I havent tried it in coins game because it is rare for me to gamble using btc, I use tron or doge most of the time because of its cheap fee.
However based on my experience in other casino, although the casino charge a fixed withdrawal fee for btc but the casino is usually process the withdrawal with the best fee.
I tried it in other casino few days when fee was like today, and the casino process my withdrawal with good fee (more than what is charged to me).
So I expect that coins.game is also doing the same thing, process withdrawal with the best fee although they charge 5k satoshi only.

We have been paying rest of the fee (anything more required than 5000 sats) till today but we just have adjusted this to 0.001 BTC. I know this doesn't sound good but prior to this change, we have paid a lot of fees from our pocket. We will adjust the fee again once on chain fee changes.

It's best to stick with LTC, Doge etc since no one in their right mind would want to transfer BTC unless the amount involved is huge.

I experienced some pending withdrawal for almost 2hrs now on Matic currency. I don’t problem yesterday on withdrawal since it arrives instant. I talk already the support he told that my account manager will check and give me 20mins ETA which didn’t happened.

I understand the delays due to the network problem in almost every coin. Just posting here my concern since the chat support icon is freeze and can’t be click on my side so there’s no way for me to ask an update for my withdrawal. I knew @Denis is an awesome man and will solve this ASAP.

No worries. Already got my withdrawal. I later on find out that there’s a congestion issue on Matic network so I will still not be able to receive my withdrawal on my exchange balance even if coins.game immediately issue my withdrawal.

One thing I notice on the website is it easily prompts the reload notification popup message on mobile version once you accidentally click any part of the screen. This makes my browsing experience on the casino slow down when this message popping, is there any chance to remove this reload notification? It’s already redundant since the browser itself already have refresh button.

It's a huge jump from 5000 sats to 100000 sats but if we consider the current transaction fees, it is logical. Btw is it possible to make the withdrawal fee dynamic? Many people don't mind fees and still use Bitcoin. Especially people who use software wallets like Electrum where they have total control on their funds and also have low number of inputs and outputs, fees don't affect them hugely. Btw I expect many people to move on altcoins to withdraw their money.

Dynamic withdrawal fee is possible since many casino already doing that with their withdrawal. But I think it’s more convenient for casino to do the flat rate so that they will not think about any potential error in fees in the future.

BTW, I’m experiencing another error on evolution gaming live blackjack which I can’t place a bet but I can occupy a seat. AFAIK Casino coins only supports exchanging coins from JET to other coins but does not support vice versa or exchanging coins other than JET (correct me if I'm wrong). So I don't think it can be done that way

The 5x multiplier is only the minimum that is considered valid to take part in the contest, if you want to win first or second place then you need a higher multiplier because I have seen participants already get multipliers of more than 400x

Yes this is on Polygon network. I thought too that Polygon shouldn’t be congested because they are side chain but there’s a current trend on Polygon that is same with ordinals that let user create NFT like that spam the network due to bunch of dust transaction for the NFT.

I’m currently using BSC as an alternative because this the most common acceptable coin on most of the casino. XRP and Doge is good too but the price volatility is what makes me hesitant on using it for my game.

Thanks for the reminder, almost forget about it so I made a deposit today but not lucky enough to hit better multiplier than dimonstration and ivan.
I managed to make a nice profit already as I hit several 200x+ few times while trying for this contest so I think what I've submitted is more than enough.
At least I've made a profit already by playing, so if I win one of the prizes in the contest, it will be additional profit for me.
Maybe I'll burn like 10-20 bucks more try to chase bigger multiplier but I wont force myself if I lose this 10-20 bucks.
