those are the limits for Paxful, and as you see, you can't trade at all withoout passing ID verification first.

Noones on the other hand is better as you can trade up to 50k with only providing basic info

As a US person, I can't use Binance P2P

I do use Paxful, but it must be understood that unlike with e.g. exchanges, the only way to get local currency in many third world countries is with these large platforms because that's where the traders are.

e.g. where I'm living right now (not USA), I can get cash from Paxful and LocalCoinSwap (as well as Binance P2P but this is prohibited for me), but there are no offers on HodlHodl or Peach. And Binance.US does not have a P2P marketplace.

So this category is very different in that in many cases you can get kyc-free cash, but in some cases, all of the traders in the country you live in use kyc marketplaces.

As far as i know only Noones and LocalCoinSwap are currently available as a good alternative for Paxful, and they all work in similar way.

There is no need to justify use of KYC with ''third word countries''.
All alternative platforms I mentioned have more than enough volume and traders from third world countries and worldwide.

i have a small suggestion tho, maybe consider removing Paxful from the list.
imo, ever since the drama last year between the founders and the CEO moving ship to Noones, Paxful has been going downhill. personally, i would not recommend it.

bitmama.io seems to be a Nigerian exchange, or is it just a creator from Nigeria. I assume that it is more legally adapted to that market. The site has a solid bio, which makes sense knowing that the Nigerian local community is one of the largest
bitpapa.com something similar, only from Russian territory.

It might not be a bad idea to ask their local boards for an opinion. Surely someone has experience.

A solid web developer builds a website during his lunch break. All of the above seem like someone's hobby projects to me. Searching through some basic tools, they seem like completely anonymous services and I certainly wouldn't risk money with them.

On 911p2p.io I saw the Dukascopy logo. I remember them from many years ago, they were very aggressive with spam on Twitter and in almost all languages. It is possible that some hobby idea turned into a business, but I would be careful here.

In that case, I can add NonKYC.io - they appear to have a thread here somewhere - and there is also RetoSwap, a Monero P2P marketplace, basically the successor of LocalMonero.

I think with those two we should be fine. And I can kick out the KYC sites. In fact, I might even remove that column entirely, but then what are some other features that people care about when choosing a market?

They don't look very good to me and I would never use them, when there are other legit p2p projects.
If you want to add some real p2p exchange than consider adding lnp2pbot, this is strictly no-kyc and good option for people who prefer using Telegram (not me), and they got support from Human Rights Foundation project.

i agree with @examplens on his analysis for the other sites. would not risk using any of them. i rather stick to the ones that have proven themselves.

i might consider using nonkyc.io if i have no better option, but absolutely not for big amounts. they have only been around for about 1.5 years, and their AML policies are super vague.
and since they don't do KYC, i wonder what they do with the coins they freeze due to "bad AML"?

I don't use p2p much so I'm not sure I can give a real suggestion.
But when it comes to instant exchangers, I think that two essential things are the KYC policy, of course, and whether the exchanges have their funds for liquidity or are only resellers. In that case, it is also important to know who is their liquidity provider and whose services they resell.

You should also remove jokermix from Verify Letter of Guarantee section, and maybe something else can be updated there.
As for Retoswap, last time I checked they support other coins also, not only monero, there was USDT (on ethereum and tron), Bitvoin, Litecoin and BCH.
There are also a bunch of fiat payment methods, similar like in Bisq, and biggest volume is for monero trading pairs.

No, I don't list Tornado Cash. I have a history entry for it, but it's not on the list of mixers and I also don't link to it, as 1) I don't want to run into any trouble doing that and 2) it's not a Bitcoin mixer.

I don't think there was any scam here, there just wasn't enough time for it. The .io domain was suspended and taken away by the domain registry, which is quite strange.
