Group phase is completed for Major League Cricket 2024. LAKR and Seattle Orcas are out of the tournament and the other four teams will proceed to the knockout phase. One thing I liked about the tournament this time is that there were considerable numbers of native players - such as Joshua Tromp, Ian Holland and Ruben Clinton. I hope they perform better next season, but it would have been a great learning experience for them. MLC has the potential to become the second largest franchise T20 league, after the IPL.

However, Seattle Orcas are the weakest team in this match as they are at the bottom of the points table. The Washington Freedom had a good start from the hard work of their openers but when they were both out after making the partnership of 112 runs then the other players could not play like Travis Head and Steven Smith, but overall they gave a good target. But their luck was not good and they lost this match, San Francisco Unicorns chased it up towards victory. Sanjay Krishnamurthi was the player of the match for his wonderful performance as he made 79 runs and helped his team towards victory.

At the start of this league, San Francisco Unicorns team bowling side was too strong with Haris Rauf and Pat Cummins are there and performing amazingly but now I think they both have poor performances from now even Pat Cummins has been out from the team for this match and I think the next number is for Haris Rauf because at yesterday’s match he was doing the bowling with economy of 10 and did just 2 overs while gave 20 runs.

Such a bad and poor performance by him. Now, they have no option for the good bowler, there is only Corey Anderson who is also affording too much while Hassan Khan the good bowler also not performing well on the bowling side. Now, they have to play well because in the playoff rounds that are near.

TSK team set 177 runs target in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets and this target was very big. SEO team have not strong team and also lost many games in past with poor effort. SEO team only chased down 140 runs in 20 overs by losing 9 wickets. C.Savage played a major role to win this game from TSK team side and he scored 45 runs in 27 balls and he hitted six 4s and two 6s. Now, there is such a big long break for the players to get ready in T20 blast, this break is around one and a half months. Now the next match of this T20 Blast will be played on to the 3rd of September and there is too much time for that.

The match on the third of September will be played between Surrey and Durham. That will be the first Quarterfinal of this league. That match will be played at The Oval stadium where very big matches were played even the Champions Trophy final of 2017 between Pakistan and India was also played on that ground which was won by Pakistan.

Yes this match was really interesting and also this competition with 100 balls. In first match, Birmingham Phoenix sqaud has begun this match first with batting Inning and managed 89 scores as Defeating target after playing 81 balls with whole wickets were gone. London spirit woman won the toss and choosing batting first. London spirit is a strong team match and playing amazing. Heather knight is a very talented girl for London spirit woman team member. The best bowling performance in the London spirit woman team was by Tilly corteen_colemon scored 20 balls conceded 5 over and 39 balls took 1 wickets. Landon spirit total runs for  153 runs and won the match. Southern brave total runs for 151 and lost the match. I hope southern brave they will play better in the future matches.

San Francisco Unicorns and Washington Freedom took to the field to face each other in the qualifier match of Major League Cricket 2024 tournament. As a qualifier match we thought this match might be high voltage but it was low scoring.In this match, San Francisco Unicorns batted first and scored only 145 runs. Their team's top order and middle order batsmen were completely unsuccessful but Hasan Khan led the team towards the end and was the only batsman to score a half century. It was mainly on the basis of his half-centuries that the SFU team was able to muster a little capital to fight back.

Those few runs given by the San Francisco Unicorn team may not have been difficult for the Washington Freedom team. The WF team won easily by relying on the innings of 77 runs from 44 balls by Trabiz Head. By virtue of their victory in this match, the Washington Freedom have already reached the finals.

Unless the organizers can guarantee good interest from local audience, this will be a loss making season for all of them. MLC has been successful to some extent, and the same can be said about the Hundred. But what about the others? In my opinion, LPL hasn't gotten off the ground till now.

Landon spirit Women team chased the score very well and won the match by by six wickets. Southern Brave showed strong performance and after that we saw turn in this match and Heather played excellent in this match and played match winning inning in this match and built 65 runs. Georgia also played excellent inning in this match and built 45 runs . They chased the target very easily in last overs because Heather was in form and she was present on the crease. Danni also played well in this match but her team could win due to lack of best bowling skills and they could not become successful to out Heather  and we saw excellent batting.We like that kind of inning and Heather entertained the audience because she is good player and she is good hard hitter and always play in difficult times.

A little familiar with WSF perform in this match.  And in this match it was difficult for me to predict.  But when the SF batsmen set a target of 145 in 20 overs, I had an idea of their performance.  And the WSF batsmen completed the target of 149 in 15 overs with good performance and pace and won the match.  SF batsmen were all out in 19 overs.  If they played with good perform they could have given a target of 190.  But it could not give such a target.  The WSF bowler had applied good pressure.  And his bowler had an easy target for his batsmen.  And their batsmen ful filled that target.  If the SF bowlers could have bowled well and taken wickets and stopped the runs, they could have won the match.  But luck did not support them and they could not win this match.  Congratulations to WSF for this win.

The 1st match between Toronto National and Vancouver Knights was played  at caa center stadium. Toronto National won the toss and choosing batting first. Toronto National is a very strong team and wining the match with superb amazing performance.The best batting performance in Toronto National man team was by Colin Munro scored 44 runs and 35 balls hitting 3 fours and 3 sixs. The Toronto National team is also very strong and they play matches with heart. The lost batting performance in the Vancouver Knights man team was by harsh thaker scored 0 runs and 1 balls hitting 0 fours and 0 sixs. I hope Vancouver Knights they will play better in the nest match. Congratulations to Toronto National for their upcoming matches.
