There are still several things that I have forgot to mention, but as for me, one of the major thing that keeps me coming back in a casinos is how good their customer service is. Issues doesn't need to exceed 24-48 hrs. Minor issues should be fixed as soon as a representative attends to it. I guess there's nothing more important than having a happy and satisfied clients. Probably what I miss the most from physical casinos is to just have a nice conversation with the gamblers sitting besides me, it is true that almost all online casinos have some sort of chat feature, but it is not the same as the chat can move very quickly and it is almost impossible to hold a conversation there, other than that I find online casinos to be superior to their physical counterparts in almost every way and that is why it is my preferred way to gamble now.

I think you may have have a misconceptions around the meaning of kyc,  and you have overly associated kyc with scam which is something you may have to hard a rethink on,  because KYC is aimed at reducing crime so how then will you say that kyc is a scam without outlining your reason behind such statements.

One of the reason why casino demand for kyc is because,  kyc will reduce money laundering attempts and also help to stop the used of casino being used as a money mixer.

Yes everything has its own risks even in traditional casinos there are also big risks but we as gamblers can always minimize the risks and wagering requirements payment limits in online casinos are common so all casinos without exception definitely have these requirements. However there are differences between one casino and another in the predetermined amount.
Regarding betting requirements it can be fulfilled if we gamble in the casino gradually so that slowly even though it takes longer at least it can be fulfilled without chasing it and payment limits are also not something we need to worry about because when we gamble we definitely have determined the amount of money that will be paid use it to bet so you can calculate more without exceeding existing payment limits.
