Despite Chile didn't make out of the group stage I was still impressed with their performance because playing 10 against 11 is not an easy thing, the seriously hold on to Canada in defending themselves. The faith of group A is now clear, Argentina and Canada make it out of group A, Argentina are the first to be known to win all the three matches played in the group stage, making a total of 9 points, 5 goals and zero conceded goals. Let see how the remaining group goes, maybe if they can make like Argentina, in my own opinion Argentina remain the favourite to win the trophy.

Argentina confidently reached quarter finals. Messi didn't play in the last game but it didn't matter. Lautaro Martinez had a superb effort with 2 goals.    Now they are waiting for their opponent which is going to be the 2nd placed team of Group B. It is so hard to predict the result of the Mexico - Ecuador game. Maybe a draw and it would be enough for Ecuador to finish at their current position.

It looks like Venezuela will be Canada's opponent. There is a chance to see a Uruguay - Brazil match in quarter finals. It would be one of the early finales for me. 

Messi absence didn't make Argentina weaker and that's essential for a team seeking to obtain Copa America. Messi return will improve the team further.
Ecuador vs Mexico will be interesting to know which one of them will face Argentina next. Odds are quite the same so a profitable victory if the picked team wins. I tend to think that Ecuador could win this game.
Canada indeed will face Venezuela which gonna be an interesting match for the south american team.

Lol. Uruguay can beat Argentina with a big score if all Argentine players are blindfolded. Argentina is still able to maintain its performance to date, in their last match they were able to beat Peru with a convincing score even though they were without Messi. I really hope that these two teams meet and am very curious about what you just said, whether Paraguay will be able to embarrass Argentina by scoring more than two goals or whether Uruguay will have to take their suitcase first from the Copa America.

Chile is a strong team, they played very disciplined and managed to close all the gaps that could make it difficult for the opposing team to penetrate their defense area. The red card received by Gabriel Suazo in the 27th minute was the start of disaster for Chile, those who really needed a win to qualify for the next round had to defend more than attack. Lacking one player made it difficult for Chile in this match, as a result they had to be eliminated from this tournament because they were only able to collect two points from three games.

This is football, you never know. Uruguay is a strong team, but I don't think they will score 3 goals against Argentina.
Let's say he scores 3 goals, Argentina scores 4 goals and passes the round.
Argentina is a team 2 sizes bigger than Uruguay in terms of squad quality.

Canada did manage to get to quarter finals, but that is an "achievement" for them to be there and they should be happy about that, Argentina just played games the way they do and it is only natural for them to be there, it is not an achievement for them, it is what is expected of them to do in the end.

I think it's clear that we are not going to see a lot of people have anything less than finals expectations for Argentina at this point, it looks like they will get there. I believe that we are going to see some stuff changing in the end, but that won't be too easy at all, it could take a while. I believe the best thing to do right now would be just wait for rest of the teams.

With the way the other teams are performing, I think it's clear that Argentina are favorite because the only team that I feel that can even stand a chance against them which is Brazil are aslo not showing that signs of been decisive when it comes to winning of their games although their last game was a convincing 3-0 win but their gameplay is still quite questionable.

If a match is a goalless draw then there is no excitement in the match. Chile played with ten in this match but sadly Canada couldn't score any goal. However, in this draw, Canada has retained its second position while Chile is in the 3rd position. Although there was no goal in the match, The atmosphere of the match was not good. Chile could not take losing their teammate because of the red card, for which they also criticized the referee after the match. But sadly true I considered Chile as the winner in that match.

Let's see whether they can get the opportunity this time and win the trophy after failing against Argentina the previous time. When I so there fixture against Paraguay have already believed Brazil will definitely defeat them is when I so they are winning one goal i started surprise like Brazil will draw the game but  with the good work of vin Jr he make Brazil get opportunities and score goals and lead to winning, Brazil do well and get a good result from Paraguay.

Argentina has now proven that they deserve to remain the favorites to win the copa, Argentina who are the defending champions have of course proven their performance and consistency very well in order to maintain a positive trend, I personally also see that currently Argentina is indeed very worthy of being the favorite to win the Copa again in a row,  the squad owned by Argentina is currently a very perfect squad and is very ready to be able to defend the championship trophy because it does have even strength in each line.

At first I thought that Brazil and Argentina would be able to meet in the final match later, but seeing their current game like a roller coaster (inconsistent) actually made me doubt if Brazil would be able to pass the knockout phase and reach the final, although indeed the Brazilian squad is filled with young and talented players, but I actually see the absence of a strong mentality from these players when playing in international matches like today, a lot of senior players don't get a place in the Brazil squad at the moment and I think Brazil are starting to try to regenerate their squad, so it's quite natural that Neymar is no longer getting a call-up from the national team, especially now that Neymar is recovering from a long injury.

You can expect Uruguay to score 3 goals, but then I expect Argentina to reply with 4 goals. Of course Uruguay is one of the favorites, but Argentina is more expected to defend its title. Argentina's performance so far has been very good, even without Messi Argentina can still play well without conceding and scoring several goals. Messi's presence in the squad will increase team spirit, of course victory can be expected even against any team.

The one thing that was most unpleasant in the Argentina vs Peru match was Leandro Paredes' failure whwn they get penalty. Leandro Paredes missed the chance when his shot hit the post, but Lautaro Martinez really proved his worth again. Lautaro Martinez is so far the top scorer in the Copa America with 4 goals in 3 matches. He has not missed scoring a goal in 3 consecutive matches.

What am I thinking? I just forget about Brazil. They are one of my favorites as well but this time around I would choose Argentina because they have better performance than Brazil.
