This means that there is contradiction between the explanation from the support and the written term, this kind of thing can be bad for the player because even if the support tell player that VPN is allowed but once there is writtern term then it will be easy for the casino to use the written term to act against player.
Once it is happened, players will have no power although the players can show the proof that the support allow players to use VPN.
Of course a good casino may try to investigate the case and if the support is the one who made the mistake then the players should not be the one to take the effect (blocked/banned).

Free stuff doesn't last forever, in the beginning, every casino offers a lot to attract players but after a while many free things get shut down due to abuse. But for those who wager there are always a lot of "bonuses". Although your withdrawals can be considered as small amount but it is good to see that they are still processing your withdrawal request.
If you have another chance, maybe you may try to build you balance from the free money bigger (of course luck is needed) then you may try to request bigger amount from the free money (lets say $100).

So it’s just some sort of a raindrop that comes from the accumulated tip right? I notice the $ sign on the upper part of the chat box but I didn’t notice that it’s for distribution. Do you use the chatbox when you participate or just simply click the participate will do the trick?

I don’t see the risk here if this is the rewards you are describing. I will do research on this feature once I settle all my backlog chores.
