As of today he was trying to hit six (which is his favorite shot) to move the scoring and hit long shots but this time, he can’t hit it in a perfect way and bat middle has not touched the ball. Ball went up in the air and when it comes down, caught by the fielder and Fakhar Zaman lost his wicket. Also in the World Cup too, he can’t hit to the easy balls and get out early. Disappointed with what happened to Sikandar Raza. He has pulled out of the league with an injury. At 38 years, perhaps the age is catching up with him. He was a late starter to international cricket, and I will be terribly disappointed in case his career ends as a result of injury. Anyway, his team (St Kitts and Nevis Patriots) has brought in Josh Clarkson from New Zealand to replace him. A lot of people claim that Clarkson is a good player, but I have never watched him in action. They have also added Pakistani spinner Mohammad Mohsin to their squad.

1 st quarter final was ended and this game was held on Kennington Oval stadium and played between Durham and Surrey teams. 2 nd quarter final is still continuing to play. This game was going between teams quite good and both played very well. Durham team made 162 total runs in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets and set for opponent team Surrey team. Surrey team is good team and they played good games in past and this time they won this game by beating Durham team in Quarter final game and qualified for next t games Congratulations. Surrey chased down all runs in 18 overs and won this game by 5 wickets and 12 balls. D.Sibley showed a great effort in game when first opener did not perform good and dismissed for 8 runs. Silvey also got a player of award at end of game. Worrall and Topley both performed good in bowling side and Topley took down 2 wickets and Worrall also dismissed 2 wickets of Durham team.

Well the 2nd quarterfinal for T20 Blast also concluded between Lancashire vs Sussex. Sussex won this match easily by 8 wickets and it was another one sided match. Lancashire has a poor batting performance in this knockout match. Captain Keaton Jennings and Liam Livingstone were the only two batsmen from Lancashire who made some runs otherwise the rest of the 8 batsmen were not able to reach double figures. You can see how poor they played in this match. It was an easy chase for Sussex as they chased the target in 14th over losing only 2 wickets.

St Lucia Kings are on the top of the table with this consecutive two wins. Guyana Amazon Warriors also win their two matches played so far and they beat St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in their recent match. I am impressed by Shimron Hetmyer innings where he score 91 runs in only 39 balls. Amazon Warroris also have power hitter Rahmanullah Gurbaz in their team that makes it really a strong team of this Caribbean League.

St Lucia Kings has David Wiese and Noor Ahmad in supreme form too. With Faf du Plessis their captain i think this team will have a tough Competiton with Guyana Warriors. These two teams looks most favorite to win this league and i would be looking to see a match between them.

St Lucia king total runs for 202 and won the match. St Kitts And Nevis total runs for 201 and lost the match. One by one in Caribbean Premier League competition, matches were finished and today total 7 matches were successfully completed and in standing table, St Lucia Kings squad are present on first position with winning two matches total of two. Falcons and Patriots squad need some improvement in their innings performance if they want to take part in semi final matches as well in final matches because their squads position numbers are very low. Anyways in seventh match of Caribbean Premier League competition, today in this match, both Nevis Patriots and Amazon Warriors squads participated for amazing clash and this match was finished very interesting and thrilling among them. Amazon Warriors has begun this match first with batting Inning and their squad members managed 266 scores after playing 20 overs this Defeating target was very big and they made a record in this season for managing high scores target. Nevis Patriots squad achieved 226 scores and faced defeated 40 scores and Rahmanullah Gurbaz  and Shimron Hetmyer both these batters fully supported their squad by displaying amazing performance and managed 69 and 91 scores respectively.

The third quarter final match will be played between Northamptonshire and Somerset. This match hosted by Northampton too that is why they have to try their best because there will be Northampton crowd.

Anyway, if we look at both teams head to head then they played their last match in 2020 in which one was won by Northamptonshire and one by Somerset. Before that, they both faced each other in 2013 and to remind this does not make any sense because now the full team has changed and maybe there will be only 1 or 2 players from 2013 squad or maybe none.

The loss of Shai Hope’s wicket was really a shock for the Guyana Amazon Warriors because he was the main player and he could score high. He could do batting under pressure but out early. However, the rest of the batsmen did not let us feel the missing of Shai Hope as Shimron Hetmyer 91 runs on 39 balls that is very amazing performance. Today 7 th game was concluded in Caribbean Premier League between GAW and STKNP teams and tomorrow will 8 th game play between Falcons and Trinbago teams. In 7 th game, GAW team won the toss and they a opportunity to select field first and bat and GAW team elected bat first and this game was held on Warner Park stadium. GAW team set 266 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets and STKNP teams failed to chase all runs of GAW team. Andre fletcher opener batsman of STKNP team played very brilliantly and he made 81 runs in 33 balls and hitted four 4s and nine 6s. Some good player of STKNP team did not bat good and their poor effort lost this today game and they need 40 more runs to win game. STKNP bowlers did not bowl good and did not stop them for low runs. STKNP still have some more chance to improve and rank up top 4 rank.

Today 7 th game was concluded in Caribbean Premier League between GAW and STKNP teams and tomorrow will 8 th game play between Falcons and Trinbago teams. In 7 th game, GAW team won the toss and they a opportunity to select field first and bat and GAW team elected bat first and this game was held on Warner Park stadium. GAW team set 266 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets and STKNP teams failed to chase all runs of GAW team. Andre fletcher opener batsman of STKNP team played very brilliantly and he made 81 runs in 33 balls and hitted four 4s and nine 6s. Some good player of STKNP team did not bat good and their poor effort lost this today game and they need 40 more runs to win game. STKNP bowlers did not bowl good and did not stop them for low runs. STKNP still have some more chance to improve and rank up top 4 rank.

Antigua and Barbuda Falcons are in horrible position, as they have lost all the matches so far in the league. Apart from Jewel Andrew and Shamar Springer, none of the other players have contributed in a big way. Trinbago Knight Riders have so far played just one match (win against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots), so it is too early to judge them. But still I would say that TKR will be the favorites by a huge distance. Nicholas Pooran is in great form and he scored 97 during the match against SKNP.
