Which country would that be? I've looked at their ToS (AskGamblers) and found no specific list of countries that are prohibited from accessing their platform.
Askgamblers only have restrictions to prohibit people in those restricted nations joining Askgamblers free slot tournaments. Otherwise, people are all free to access and use Askgamblers, as I don't see any general restrictions from them against any country.

It can be possible as a block from government in a nation, to prohibit their citizens from accessing Askgamblers website like the Philippines government restrict Bitcointalk.org in their nation since days ago.

Which country would that be? I've looked at their ToS (AskGamblers) and found no specific list of countries that are prohibited from accessing their platform.

What do you do then to get your money if you can't even access AskGamblers to seek for help?
You get fucked and move on?
If that's really the case, then maybe a VPN could help. After all, these guys aren't like casinos that impose strict rules against the use of a VPN (cmiiw); they're mostly for resolving issues and inquiries.

I can't access their site from my country which is in Southern Europe.
Since I can't access it I doubt that they would provide their help and assistance to me even if I use VPN.

It's a point for possible improvement from Bets.io in the future.
They are quite old on this forum and clearly experienced people. If they really want, they can handle everything properly, but the representatives of bets.io are not showing any active presence. From what is going on in the ANN thread, users are discussing different issues about their site and pointing out areas that need improvement. If they could pay attention to those discussions and stay active in the ANN thread, it would have been much better.

I can see that the actual representative, Bets.io_Nikita, was online on (05 May 2026) but he hasn’t made any post. His last post was on (19 March 2024) and since then, there has been no activity from him. They have been around for a long time on the forum, so I was expecting something better from them but their presence is not really visible.

For now, since the campaign manager has already contacted them and decided to run the campaign, people are placing their last bit of trust in the campaign manager. Let’s see what our respected campaign manager will do in the end. He has already mentioned that he is trying to reach them and has also shown users a way to deal with the issue for now. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved very soon.

When you look at the complaints you can see that most of them are related to deposit or withdrawal and have been resolved. A thousand people might use the site, but if just one person has an issue, they start posting about it everywhere. Those who have a negative experience tend to make a lot of noise. They also usually don't explain the full story behind the issue.

This doesn't reflect the overall situation. After all, those who use the site without any issues don't go around leaving feedback everywhere. I think Bets.io's efforts to resolve issues shouldn't be overlooked. 100% satisfaction isn't possible in any industry. But when I look at the general scene, I see the site's reputation as mainly positive.

The number of resolved cases will speak for them in that regards and in this case even looking up to AskGamblers, they’ve achieved more positive outcome than negative ones. Despite this, no pending issues are suppose to be left unresolved without having a proof to back those claims of it. Like I said before, hearing from both sides before coming to conclusion is the best approach to solve an issue that has to do with trust or reputation of the both parties. As for the casino, they’ve achieved a positive perception from the people more than negative intuition, this should also be handled professionally by them in due time I hope so.

For sure they read the concerns of people here and much better if they address or give clarification towards those issues that has been linked to them. People will provably still doubt if they change especially if their thread has been left unattended.

So even if they run a campaign for sure this will not give them a positive result, since most of people are seeking for transparency. Signature campaigns they made won't bury their issues and for sure people will continue to ask an update regarding on those cases.

Nikita account was active days ago, on 5 May, and it's not like Bets.io no longer has any active representative in this forum. It's just Nikita has yet replied to user complaint while he should do this. I know that perhaps Nikita can not give the answer for that case immediately but at least he can response like he and Bets.io already knew about the case, and he will be back with an answer for the user.

Let's guess, he actually forwarded the case to his team for more details before answering to the user, but it's better if he reply shortly first to calm down the user in the meantime.

Initially, I thought there was a bets.io representative on the forum, yet their campaign manager suggested resolving casino issues through other platforms. It seemed utterly absurd: the representative opened a discussion thread for the casino and logs in regularly, but refuses to engage?

The only logical explanation I can think of is that the person with access to the Bets.io_Nikita account is no longer a representative of the casino. They log in as a private individual to read the forum but have nothing to say on the matter because they are no longer affiliated with them.

Perhaps even creating this thread was their personal initiative, while the casino management prefers other ways of being present on the forum, such as through user signatures rather than direct participation in discussions.

If so, it makes sense why icopress suggested taking complaints elsewhere. It actually seems reasonable, since there's no one here to address those complaints anyway.

That's not good and the way how everything looks like this situation made this casino shady. This is why they need to answer those allegations against them, since frequent ignoring will not going to help their casino.

When we don't know the full story, we can not conclude anything and in fact, business has to keep information about their customers in private, it's kind of privacy policy of any business to protect users. Sometimes casinos can post with some information to handle their scam accusations but surely they never shown all details in public such as posts in Bitcoin forum.

Without full details, we as just outsider, not the business, not the user, can not conclude anything but it does not mean the user is guilty and the business is trusted or vice versa. I only can take a look at Bets.io information on Askgamblers as the only place to check this casino reputation. If in the forum, it's their company and market team approach, perhaps they will continue with silence as likely with them they already closed those cases from their business side.

There is a pending scam accusation against them for 14000usd that they scammed from a user with their rep being active here and not addressing whatsoever.
Their trustpilot also looks like a bloodbath from all the negative reviews and scam accusations.
I hope you are not depositing any decent amount on them for your wallet's sake.

When I visit their site, for a brief moment I see the "your connection to this site is not secure", and after some times (maybe a minute or two), when every assets are fully loaded, that warning message is disappears.

Without full details, we as just outsider, not the business, not the user, can not conclude anything but it does not mean the user is guilty and the business is trusted or vice versa. I only can take a look at Bets.io information on Askgamblers as the only place to check this casino reputation. If in the forum, it's their company and market team approach, perhaps they will continue with silence as likely with them they already closed those cases from their business side.
The issue the user raised is already being discussed, if you check the company’s history, you’ll understand that this kind of problem is something simple for them to handle. They are already working on fixing the matter the user complained about and proper direction has also been given. The only concern now is that their presence here was actually needed, but we are not really seeing that from their side. I don’t know the reason for their silence but if they quietly fix the issues properly, then no problem. Still, it would have been better if they stayed active here and followed up on users’ complaints through discussion.

Has anyone tried to create account on Bets.io today? I wanted to check out the casino but I did not receive confirmation e-mail...

Also I checked the spam folder but nothing was there. Just curious if someone was facing same issues or it was only me.

Edit. Confirmation e-mail received. It seems that there is small delay in sending e-mails.

Okay great. This happens most times and not only from this casinos sites but from others also. I remember registering in a casino last week, confirmation email was delayed and I had to wait till the next day.

I was tired of waiting, although the email came same day but I forget to check back until the next day. This is common, I don’t mind for such technical delays because they do come later.

This doesn't happen on me, I'm not using in VPN on accessing it. Are you using one? if not then it goes with the ISP of yours and that's why it loads like this. I've checked it for the other browsers and it works for me, so maybe it's within your ISP and why you are encountering this error message upon access.

I just checked the ANN of this casino and it greatly catches my attention of they claim to accept so many coins and tokens from so many different networks and blockains.
Could anyone here in this thread actually confirm to me this is the case they actually take so many assets for their deposits?

Do they even accept privacy coins like ZEC and Monero for gamblers to deposit or they are very tight their regulators in that regard?
This is the first time I have taken a look at this case an it has caught my attention.
