Done.
There is now an online status checker for each service so you can now check whether a service is online or offline. The online status is polled every hour and it takes into account any DDoS protection without attempting to bypass it. Only online services are displayed by default. This detector caught a number of mixers and exchanges which were offline for some time. For certain services with maintenance notices or scam accusations, we now clearly label the appropriate notices, along with any forum posts for context.

If you are running Phantom Wallet extension and you see a warning when browsing BitMixList, please ignore it. This is a known issue people are having with Phantom that seems to automatically (automated?) classify BitMixList as a phishing website for crypto.
We would like to make it clear that we don't provide any Web3 services on our site.
Thank you guys for your attention.

There will be temporary downtime for 5-10 minutes on bitmixlist.org while I update the kernel. Mirrors should not be affected.
Edit: maintenance is finished

I just checked their blocklist and Bitmixlist does not seem to show up anywhere when I try to search: https://github.com/phantom/blocklist/blob/master/blocklist.yamlIf that's the database they claim to use, then there shouldn't be any warning unless if there is another database that we do not know that they are relying on.

I know, right? I checked the first time and didn't find any entry either. It seems to be using some sort of shadow database stored on some server. Whatever it is, it's super annoying, and apparently it has even marked google.com domains as suspicious in the past which had to be manually whitelisted in that repo to stop the false positives. I'm thinking this will require the same thing.

Important: On June 13, we will be upgrading the payment processor to an in-house BTCPay Server. Monero will be available as a payment option. During this time, purchasing AML checks will be unavailable. Checks with existing credits will continue to work. There will be other work on the AML checker which will be unveiled soon.

The planned update to the AML checker has been temporarily delayed, as some unexpected server problems have popped up which need to be dealt with first. No update has been made to the AML checker infrastructure yet.

Today from 7:00 AM up to around 10:00 AM UTC time, the AML checker will be temporarily unavailable as I perform the planned upgrades on it. PS - Someone tried to DDoS BitMixList about a week ago - I only noticed once the cloudflare analytics got skewed. They never learn, do they?
Update: Maintenance has been completed. The AML checker has been moved to amlcheck.bitmixlist.org. Monero and altcoins payments are now available inside the new BTCPay Server payment processor, and more accurate AMLbot checks can now be used inside the new dashboard. Currently there are a very limited number of checks available, so we will keep replenishing them as demand arrives. Note: AMLbot checks cost 2 checks as we route your request through telegram bot resellers.

By the way, this warning is not only shown by the Phantom extension. I also have MetaMask and Unisat installed, and both of them show the same warning on your website. So, as you can see from the reports, you can submit a complaint to have your site removed from the blacklist: Unisat wallet phishing detection: https://github.com/unisat-wallet/phishing-detect/issues/newMetaMask phishing detection: https://github.com/MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect/issuesYou should provide the necessary details and evidence so their teams can review it. These warnings can be a real risk for your visitors and may cause them to avoid your site. They may also negatively affect your visibility on search engines.

Are these caused by user-submitted reports? Or are they added by an automated scanner just like Phantom? Edit: amlcheck.bitmixlist.org is barely 6 hours old, so it could not have been caused by an automated scan. Some bad actor is reporting these sites for phishing it seems (and I might have an idea who).

To be honest, I'm not really sure what caused it. I searched through the closed GitHub issues and couldn't find any reports submitted against your domain, but I could be wrong. One possibility is that reports were filed on other security platforms which then added your domain to their blocklists. If that happened, the wallets' automated scanners may have picked it up through shared blacklists. Or it could also be that certain sensitive keywords on your website set off some automated checks. I'd suggest contacting the support teams of these wallets and requesting a review to have your domain removed from their blacklist. It may also be worth contacting PhishFort. Good luck.

I know it's still blocked in Metamask, but I need a screenshot of Phantom Wallet blocking the site so I can pass it to their own customer support.

All MetaMask/Phantom Wallet etc warnings should be completely removed now. If you see any in the future, please report them to me immediately. Thanks
I wrote about this on Altcoinstalks, but I am thinking about creating a privacy news feed but related to cryptocurerncy like Bitcoin and Monero. Not garbage like what comes out of CoinTelegraph etc. Now of course, writing lots and lots of articles takes time, so I think that a better way to go about this would be to embed posts (or tweets, if you still fancy calling them that) directly from X. What do you guys think? It should be a simple job.

This is a good idea, but it’s important to make sure the content that will be displayed on your site is accurate, and that you are dealing with official accounts rather than fake or impersonating ones. Also, what kind of tweets are you planning to include? Any specific accounts? Instead of just embedding tweets, you could also provide a short summary and explain why they are important rather than just showing them as they are. Long tweets can be less useful, while shorter ones are usually easier to understand without wasting the reader’s time.

This is a good idea, but it’s important to make sure the content that will be displayed on your site is accurate, and that you are dealing with official accounts rather than fake or impersonating ones. It's a good idea, but it requires a lot of effort and time, unless the whole thing is automated, but then I think it loses its essence. All today's well-known 'garbage' sources once started with solid quality, but over time, they became routine and pure quota fulfillment, following some exclusive guidelines.

Guys, I'm not exactly sure, but I was thinking maybe only official news to begin with. i.e. X event happened, Y did this, and so on.
I am looking for partnerships with AML check Telegram bots. If you run such a bot, feel free to contact me.
