maybe done to avoid being exploited.

Anyway, the site is pretty fast to load there are lots of games to play with and the arrangement of games is pretty much neat especially the slots.  Games are easier to find since there are dedicated tab for each game aside for the search function.
