I think this is what my previous post also hopes for, that there should be casino representatives who really actively interact and communicate with users of this forum, at least that can increase trust little by little so that a good reputation can be built on this site. Yeah this is really needed especially if they are establishing their reputation so for sure the presence of their representative is important since there will be a lot of questions will be asked and also there will be lot of suggestion will be posted here. That's why its important to see that they are active so that we can see if they are really eager to engage with their community and listen to what suggestion people asked to happen.

But since they already have people to handle this thread so I guess the only thing we look forward is how their casino compete with other reputable casino.

Their representative did a good job by creating an announcement thread, and that is the first move by any casino really ready to do anything on this platform. The announcement thread is very vital for any casino here because it makes known the presence of casinos and their services rendered. It is more of a customer-friendly relationship because gamblers present here who are registered members on their platform would easily communicate with their representative to resolve issues.

On this same basis, the official representative was expected to clarify many of the issues pointed out by users commenting on this topic after he created an official account. We all agree that the design of the official announcement is excellent and that the choice of the director is also good, but there is something more important that requires quick clarification that goes beyond mere promises.

Almost all casinos that are launching themselves come up with the same template for design. I did not find their UI/UX bad, it is eye-soothing and grabs the attention of anyone visiting their casino. I did check their website on mobile devices and it is fully compatible and easy to access on mobile devices without any issue. The desktop version is good too, but I do not understand why you have written that it is currently not mobile-friendly. They have a slider on the home page which is not that big. All the games are displayed below the slider and you can access the menu by clicking on the hamburger menu at the top left hand. Everything looks perfect and it is not that bad as you have written.

I just tried it and yeah, it definitely isn't designed for mobile. I mean it has a mobile version, but gui is horrible to use, with a honor90 i know it's not an old phone issue.
And it's not only a mobile thing. I tried to read their ToS and found it very confusing and horribly formatted. Help desk wasn't that helpful either, but at least they answered pretty fast.

If this means any, any thing above 50x is not acceptable. Instead of increasing the deposit bonus, lower the wagering requirement.
I'm confident that no one will claim the fourth deposit bonusi if he is aware of the outrageous wagering requirement (100x).

loading on my end is quite okay though. maybe, it depends on your net provider. i just noticed that they included their trustpilot link at the bottom of their landing page. even if the rating is not so high, they still included it. it means, they are open to such criticisms and are ready to face their players in transparent manner. for me, that's a good sign. if you have nothing to hide and want to resolve things, you will be open to all criticisms.
