I highly agree, anyone can regret their losses momentarily but learning to accept them and move on is the best thing.  Never do crazy thing such as raging or getting violent since it is not the way to solve your losses. Yes, even losing $500 makes someone burdened in their mind and they might even be stressed about the defeat that befell them. I think generally everyone has an aggressive level in gambling so they are unable to control how much money they spend.
