We all start with the same amount, there are no whales in this competition... I didn't try it until know, but as I know we all start with 100 Candies? Am I right?

Wait, are you saying that it is possible to place 300 candy in single bet?I have not tried this game yet with candy, most of the games I played using candy were limited to 10 candy max only.

Yes you're right. We are limited to 10 each time we use coin candy, but in the HI LO game we can bet up to tens of times so that 10 x 30 = 300. This is different from the crash game which is only limited to 2 x bets, double game 3x bets, and roulette 3x bets, So in other games we can only bet 30 candy coins, in the HI LO game there is no limit, so we can bet 10 candy coins many times.

I don't disagree. Since we all get the same bankroll, it's all about luck and skill.
But as I said, there are some legendary players like Panjul who have a lot of skills in these games. otherwise, look at him. I tried a lot but did not manage to wager much. Anyone here try the max bet limit on the house game using real money? The last time I play, I can only max bet around 100$ on house blackjack which I don’t know if applicable to everyone. I agree not everyone will be as lucky as you man,  and 10x looks way too high a wager to meet for many of us who want to give some short at the tournament if ever we consider participating in it,  and most in cases that I have experienced in the past it has not really been that friendly experience for me because I have never been luck as you to have won the 1st position which seems to be the position that attracts the highest point for rewards and let me congratulate you for that for such Milton can only be achieve through loads of trials and experienced loses.

I guess it's safe to say that strategy is a kind of skill too. 
You get those strategies from your gambling experience. Some others may get them online by searching or reading posts like yours. But we never know which strategy is safe and which one is not.
