It is stressful really if we think about it every day but what I did is to keep looking for an opportunity that would increase my income because this is the only way it help me to survive.

Best choice is make use of each and every opportunity. Rather than looking for the result, try to get adopted to the scenario with what you have. I believe everyone experienced the high cost of living nowadays. It is getting harder and harder to meet our basic needs due to inflations of prices of commodities.  I deal with this kind of problem by looking for another source of income, buying only what is necessary, and preventing myself from indulging in luxurious activities.  I also make sure that although I am making plans ahead, I only focus on the day activities since tomorrow is a different thing to tackle.  I do this to not to pile up the stress and frustration by simply isolating the day experiences and facing it with a renewed strenth and endeavors each day.

The stress was the common fact now,because we are in the environment with multiple stress to the same person.If the person mother get sudden health problem due to old age,the son will totally helpless.He should work for the additional income to manage their mother medical expenses.The person should not start to take more loan for the medical expenses,because if your mother had two or three son.Then you can balance the money for your mother medical expenses.But if you are the only son of your mother,you need take care of both medical and home expenses.

That's a huge problem even for myself. If I am in your situation I am also very stressed but the only thing I can say is to not look at the bad sides,l as you've seen a lot, ll and understand them because they will not always do good for you.
Ive been in a financial problem since my first job and just recently I overcame it by having a higher-paying job than my previous one and having a gratitude mindset. I read some posts on social media. Instead of looking at the situation as bad always look for the good and be thankful for it. This is like if your salary comes but 80% of it is to be paid in bills what I would think is that I am thankful that I was able to pay it because others for sure are still finding money to pay their bills. Well you're doing pretty good. Because we should continue to move forward and continue to look for opportunities. And once an opportunity comes, we have to make the most of it and never waste it. To be honest, it is quite difficult to remain optimistic about the current situation in the world. All prices have grown very much, as you correctly wrote. I have an application where I record all expenses and when I compare expenses with last year's I am horrified. Salaries in the country have not changed at all. And what is most interesting is that there is a feeling that this is not the end yet and the price increases will continue on and on.

Now we all need to be able to take care of things, stop eating delicacies, make unnecessary purchases, you need to look for additional sources of income.

Unfortunately, I was in a very bad financial situation during and after the pandemic. My investments were constantly losing serious value and these investments which I was trying to save with my savings were becoming more and more worthless. Unfortunately, because the process went so badly I left my own country and settled in a different country in order to earn more money. The root of the basic difficulties that still often arise in society is in the sector where it is difficult to find work, which causes many people to have difficulty earning money. @OP I feel you, most people in my country also have similar problem, some of them even worse because their family or people close to them are toxic.

To be honest it's really complicated and there's no other way except working more harder or go to other country that pay better.

Taking a master's degree is really expensive, it's true you can take a scholarship program, but you need to meet the high requirements and terms.
