I don't think any serious company like an online casino or a digital store as big as Amazon or eBay would have any trouble to provide all the information necessary for email providers to verify their mail addresses. Think about it, most of those businesses and services have had to go through a lot of information disclosure and administrative compliment with regulators, so they can operate in their countries and territories. Another oficial process like the one we describe should not be an obstacle for them at all, specially since we are talking about a measure which will help their costumers not to get scammed by fishing and identity theft.

There is a feature I have noticed Binance has implemented, which greatly helps to identify whether one is being targeted during a fishing campaign or not.
Binance allows their traders to set an "anti-phising code", so any email one receives from Binance will have a tag with said code set up by the user, if the code it is indeed the one we chose, then it is highly unlikely it is a malicious mail, otherwise it is a targetting email for us to fall for and steal our data or credentials.

Cryptocurrency exchanges have lots of levels of security. They have lots of users money with lots of deposit/withdrawals. 2FA, sms, e-mail, trade password - they can protect every your step. But i don`t think that any casino needs such security level. It becomes uncomfortable to gamble, when you have to type password or wait sms before every bet.
As for me, it would be interesting to have an opportunity to tune security level by myself, using some checkboxes probably.

I could be wrong, but I believe this thread is rather about measures to be taken by us and others to remain safe (not getting hacked or losing or casino accounts), rather than improving our own behavior while gambling. That is a different topic which has been discussed many times around here in the gambling section of the forum. 
It does not mean I disagree with what you say though, but it is a different kind of risk when one getting malicious links and clicking on them than one starts to gamble more than one is willing to lose to a bad luck streak at dices.

Yeah, it's on them and it's their task to verify that with any necessary details that they need to do for them to give them that verified badge.
It's easy for them to check it obviously with such proof and data that they need to have for a company to get verified with its email.
They all have the means to do that but still no email provider haven't done that yet, but maybe soon we'll see them do it.
