Bitcointalk has never been a place for resolving complaints. AsK is a third party, so all complaints are reviewed there, and I, in turn, will take steps to ensure Bets complies with their decision.

As for "Nikita," he hasn't worked at Bets for a long time, but Bets does have access to this account (I've already sent Bets instructions on renaming the account).

Initially, I thought there was a bets.io representative on the forum, yet their campaign manager suggested resolving casino issues through other platforms. It seemed utterly absurd: the representative opened a discussion thread for the casino and logs in regularly, but refuses to engage?

The only logical explanation I can think of is that the person with access to the Bets.io_Nikita account is no longer a representative of the casino. They log in as a private individual to read the forum but have nothing to say on the matter because they are no longer affiliated with them.

Perhaps even creating this thread was their personal initiative, while the casino management prefers other ways of being present on the forum, such as through user signatures rather than direct participation in discussions.

If so, it makes sense why icopress suggested taking complaints elsewhere. It actually seems reasonable, since there's no one here to address those complaints anyway.

When I visit their site, for a brief moment I see the "your connection to this site is not secure", and after some times (maybe a minute or two), when every assets are fully loaded, that warning message is disappears.

This doesn't happen on me, I'm not using in VPN on accessing it. Are you using one? if not then it goes with the ISP of yours and that's why it loads like this. I've checked it for the other browsers and it works for me, so maybe it's within your ISP and why you are encountering this error message upon access.

Nope! I'm not using anything. Just a regular browser with regular wifi connection, nothing fancy. I'm not sure about the ISP part, haven't checked with mobile connection. But I think it might be a browser thing as other browser did not show anything similar.

Anyway, I'm not worried or anything, I just thought of reporting to see whether others noticed anything similar. I'm sure it's nothing major, and as the message quickly disappears on it's own.

Do they even accept privacy coins like ZEC and Monero for gamblers to deposit or they are very tight their regulators in that regard?

I agree with you on this Hispo. It's funny that a casino accepting only USDT for deposit is in this section instead, of altcoins. Maybe, it's a new development but even at that the thread should be moved to the altcoins section because it shows that they are not encouraging people to use bitcoin in this casino.

I haven't used this site though, but I'm going to confirm if really they're only accepting USDT. Let me register and try to make deposit.

There's nothing to worry about it bro. And it seems that if it's now working in your end then that's already fine. ISP or browser issue might be it.
Sometimes it could be on bets part but yeah, it's not a major thing because if there's an outage they would also detect and have it fixed quickly. Most casinos are like that.

Has anyone tried to create account on Bets.io today? I wanted to check out the casino but I did not receive confirmation e-mail...

Also I checked the spam folder but nothing was there. Just curious if someone was facing same issues or it was only me.

Edit. Confirmation e-mail received. It seems that there is small delay in sending e-mails.

There is a pending scam accusation against them for 14000usd that they scammed from a user with their rep being active here and not addressing whatsoever.
Their trustpilot also looks like a bloodbath from all the negative reviews and scam accusations.
I hope you are not depositing any decent amount on them for your wallet's sake.

I have been in a KYC loop for several weeks now. Mid April I requested a withdrawal (my first ever) and was asked to send a selfie with a text and a screenshot of my original deposit. I sent the stuff, but they said the selfie was not good enough for their standards. So I had to do literally 4 more sessions of selfies until they finally approved it. They were really nitpicking a lot. Then I thought it was finally all good, but then a couple days later they even asked a video call. Where I needed to answer all kinds of question about bets I placed, login stuff, personal details and show my face and ID on camera. I'm still waiting for their approval of that video now for 2 days.

My experience has been terrible to say the least. They are doing everything to stall, stall, stall. I hear now I'm not the only one they are doing this to.

Hopefully the fact that they have a signature campaign means they are starting to care a bit more about Bitcointalk. I will keep you guys updated about my progress.

I wouldn't take anything from Trustpilot website serious. That website is swarming with fake reviews (both positive and negative).

Trustpilot is criticized as a bad review platform with fake and fabricated reviews so I agree with you on that reviewing platform. I personally don't take any reviews on Trustpilot to seriously, as with its bad reputation, I don't want to waste my time for double check any reviews on it.

As for pending accusation I hope everything will be resolved soon. I am sure if the accusation is proven to be legitimate the DT members will take apropriate actions.

They resolved many cases in the past so let's expect they will do the same this time, but surely returning to the forum with marketing, a signature campaign, I believe that they already prepared well especially with a professional manager like icopress, he will not take the job if the casino is bad or has bad reputation. In his post several days ago, he already shown his deep research on Bets.io

Just now, today Bets.io confiscated my whole balance after hassling me with rediculously extended KYC selfies and video call for multiple weeks. Due to a random chosen reason "unfair advantage strategies" when all I did was just place 4 MLB bets!

I am in shock and advise nobody to register there!

You didn't check properly. Bets supports more than one cryptocurrency. USDT, USDC, LTC, ETH, BTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX, ADA, and BCH are the supported coins on the casino.

Privacy coin is not among the list of supported coins, but I hope they add it later in the future. It will give users more options to deposit.

I think it's just a matter of time before we can see that addition at bets especially if they add Zcash(ZEC), which is the privacy coin that I really like the most aside from TAO.

Exactly. I do trust icopress because he has proven his trust in this forum, and I don't think he will put his name to this without verifying everything. Saw that they handled a lot at Askgamblers, and that proves they are prepared for this too, especially with lots of accusations being brought behind their name.

This doesn't make sense really..the footer does says "accepted currencies", so by logic there should be other deposit methods...you sure you checked everything properly?

I haven't registered yet..so I can't verify it now..

it seems you haven't been looking properly...there are other methods. There is a dropdown option to choose other cryptocurrencies ..click it, and it'll expand..

My bad   I was the one at fault here..

So basically what happened is probably because i initially didn’t pay much attention to the Icons that are there on the “USDT”  space on the deposit side of their website while checking it and so I just concluded it was the only one they accepted but turns out that’s the default currency on their site. Also it’s early morning maybe my brain wasn’t able to spot that…

But nevertheless, seems like I added a disclaimer from my end while making that post..

0.088 BTC ~ around $7k, right? That's a significant amount. You should file a proper complaint at AskGambler 'cause that seems to be the only way to have a possible solution for your problem. You won't get any solution from making a thread in this forum and trying to get their attention.

You really should reply on the scam accusation of a few posts above here. Its a very bad look if you don't. You cannot just confiscate players winnings, let alone deposit. People will not dare to play with you
