In today's copa America Argentina vs Colombia final match, Colombia is showing a really good performance. They are playing equally against a strong team like Argentina. The first half ended in a 0-0 draw with equal performances from both teams. Now the second half has started, as usual both teams continue to perform evenly. Messi already contributed a lot for Argentina and his emotional reaction is understandable but he can enjoy rest of the match and it's time for his teammates to fight and defend the Coppa America title for their nation. This is very worrying because after Messi left the field, Argentina had to replace a few more players like Gonzalo Montiel. Argentina hopes are still great despite having to play without Messi in the remainder of this last minute at least can end the draw to get a bigger chance to win trophy.
Argentina so far a good performance and still can give a deadly attack and even score but unfortunately offside. I'm pretty sure Argentina can win.

Sincerely speaking I'm really surprised at Colombia's performance, they've been tackling Argentina with so much energy from the first half and up till over 70 minutes of play, though the Argentines have been showing a good level of experience football, but unfortunately for them their talisman Lionel Messi has been brought out due to hamstring injury he has sustained and that has caused a bit of setback for them.

 Luis diaz, James Rodriguez and few others Frontliners are finding it difficult to breakthrough the Argentina defensive which is looking solid like the wall of Gibraltar, though Colombia too are a bit solid with their defense but most times Angel di maria still dribbling his way in sometime and causes a lot of panic from his wing with his moves. It's 80 minutes of play and still goalless from both sides, looks like we are going to witness extra time of play.

It seems that Colombia are really ready to take this final, remember the Colombia are unbeaten track which looks so powerful than I thought, Argentina didn't play to my expectation, now 90th minutes as ended and still win hasn't been point out, then extra time again from the view of the second half Colombia seem to dominate almost all the stats which is real surprises me, this match is incredible and very interesting to watch because the favourite which is the Argentina are still battling to survive although I prefer Colombia to will this final.

Argentina leads the game now. I know that Lautaro Martinez is gonna be a hero for Argentina in this game. The way Martinez was calmly executing his chance is pure a world class player. No doubt he was a top scorer in Serie A last season. Lautaro was running toward messi after he scored a goal for Argentina.

Messi is so happy with this result. He is notching another huge win after he won the WC 2022. Now, he's winning Copa America 2024. This is a huge achievement from Messi.

Glad to see Messi gets what he wanted after he cried on the bench due to the injury that happened to him.

Colombia doesn't have enough stamina to play 90 minutes of gameplay. They have excellent players on the sides and made a very good first half, delivering a much superior performance than Argentina, but from the second half on, Argentina managed to play much better, even without Messi.

Colombia commited many small mistakes and was never able to complete their shootings. As consequence, it was just a matter of time until Argentina scored.

Congratulations to Argentina. Well played and deserved title! Without any doubts they are the best national team of the Americas.

Lautaro scored the only goal in the final match and helped Argentina to defend their Coppa America title successfully. Argentina managed to win this final match without Messi in about half of its time. They have one of most successful period in their national team history with two Coppa America titles, one World Cup title together with 2 failed Coppa America final matches and 1 failed World Cup final match.

Messi, Di Maria and Otamendi win one more title with Argentina and can resign their international duty in happiness. The question after this final match and in coming months is will these players resign from national team or aim at World Cup 2026?

Finally in the final Argentina vs Colombia between two great performances, Argentina secured victory with a last minute goal. The game remained 0-0 until the last minute due to the attacking performances of both teams, I thought the game would be tribecar in the end, but showed a glimmer of hope in the last moment, Lautaro Martínez scored a last minute goal in the 112th minute to secure Argentina dose the victory. Both teams performed very well in today's match. But Argentina won this match at the last minute.

Today's game was really enjoyable. Both Argentina and Colombia played very well. However, as Argentina have more experience in big matches than Colombia, they took control of the match in the last minute. Congratulations champion team Argentina.

Congrats for Argentina national teams back to back win Copa America after success last edition and today defeated Colombia in the final over 1-0. The match make me disappointed because delay almost one hour from the kick off and on second half get more than 15 minutes delay with usually water break only 15 minutes but almost 30 minutes the second half begin.
I see many controversial of Copa America 2024 exactly with their regulation since quarter final until semifinal round without extra additional time but difference in the final match have extra additional time and Argentina success scoring goals in second of extra additional time.

Actually both team playing well today and created many attempt, but some delay from kick off until second half break make team difficult recovery back to their top performance and showing us most interested game play. Wish next edition of Copa America should be fair and keep away from a lot of controversial.

I never imagined that Colombia team will perform so well, today's match Argentina has given the team a great deal. After this long performance, Argentina team managed to score in 112 minutes. 
Lionel Messi walked off the field after suffering a suicidal ankle injury and sat in the gallery crying. After a long performance neither team managed to score and the Argentina and Colombia crowd shook the galleries, and every spectator was in a state of sobs. 

But in the 112th minute, Argentina fans filled the entire gallery in blue jerseys, and everyone went wild with joy. The main reason for this is that Lautaro Martinez put the ball into the net of the Colombia team's goal post shortly after he entered the field. 
And after a long time Argentina team confirmed the victory, but today's game was the toughest competition between the two teams.

Despite Messi being rested in the second half due to injury, Argentina pulled off their hard-earned win. Both teams were aggressive throughout the game but neither team found the back of the net. Argentina ended Colombia 28 game winning streak and captured the Copa America title, Argentina's 16th. It was tied for the title with the Uruguayan team earlier. Alvarez had a chance to score in the first minute of the match from Montiel cross and even Mcallister could not score in the 48th minute of the match when he got the ball inside the box. However, throughout the match Argentina continued to attack and counter attack extensively but the Colombian team. A very defensive policy and occasional attacking play was played well by the Colombian team, but in the end the victory was secured for the Argentine team.

Colombian players made every player of Argentina team sweat in today's final match. Colombia were in the highest position and they performed really well, football lovers must admit it. I have never seen such an exciting and nerve-wracking football match before. Today I experienced such a match for the first time, that too in the 2024 Copa America final match.When Messi left the field after being fouled in today's match, many Argentina fans were worried that they might lose today. But it did not happen in the 112th minute, Lautaro Martinez, one of the strikers of the Argentine team, scored a great goal to lead his team.

It was mainly through his goal that the Argentine team reached the port of victory, even Lautaro Martinez achieved the feat of scoring the most goals in this year's Copa America. Congratulations to the winning team in the final match.

Colombia was unlucky in this match because they took total possession of the game from the start to the end, however, it is not by gaining possession but by scoring goal and this was were the Argentines were lucky to have scored the only goal in the match on the 112th of the extra time. Martinez has always proved to the world that he is a dangerous striker who turns any game around to his team favor. Martinez performance in Copa America this season was superb from the beginning till he won the cup for his team.

I am not happy that Argentina won the match because Colombia played better than them but they lost in the finals again. Great achievement from the Argentines because they have won two major competitions within 2 years. Messi has won all competitions and he is still adding more trophies to what he has.
