Copper membership is nowhere near enough to show how serious they are since it's just a starting point basically. They need to answer most queries regularly in order to truly gain gambler attention.

Op of this thread and anyone else from their team haven't been doing that which does not bode well for the future of their site.

Secondly, let's be honest, there are many casinos' OR who have left this forum for good but their Ann threads are still very active and no one complained about that!
I'd be concerned if they have stopped all kind of communication with their customers like not replying to emails or not having live support agents. That would be a real concern.

just think that it is their loss if they won't get the approval of the forum gamblers. there's no harm done on the side of the gamblers as they have the prerogative to play on their site or not. if they noticed that no player from this forum is visiting or playing, they may think of their approach and change it.

The first thing I was presented with was the Banner about the "Cookies Policy" and it only accepts the option to click on "Accept"  Roll Eyes You have acces to a wide variety of slots from a lot of 3rd party slot providers, so that makes up for the "cookie" thing.  Grin

But that is if the gambler is mostly concerned of having fun.

As there are also gamblers who are meticulous enough to consider other/a lot of factors if the site is worthy for them to stay or not. The urgent KYC can be a disadvantage here, for those who don't like it. But like you said, it's also better to do it earlier than it will be the one that will cause you troubles or hustle later on.

I agree with you on this, but I ruled out the hypothesis that Scammer would bother buying cooper membership for the sake of a quick operation. But who knows? This may be a means within a well-thought-out strategy.

But it is professional not to neglect communication channels with the community, especially in the early stages of launching the website and publishing the official announcement, as is the case here on the forum. I don't want to go into too far a guess, but you can read the community's surprised opinions about this behavior, which cannot indicate professionalism.

There is only one way to know about it, trying it ourselves by sending them email asking about something Smiley. Live support agent? They claim to have it but it seems that it is not 24/7 because I tried it few times, since few days ago, the replies were from bots only. I did quick check their social media accounts and I can say that all accounts has no current activity. X account with no post, tiktok (account cant be found), youtube (account terminated), instagram (last post on October). It is already real concern, at least for me because they are inactive in most of their official accounts.

I think this forum is only a few percent, so they may still not be affected as they know they can still gather a lot of customers outside. Gamblers can still harm a gambling site. That is; they can throw accusations which have no solid proof. There are also gamblers who are not playing fairly. The forum can act like a review site but there are also many review sites outside. We aren't only familiar on them though.

I mean if the giver of those feedback are legit individuals and not just a dummy account. Speaking of it, a dummy or an alt account is still/also possible here in the forum but we have a thread here about it, if a user has them. And then, I can still trust this forum better.
