He said KYC is pending which means it is in the sense of approval, as long as it is completed then OP can clarify again that the problem has been resolved.

Actually this is a bit of confusion because he has made a withdrawal before and successfully now going to withdraw again is a problem and after KYC is restricted because of his country.
Maybe this is something a little wrong from the agent, well who knows it will be resolved when the OP gives news again.

You should be aware that withdrawing money that you've just deposited without placing any bets or meeting the minimum wager requirement could raise concerns with your account and alert their administrators, indicating that your account may require KYC verification. He did make some mention about making out some bets but its not clarified on how much rollover or he had been able to wager for him to be able to completely to make withdrawal.
This is what i do have in mind too on which making out some deposits and tending to make withdrawal directly would really be triggering out that kind of security feature knowing that gambling casino
sites would really be that alert when it comes to possible money laundering which it would really be normal for Rollbit would be asking for some KYC if ever you didnt been able to hit that requirement.
As for OP's situation then he would be needing up some patience and if the documents been sent out arent valid or not been accepted  then you would be needing for another as long it do fits

Sending money to a casino and withdrawing right away is a red flag that suggests an attempt to mix coins.
I understand why he was asked to do KYC and if the documments of OP's country aren't accepted that's another red flag.
The only thing I don't get is why he was allowed to make an account if his country is banned. IPs from his location should be blocked, right? If they are allowing people from restricted countries to play, as long as they lose and not withdraw, that's a shady tactic.

Maybe they are still checking its validity or there’s really a big traffic on their platform, there’s nothing to worry about this though as Rollbit keeps on solving this kind of issue, if they asked for some details better to cooperate with them.

in their TOS they say that people will be asked to do kyc level two in case they deposit 2000 euros or more than 2000 euros, if I'm not wrong, but also in the FAQ they are clear in saying that new accounts when depositing need of having to wager $10 before they can request a withdrawal, that is fair and any casino will ask people to play before making withdrawals. you cannot make a deposit and not play anything and then request a withdrawal, this is what leads to suspicion of money laundering, this is probably the reason they are asking you to do kyc. What documents did you submit to the casino? You say that the withdrawal is pending for 16 hours, in this short period of time have you already submitted the documents to kyc and have they already reviewed and disapproved your documents? It's strange that so much happened in just a few hours. Clearly, you've triggered a suspicious activity when you've deposited and have not played on the platform which resulted to request for a KYC verification. I believe @OP was required to do KYC in order to get his funds.  It is possible upon processing the withdrawal, the anti fraud system is triggered because @OP did not meet the minimum requirement of wagering that is required to be able to withdraw the deposited amount.

It is possible that he submitted a not accepted ID card, or the system find the card not fit due to the system found some modification not set on the standard of KYC.

Since the next KYC submission is accepted by the system, I wonder if @OP KYC is approved, any update @OP?

If I can understand you correctly OP, you have made a withdrawal close to the current amount you requested for and it worked without such delay, this is the second time you are trying such withdrawal and this happened.
If yes, you should be patient till after 24hour so as to be sure your next step, you should also try to cancel the transaction if it still shows pending or any error message of sort, that's if it responds.
Lastly, if a KYC verification is required, or you haven't done yours knowing quite well the site made provisions for it clearly, then you should do it, because it proves you are the owner of the fund and is the one making the request, unless you are required to fulfil a task before making this withdrawal.

So further to the earlier tweet about Hills not being able to pay out a £500 bet. I have spoken about this type of thing before but it is worth repeating.
The unequivocal number 1 principle about betting is that if you place a bet that wins, you get paid in a timely manner. It is the very fabric of this great game. Not getting paid out in a timely manner is an increasingly dark stain on the industry. I have experienced it myself so many times (and talked about it on here). We have also seen others experience it including the high profile situation recently where the Police were called to a Hills shop. The punter in question was eventually paid but not before all sorts of ridiculous hassle. I talked about the time I only got paid recently when I contacted the CEO. Happened almost instantly. It is crazy.
What is happening is that bookmakers (both online and in shops) are using a myriad of excuses to make life as hard as possible for those who have the audacity to actually win a few pounds. Whether that be the ridiculous KYC checks at withdrawal online or in shops where they often hide behind affordability/KYC/responsible gambling/AML. You name it. At least online once the issues are resolved you normally get paid straight away.
In the shops it is very different as you not only need to circumnavigate the above issues but also have the shop actually having the money to pay you. I can understand why a shop would not want to keep a large sum of cash on the premises. It is not unreasonable to expect a shop to have £2/3k in its safe though, ready and willing to pay out as appropriate. The customers may have to wait for the time delay on the safe but so be it. I have been very understanding where a shop may have say £4k in the safe. I want to be paid £4k but in the end say I would only take £2k now so that they have enough money for other customers who may also win. What I cannot abide by is shops that don’t even have £500 in the safe. That shop shouldn’t have a license. It wasn’t a case of someone having just cashed out a large sum of money. Have we really got to a situation where bookmakers don’t expect to pay out any winning bets? A shop should have £2/3k as a minimum so that they can meet the huge majority of their customers needs. It is embarrassing that this sort of behaviour is allowed to persist. Come back tomorrow or the next day they say. When you do and they still don’t have it. It drives you insane. It may take 4/5 occasions. Or more. That maybe the intention. Make it as hard as possible for those who win. It is something that the betting media should talk about much more. These are  companies being allowed to run roughshod over its customers by an incredibly incompetent . These are very basics of betting not being adhered to. Perfectly normal legitimate bets that punters are having to jump through hoops to get paid on. Why anyone thinks they would be even remotely competent at sorting out more complex issues like affordability checks is beyond me.

I think that highlighted part is the problem because look at it, you deposited the amount and wanted to withdraw without playing , or wagering that brings alarm to the security team as this might be a possible laundering because back in the days, casino houses had been used for this kind of abused , i am not telling that it is your intention but sorry to say but the redflag has been drawn , and yeah i believe you need to comply about that KYC for now.

The past experience I have with casinos is, they always ask for KYC verification after you win some good amount of money, this is the first time I see someone asked to pass KYC to withdraw their own money that they deposited on a casino.

Online casinos really need to upgrade their ways of rendering services to customers, if this happen to me I will quit that casino and never come back, that amount is very small to start asking for KYC verification, and the reason for KYC is to avoid money laundering.

it is a common situation for us, we sometimes need to wait for long to get our payment processed, it happened one with me with bcgame but i had to wait only just around 3 hours or so to get my withdrawal, when i asked to their chat support they said their finance officer check the transaction for any fraudulent activity then approve it.

Did you checked your wallet address on blockchain explorer OP?, that you successfully received your withdrawal in your wallet or the transaction is pending for confirmation?
