my withdrawal is still pending. I have talked to 2 agents but nothing is resolved yet. Im trying to withdraw $996 and have withdrawn $974 before but it didnt take this long. I didnt win this money, I deposited it. 6 hours ago an agent said ''The withdrawal queue has now been processed'' but im still waiting.

You account was not banned, you just have a pending withdrawal… I’d suggest you look for the representative here in the forum and send them a Pm so that they can look into your situation to know the reason for the delay.

And also try to post the link if your thread in their Ann thread for more visibility, I’m sure your issue will be resolved soon enough since your account was not blocked and you didn’t go against any rule.

One last thing, is this the first time you have deposited and withdrawn without wagering anything? Because such act seems shady ngl.

At this point, I think what you need to do is be patient for now,  since the agent already responded that there is nothing wrong with your withdrawal only on que which is something that we need to understand with blockchain transactions sometimes it is instant other times it may take hours or days so you have to wait.

If there was anything wrong with your account,  it should have been started in the agent's response to you,  you can still create a reminder for the agent letting them know your issue is still pending.

What do you mean that the documents from your country are not accepted ? How it is possible if your country is in the allowed list ? Or you mean to say that the documents you provided for KYC are not satisfactory ?

Did you talked with the agent and what exactly did he said about the KYC documents ?

At first, i thought that you will get your withdrawal as 16 hours or so is not a big deal but now things seems complicated and Rollbit seems to have a valid reason denying you payment. However, your case is not clear as i don't think you have told every details here at the moment  Huh

Perhaps the reason is that you just deposited your money without any wager and you try to deposit. If I'm not mistaken, there is a wagering requirements not just in Rollbit but any casino for that matter and probably it trigger that in their system and that's why they are asking you to do a complete KYC as this is mandated by law (and I hope you know that).

I don't understand what you mean by your documents are not accepted. But for sure you have a passport or even a national ID that the casino might accept so at least make it clear to them.

By any chance, Does your last withdrawal trigger KYC verification if you still didn’t undergo on it? Because you consecutively withdraw both huge amount and typically casino already will require KYC with that activity and amount.

Can you provide screenshots of conversation with the support? You ch use talkimg.com to upload image and share the link here.

It’s odd for a withdrawal to become pending for over 16hours without any verification pending because Rollbit has a fast withdrawal feature.

If anything, most sportsbooks/casinos don't actually process such withdrawal requests as it looks like someone trying to wash their money...

But from what OP wrote saying ''The withdrawal queue has now been processed'' is a positive thing especially since the message says processed should be seen as a good thing unlike locking you out of your account or something...

in their TOS they say that people will be asked to do kyc level two in case they deposit 2000 euros or more than 2000 euros, if I'm not wrong, but also in the FAQ they are clear in saying that new accounts when depositing need of having to wager $10 before they can request a withdrawal, that is fair and any casino will ask people to play before making withdrawals. you cannot make a deposit and not play anything and then request a withdrawal, this is what leads to suspicion of money laundering, this is probably the reason they are asking you to do kyc. I suggest you put more details in this thread

I suggest you wait for 24 hours before taking any action. There's a reason why some withdrawals are delayed. You mentioned that you deposited it, but did you wager the funds you deposited? If you did, then your funds will likely be released if you haven't violated any of their terms of service. However, if you didn't wager the funds, there might be a wagering requirement for every gambling site. In that case, you'll need to meet that requirement before you can withdraw the funds.

16 hours? Op inpatient is displaying in you mind. When there is a long queue in the withdrawal process it would take 24 hours to be released. And you have not waited for 24 hours, you just come here to create thread. At least you would have waited for one day before complaining. This days the support service team is not an experts in gambling and not even from the technical unit so most of the questions gamblers and clients asked them, they could not answer them. Op still wait for more hours and in the process of waiting, still communicate with them the best out come of the pending withdrawal.

Op, I think it's clearly stated in here that you have to complete your KYC verification before you would be able to complete your withdrawal process. On the other hand,  documents from your country are restricted. I don't know how you can possily resolve this but I think you should at least wait for 24hrs then try messaging them again.

I think since you deposited $996 but tried to withdraw it again without betting it. That's why you might feel shady from the casino and take longer to withdraw, but I think you'll find this solution easy. Maybe you tried withdrawing your funds directly after making a direct deposit without gambling because your withdrawals were blocked for military time. Since you are waiting for 16 hours, maybe from the casino platform they will solve this problem for you within 24 hours and your withdrawal will be completed. I think you don't need to be so conceited but wait a day. Also, the way you created a thread maybe you don't have patience it's been 16 hours maybe you lost patience and can't wait, does that make sense in your situation.

I don't understand why Rollbit will say that your document is not allowed from your country. Are they denying you withdrawal of your funds, did you read the T&C before registering. I wouldn't blame the casino, if they deprive you from withdrawal because you brought the attention to them by depositing without wagering and you want to withdraw that same day. It will look suspicious and that was why they came up with the KYC thing, because from your statement, you said that you have made a withdrawal before. Next time you shouldn't deposit to any casino without, providing them your KYC requirement to avoid such stories. Try and contact their representative in the forum and hear what his reply will be.

Op, I think it's clearly stated in here that you have to complete your KYC verification before you would be able to complete your withdrawal process. On the other hand,  documents from your country are restricted. I don't know how you can possily resolve this but I think you should at least wait for 24hrs then try messaging them again.

Yes, that's right, although this is annoying but you have to follow the rules of the casino, maybe their representatives on this forum can help more, and OP can find a better way to solve the problem.

I think since you deposited $996 but tried to withdraw it again without betting it. That's why you might feel shady from the casino and take longer to withdraw, but I think you'll find this solution easy. Maybe you tried withdrawing your funds directly after making a direct deposit without gambling because your withdrawals were blocked for military time. Since you are waiting for 16 hours, maybe from the casino platform they will solve this problem for you within 24 hours and your withdrawal will be completed. I think you don't need to be so conceited but wait a day. Also, the way you created a thread maybe you don't have patience it's been 16 hours maybe you lost patience and can't wait, does that make sense in your situation.
Rollbit have maximum of $5000 as base amount withdrawal to demand kyc,  but ops case,  aside from the fact that he did not make any wager before withdrawing his first $996 first withdrawal and at that, he failed to meet up with the current MLA demand which can place his account on red alert that's me his withdrawal not to go through and KYC being demanded.

And from the look of things,  I think the ops have more cases with the casino because I can see that from the reason stated in his KYC document rejection is stated that the ops document is not from the accepted country.

When clearly you are not a resident from the list of restricted countries?
