Another new complaint against coins.game while the official representative has already gone from this forum. I'm wondering how many are the actual users who has a serious issue with this casino because I believe there are some users who do not know about this forum and those users may not share their issue here in this thread. Anyway, is there any issue with the site because I cant access it (stuck on logo) for too long time, reload the page few times but it is still stuck on their logo? Can anyone open it smoothly?

Working fine for me... I have some leftovers and have only been betting on sports for the last few months, except sometimes we get free spins in the mail. So I am going up a little bit then down... I can't earn enough for a withdrawal.

Most probably you are accused of doing arbitrage betting since it’s the only violation that is related to what the support accused you. Sadly it’s very hard to win a case like this especially from a casino that has a dead support already here in the forum.

Someone has already shared this complaint, so some of us from here are already familiar with this case. This is a different story... this guy played only casino games, while Elegigglebets bet only on sports. Anyway, it doesn't look good when casino decide to close players accounts and confiscating the deposits and profits they made without any discussion. I already give a neutral feedback on their account. I’m still waiting for there support to come back with their senses and start answering concerns here since all this unanswered issue even though seems like a real arbitrage betting case can be a real deal issue against them if not handled properly.

After reviewing this complaint once again, I noticed that Coins.Game no longer accepts players from Serbia, that was not the case just a month or two ago. However, I logged into the site and placed a bet on Real VS Bayern tonight. They are probably waiting for me to take some bigger profit and ban me too.

At least, this way if you fail to pass kyc then you would lose a small amount. It's better than asking you to do it when withdrawing a larger amount.

Most of us here I think care so much about gambling anonymously, so this KYC thing is really a problem. personally, if I only played with a small amount, I would not bother to ask the casino to compel me to comply with the KYC, but at least I know myself that when I hit a big amount, I'll be willing to follow the necessary procedures for KYC just to ensure I'll get the the amount.

It's not the first time this is happening and certainly not the last time unfortunately!

Maybe they will settle the stuff, other places also were able to clean up their bad reputation. But most of the times that doesn't happen.

They are wasting their time and money here if they'll not come back. yes, they were able to market their casino when they were actively promoting in the forum, but that reputation they gain will slowly diminished as scam accusations may file up and will remain unresponded. My suggestion is to have an official evidence to tag this casino as scammer through multiple scam accusation with proof since the casino representative account is still doesn’t have any negative feedback from the DT despite multiple scam accusations against this casino.

What I would say is to present a record of what the victim has said in support. And I would like to ask the victim that you have been asked to wait 14 working days, have those 14 days already expired? If not, you should wait 14 days to see if they respond to you.

The amount he has withdrawn is really a huge amount, most of the casinos will want to investigate such huge amount withdrawals and ask for KYC verification, it is normal. You wait 14 days and bring up the conversation with support. I sincerely wish your problem is solved and you get rid of the damage.

Well that's right its hard to jump on certain conclusion while we didn't here on both sides yet. So maybe its best to wait for certain things based on what they have been discussed. If 14 days has been passed already which the victim could verify and nothing happens yet then maybe by that time its proper to post a scam accusation against them. But since this case is already been publicized I guess a lot of people is now watching to see what's going on in this case since if Coins.game will decide to scam the victim then I guess this will be the end of their business here since for sure no one will trust them anymore.

I also do hope to get a proper solution on the victim issue and get what he deserve to got. It will be so bad if we see them runaway just because of this case since that means they are not really doing a good business and hard to trust with more larger amounts.

That's one thing though, we really don't know if a casino is going to be a good one even if they have a very successful signature campaign here that ran for months. And then suddenly they stop without notice and then we see scam accusations against them popping up and it seems they are not going to address it. And we felt sorry for this kind of happening's here, I mean like what you said you are part of them before and hearing this? someone you think that the effort you done in promoting them has been dismissed. And for them, they work very hard as well to gain reputation and they ruined it when they are not responding to any message and become inactive because of reasons only known to them. And with that, they are going to lose customers here in our community.

This is actually my intention on why I suggested to file an official scam accusation so that all the proof will be verified properly instead of posting on this thread without any proof or proper narrative about the scam.

Waiting for 14days is useless because his account was already closed. Having a KYC approval doesn’t close your account which means you should still access the casino. Coins.game action already shows that OP violated their ToS for some reason and they already give verdict by closing the user account.

They could show that they are interested in finding solutions when a player encounters a problem and that they are present (the support is doing their job) and ready to communicate. But there was nothing of that, only silence... they could have shown themselves much better, after all, these accusations they have are not for very big money for the casino (at least according to some of my calculations). The bottom line, they could have handled this better.

That's one thing though, we really don't know if a casino is going to be a good one even if they have a very successful signature campaign here that ran for months. And then suddenly they stop without notice and then we see scam accusations against them popping up and it seems they are not going to address it. As a regular player of this casino. I personally don’t encounter any problem playing on this casino. I just decided to stop playing here after multiple scam accusation that is not resolved properly and also the support stop visiting in the forum anymore which means playing on this casino will pure trust with the casino since our voice hear will not be heard.

I still play on very occasional cases but using normal size bankroll that I can afford to lose even if they hold it. I believe playing on this casino needs to be done with caution since there’s a lot of unanswered issue but personally I don’t have issue with them so far since my personal manager supports me properly most of the time.
