To be honest with you and everyone else here in the thread, reading the Terms and Conditions for a plebe like me is a waste of time so I don't read them and they're boring to read anyway since they're designed to be that way. I'm sure there's really not a lot of stuff there that would make sense to me anyway, that's my justification as to why I don't read them, maybe it's stupid of me to do that but I don't really mind if I suddenly get banned because I did something. Also, the casinos that I'm registered is where my friends play so I don't have to worry about anything, just do what my friends have been doing and I would be just fine.

It is recommended to read but due to the repetitive signups we do to multiple websites all of which have the terms and conditions, it gets tiring sometimes besides we have no intention of breaking any rules.

Besides, Most of the rules written on the casino ToS is self explanatory and basic common sense. They just differ on some technical aspect of game such as when match is cancel and other unexpected scenarios but the rest of the rules is just easy to follow and you will no problem if you are just playing regularly.

Most of the players having problem with the casino are those trying to outsmart the casino by exploiting promotions and other bug in the game that can give guarantee profit.

i only briefly read the ToS of the gambling platform when registering for the first time, i didn't read everything because it would take time and i was too lazy to do that. and i think it's not just me, most of the gamblers are like that too, they are too lazy to be able to read the long ToS of the gambling platform, especially the words they use are also sometimes incomprehensible to readers because they are too scientific and complex.

There are many things written in terms and conditions which many people don't have the patience to read like I myself never read terms and conditions before registering on any casino site I never read it anywhere not just the casino site. I find them very boring to read. Eventually, and even then I never read it in its entirety.
Generally, when I read, I go straight to the parts where they talk about deposit/withdrawal limits, especially when it involves a bonus and also the KYC part to find out how "aggressive" this procedure is on the site I'm on. registering me.

In other services (nothing to do with online casinos) I have seen a summarized terms of use.... in fact it has no legal value whatsoever, but it is a text that "explains" the terms of use in a more summarized and with more simplified words.
This helps users a lot and I believe it could even become mandatory for every online service.

If I am being honest, I barely read the terms and conditions of every online casino that played off, because their words are lengthy and the type of some font size is too small it makes me feel exhausted and dizzy.

It takes time to read all the entire terms and conditions, so I just jump on the important information that I wanted to know like knowing their deposit and withdrawal method I have to know what their minimum and maximum deposit is, and their legal implications as well as licensing and regulation. Because of course, you have to make sure if the casino you are playing with is legit or not to avoid scams. A lot are gonna happen for instance, maybe you will end up in a situation where your bet is big, and then all of a sudden an error occurs on their site and then say goodbye to your money.

I'll be honest, I also don't recall ever reading the TOS, not only on casinos but in any kind of service or platform. At most, I'll briefly go through them and focus on some specific points, such as deposits, withdrawals, KYC requirements, if any, or how bonuses are applied. I highly doubt that anyone would go through the entire TOS; that would be extremely time-consuming and, honestly, not necessary. Focus on what's important to you and read it.

Actually I don't read everything, just the important details. It's too long, you can skip it and just go to the important information. That's what I do most of the time, but sometimes when I'm in the mood I read everything, it depends. ?I've also noticed that most gamblers here don't read everything either, that's lazy too

Honestly No, and I don’t think that anyone does read anything of more than two or three pages. You just need to know the basic and important things that all casinos share, the difference will be with some small details and sometimes they are so important to take decisions.
Once you agree on those terms you are fully giving the casino permission and access on what you agreed. Sometimes you can’t know if your region is restricted from playing, so if you ever made a deposit and tried to withdraw the casino has the right to ban and lock your winnings.

I would say and telling the truth that im not, whenever i do register for a new account then i do it immediately and trying out to check out that tick box and agree on everything. 

Yes, it is risky but this is really that my behavior ever since but so far i havent experienced on being locked up due to some country restriction but i dont make use of those
VPN as long i could be able to access such site not unless if you are really that forcing yourself on doing so even if its blocked then it would be understandable that you shouldnt really enter forcibly.
But in overall it is really just that recommended for you to do such thing on reading up those TOS because usually gamblers do really end up on committing violations

Why not, i do read the terms and condition before registering in a casino app or platform. Most terms and privacy policy are different in various gambling platforms and if you do not take time to read the rules you may end up accepting what will affect you later. You know most people do not sharing some informations but some gambling sites wants you to share your informations to them and for someone like me i wont accept.

Once again I can just quote one prominent member of this forum: "Real gamblers don't read Tos"!

The ToS is the same everywhere, when we read the ToS several times in different casinos, I don't think there is any point in reading the same thing every time. If I take a peak it will be about KYC, whether is it mandatory or not, and that's it.

But when it comes to promotions & bonuses I will read ToS, some promotions & bonuses can have special rules... so before I decide to join them I will take a look at the rules, after being disqualified a few times I learned my lesson.
